1 (HEM) משכיל לאיתן האזרחי חסדי יהוה עולם אשירה לדר ודר אודיע אמונתך בפי׃
1 (UKJV) I will sing of the mercies of the LORD for ever: with my mouth will I make known your faithfulness to all generations.

2 (HEM) כי אמרתי עולם חסד יבנה שמים תכן אמונתך בהם׃
2 (UKJV) For I have said, Mercy shall be built up for ever: your faithfulness shall you establish in the very heavens.

3 (HEM) כרתי ברית לבחירי נשבעתי לדוד עבדי׃
3 (UKJV) I have made a covenant with my chosen, I have sworn unto David my servant,

4 (HEM) עד עולם אכין זרעך ובניתי לדר ודור כסאך סלה׃
4 (UKJV) Your seed will I establish for ever, and build up your throne to all generations. Selah.

5 (HEM) ויודו שמים פלאך יהוה אף אמונתך בקהל קדשים׃
5 (UKJV) And the heavens shall praise your wonders, O LORD: your faithfulness also in the congregation of the saints.

6 (HEM) כי מי בשחק יערך ליהוה ידמה ליהוה בבני אלים׃
6 (UKJV) For who in the heaven can be compared unto the LORD? who among the sons of the mighty can be likened unto the LORD?

7 (HEM) אל נערץ בסוד קדשים רבה ונורא על כל סביביו׃
7 (UKJV) God is greatly to be feared in the assembly of the saints, and to be had in reverence of all them that are about him.

8 (HEM) יהוה אלהי צבאות מי כמוך חסין יה ואמונתך סביבותיך׃
8 (UKJV) O LORD God of hosts, who is a strong LORD like unto you? or to your faithfulness round about you?

9 (HEM) אתה מושל בגאות הים בשוא גליו אתה תשבחם׃
9 (UKJV) You rule the raging of the sea: when the waves thereof arise, you still them.

10 (HEM) אתה דכאת כחלל רהב בזרוע עזך פזרת אויביך׃
10 (UKJV) "You have broken Rahab in pieces, as one that is slain; you have scattered your enemies with your strong arm. "

11 (HEM) לך שמים אף לך ארץ תבל ומלאה אתה יסדתם׃
11 (UKJV) The heavens are yours, the earth also is yours: as for the world and the fullness thereof, you have founded them.

12 (HEM) צפון וימין אתה בראתם תבור וחרמון בשמך ירננו׃
12 (UKJV) The north and the south you have created them: Tabor and Hermon shall rejoice in your name.

13 (HEM) לך זרוע עם גבורה תעז ידך תרום ימינך׃
13 (UKJV) You have a mighty arm: strong is your hand, and high is your right hand.

14 (HEM) צדק ומשפט מכון כסאך חסד ואמת יקדמו פניך׃
14 (UKJV) Justice and judgment are the habitation of your throne: mercy and truth shall go before your face.

15 (HEM) אשרי העם יודעי תרועה יהוה באור פניך יהלכון׃
15 (UKJV) Blessed is the people that know the joyful sound: they shall walk, O LORD, in the light of your countenance.

16 (HEM) בשמך יגילון כל היום ובצדקתך ירומו׃
16 (UKJV) In your name shall they rejoice all the day: and in your righteousness shall they be exalted.

17 (HEM) כי תפארת עזמו אתה וברצנך תרים קרננו׃
17 (UKJV) For you are the glory of their strength: and in your favour our horn shall be exalted.

18 (HEM) כי ליהוה מגננו ולקדוש ישראל מלכנו׃
18 (UKJV) "For the LORD is our defence; and the Holy One of Israel is our king. "

19 (HEM) אז דברת בחזון לחסידיך ותאמר שויתי עזר על גבור הרימותי בחור מעם׃
19 (UKJV) "Then you spoke in vision to your holy one, and said, I have laid help upon one that is mighty; I have exalted one chosen out of the people. "

20 (HEM) מצאתי דוד עבדי בשמן קדשי משחתיו׃
20 (UKJV) "I have found David my servant; with my holy oil have I anointed him: "

21 (HEM) אשר ידי תכון עמו אף זרועי תאמצנו׃
21 (UKJV) With whom my hand shall be established: mine arm also shall strengthen him.

22 (HEM) לא ישא אויב בו ובן עולה לא יעננו׃
22 (UKJV) "The enemy shall not exact upon him; nor the son of wickedness afflict him. "

23 (HEM) וכתותי מפניו צריו ומשנאיו אגוף׃
23 (UKJV) And I will beat down his foes before his face, and plague them that hate him.

24 (HEM) ואמונתי וחסדי עמו ובשמי תרום קרנו׃
24 (UKJV) But my faithfulness and my mercy shall be with him: and in my name shall his horn be exalted.

25 (HEM) ושמתי בים ידו ובנהרות ימינו׃
25 (UKJV) I will set his hand also in the sea, and his right hand in the rivers.

