Ž 86, 1-17

1 (KJV) Bow down thine ear, O LORD, hear me: for I am poor and needy.

2 (KJV) Preserve my soul; for I am holy: O thou my God, save thy servant that trusteth in thee.

3 (KJV) Be merciful unto me, O Lord: for I cry unto thee daily.

4 (KJV) Rejoice the soul of thy servant: for unto thee, O Lord, do I lift up my soul.

5 (KJV) For thou, Lord, art good, and ready to forgive; and plenteous in mercy unto all them that call upon thee.

6 (KJV) Give ear, O LORD, unto my prayer; and attend to the voice of my supplications.

7 (KJV) In the day of my trouble I will call upon thee: for thou wilt answer me.

8 (KJV) Among the gods there is none like unto thee, O Lord; neither are there any works like unto thy works.

9 (KJV) All nations whom thou hast made shall come and worship before thee, O Lord; and shall glorify thy name.

10 (KJV) For thou art great, and doest wondrous things: thou art God alone.

11 (KJV) Teach me thy way, O LORD; I will walk in thy truth: unite my heart to fear thy name.

12 (KJV) I will praise thee, O Lord my God, with all my heart: and I will glorify thy name for evermore.

13 (KJV) For great is thy mercy toward me: and thou hast delivered my soul from the lowest hell.

14 (KJV) O God, the proud are risen against me, and the assemblies of violent men have sought after my soul; and have not set thee before them.

15 (KJV) But thou, O Lord, art a God full of compassion, and gracious, longsuffering, and plenteous in mercy and truth.

16 (KJV) O turn unto me, and have mercy upon me; give thy strength unto thy servant, and save the son of thine handmaid.

17 (KJV) Shew me a token for good; that they which hate me may see it, and be ashamed: because thou, LORD, hast holpen me, and comforted me.

Verš 8

Among the gods there is none like unto thee, O Lord; neither are there any works like unto thy works.

Dt 3:24 - O Lord GOD, thou hast begun to shew thy servant thy greatness, and thy mighty hand: for what God is there in heaven or in earth, that can do according to thy works, and according to thy might?

Ž 136:4 - To him who alone doeth great wonders: for his mercy endureth for ever.

Verš 15

But thou, O Lord, art a God full of compassion, and gracious, longsuffering, and plenteous in mercy and truth.

Ex 34:6 - And the LORD passed by before him, and proclaimed, The LORD, The LORD God, merciful and gracious, longsuffering, and abundant in goodness and truth,

Nm 14:18 - The LORD is longsuffering, and of great mercy, forgiving iniquity and transgression, and by no means clearing the guilty, visiting the iniquity of the fathers upon the children unto the third and fourth generation.

Neh 9:17 - And refused to obey, neither were mindful of thy wonders that thou didst among them; but hardened their necks, and in their rebellion appointed a captain to return to their bondage: but thou art a God ready to pardon, gracious and merciful, slow to anger, and of great kindness, and forsookest them not.

Ž 103:8 - The LORD is merciful and gracious, slow to anger, and plenteous in mercy.

Ž 145:8 - The LORD is gracious, and full of compassion; slow to anger, and of great mercy.

Joe 2:13 - And rend your heart, and not your garments, and turn unto the LORD your God: for he is gracious and merciful, slow to anger, and of great kindness, and repenteth him of the evil.

Verš 11

Teach me thy way, O LORD; I will walk in thy truth: unite my heart to fear thy name.

Ž 25:4 - Shew me thy ways, O LORD; teach me thy paths.

Ž 27:11 - Teach me thy way, O LORD, and lead me in a plain path, because of mine enemies.

Ž 119:33 - Teach me, O LORD, the way of thy statutes; and I shall keep it unto the end.

Verš 14

O God, the proud are risen against me, and the assemblies of violent men have sought after my soul; and have not set thee before them.

Ž 54:3 - For strangers are risen up against me, and oppressors seek after my soul: they have not set God before them. Selah.

Verš 7

In the day of my trouble I will call upon thee: for thou wilt answer me.

Ž 50:15 - And call upon me in the day of trouble: I will deliver thee, and thou shalt glorify me.