26 (HEM) הוא יקראני אבי אתה אלי וצור ישועתי׃
26 (UKJV) He shall cry unto me, You are my father, my God, and the rock of my salvation.

27 (HEM) אף אני בכור אתנהו עליון למלכי ארץ׃
27 (UKJV) Also I will make him my firstborn, higher than the kings of the earth.

28 (HEM) לעולם אשמור לו חסדי ובריתי נאמנת לו׃
28 (UKJV) My mercy will I keep for him for evermore, and my covenant shall stand fast with him.

29 (HEM) ושמתי לעד זרעו וכסאו כימי שמים׃
29 (UKJV) His seed also will I make to endure for ever, and his throne as the days of heaven.

30 (HEM) אם יעזבו בניו תורתי ובמשפטי לא ילכון׃
30 (UKJV) "If his children forsake my law, and walk not in my judgments; "

31 (HEM) אם חקתי יחללו ומצותי לא ישמרו׃
31 (UKJV) "If they break my statutes, and keep not my commandments; "

32 (HEM) ופקדתי בשבט פשעם ובנגעים עונם׃
32 (UKJV) Then will I visit their transgression with the rod, and their iniquity with stripes.

33 (HEM) וחסדי לא אפיר מעמו ולא אשקר באמונתי׃
33 (UKJV) Nevertheless my loving kindness will I not utterly take from him, nor suffer my faithfulness to fail.

34 (HEM) לא אחלל בריתי ומוצא שפתי לא אשנה׃
34 (UKJV) My covenant will I not break, nor alter the thing that is gone out of my lips.

35 (HEM) אחת נשבעתי בקדשי אם לדוד אכזב׃
35 (UKJV) Once have I sworn by my holiness that I will not lie unto David.

36 (HEM) זרעו לעולם יהיה וכסאו כשמש נגדי׃
36 (UKJV) His seed shall endure for ever, and his throne as the sun before me.

37 (HEM) כירח יכון עולם ועד בשחק נאמן סלה׃
37 (UKJV) It shall be established for ever as the moon, and as a faithful witness in heaven. Selah.

38 (HEM) ואתה זנחת ותמאס התעברת עם משיחך׃
38 (UKJV) But you have cast off and abhorred, you have been angry with your anointed.

39 (HEM) נארתה ברית עבדך חללת לארץ נזרו׃
39 (UKJV) You have made void the covenant of your servant: you have profaned his crown by casting it to the ground.

40 (HEM) פרצת כל גדרתיו שמת מבצריו מחתה׃
40 (UKJV) "You have broken down all his hedges; you have brought his strong holds to ruin. "

41 (HEM) שסהו כל עברי דרך היה חרפה לשכניו׃
41 (UKJV) All that pass by the way spoil him: he is a reproach to his neighbours.

42 (HEM) הרימות ימין צריו השמחת כל אויביו׃
42 (UKJV) "You have set up the right hand of his adversaries; you have made all his enemies to rejoice. "

43 (HEM) אף תשיב צור חרבו ולא הקימתו במלחמה׃
43 (UKJV) You have also turned the edge of his sword, and have not made him to stand in the battle.

44 (HEM) השבת מטהרו וכסאו לארץ מגרתה׃
44 (UKJV) You have made his glory to cease, and cast his throne down to the ground.

45 (HEM) הקצרת ימי עלומיו העטית עליו בושה סלה׃
45 (UKJV) The days of his youth have you shortened: you have covered him with shame. Selah.

46 (HEM) עד מה יהוה תסתר לנצח תבער כמו אש חמתך׃
46 (UKJV) How long, LORD? will you hide yourself for ever? shall your wrath burn like fire?

47 (HEM) זכר אני מה חלד על מה שוא בראת כל בני אדם׃
47 (UKJV) Remember how short my time is: wherefore have you made all men in vain?

48 (HEM) מי גבר יחיה ולא יראה מות ימלט נפשו מיד שאול סלה׃
48 (UKJV) What man is he that lives, and shall not see death? shall he deliver his soul from the hand of the grave? Selah.

49 (HEM) איה חסדיך הראשנים אדני נשבעת לדוד באמונתך׃
49 (UKJV) Lord, where are your former loving kindnesses, which you sware unto David in your truth?

50 (HEM) זכר אדני חרפת עבדיך שאתי בחיקי כל רבים עמים׃
50 (UKJV) "Remember, Lord, the reproach of your servants; how I do bear in my bosom the reproach of all the mighty people; "

51 (HEM) אשר חרפו אויביך יהוה אשר חרפו עקבות משיחך׃
51 (UKJV) "Wherewith your enemies have reproached, O LORD; wherewith they have reproached the footsteps of your anointed. "

52 (HEM) ברוך יהוה לעולם אמן ואמן׃
52 (UKJV) Blessed be the LORD for evermore. Amen, and Amen.
