1 (HEM) למנצח אל ששנים עדות לאסף מזמור רעה ישראל האזינה נהג כצאן יוסף ישב הכרובים הופיעה׃
1 (UKJV) "Give ear, O Shepherd of Israel, you that lead Joseph like a flock; you that dwell between the cherubims, shine forth. "

2 (HEM) לפני אפרים ובנימן ומנשה עוררה את גבורתך ולכה לישעתה לנו׃
2 (UKJV) Before Ephraim and Benjamin and Manasseh stir up your strength, and come and save us.

3 (HEM) אלהים השיבנו והאר פניך ונושעה׃
3 (UKJV) "Turn us again, O God, and cause your face to shine; and we shall be saved. "

4 (HEM) יהוה אלהים צבאות עד מתי עשנת בתפלת עמך׃
4 (UKJV) O LORD God of hosts, how long will you be angry against the prayer of your people?

5 (HEM) האכלתם לחם דמעה ותשקמו בדמעות שליש׃
5 (UKJV) "You feed them with the bread of tears; and give them tears to drink in great measure. "

6 (HEM) תשימנו מדון לשכנינו ואיבינו ילעגו למו׃
6 (UKJV) You make us a strife unto our neighbours: and our enemies laugh among themselves.

7 (HEM) אלהים צבאות השיבנו והאר פניך ונושעה׃
7 (UKJV) "Turn us again, O God of hosts, and cause your face to shine; and we shall be saved. "

8 (HEM) גפן ממצרים תסיע תגרש גוים ותטעה׃
8 (UKJV) You have brought a vine out of Egypt: you have cast out the heathen, and planted it.

9 (HEM) פנית לפניה ותשרש שרשיה ותמלא ארץ׃
9 (UKJV) You prepared room before it, and did cause it to take deep root, and it filled the land.

10 (HEM) כסו הרים צלה וענפיה ארזי אל׃
10 (UKJV) The hills were covered with the shadow of it, and the boughs thereof were like the goodly cedars.

11 (HEM) תשלח קצירה עד ים ואל נהר יונקותיה׃
11 (UKJV) She sent out her boughs unto the sea, and her branches unto the river.

12 (HEM) למה פרצת גדריה וארוה כל עברי דרך׃
12 (UKJV) Why have you then broken down her hedges, so that all they which pass by the way do pluck her?

13 (HEM) יכרסמנה חזיר מיער וזיז שדי ירענה׃
13 (UKJV) The boar out of the wood does waste it, and the wild beast of the field does devour it.

14 (HEM) אלהים צבאות שוב נא הבט משמים וראה ופקד גפן זאת׃
14 (UKJV) "Return, we plead to you, O God of hosts: look down from heaven, and behold, and visit this vine; "

15 (HEM) וכנה אשר נטעה ימינך ועל בן אמצתה לך׃
15 (UKJV) And the vineyard which your right hand has planted, and the branch that you made strong for yourself.

16 (HEM) שרפה באש כסוחה מגערת פניך יאבדו׃
16 (UKJV) It is burned with fire, it is cut down: they perish at the rebuke of your countenance.

17 (HEM) תהי ידך על איש ימינך על בן אדם אמצת לך׃
17 (UKJV) Let your hand be upon the man of your right hand, upon the son of man whom you made strong for yourself.

18 (HEM) ולא נסוג ממך תחינו ובשמך נקרא׃
18 (UKJV) So will not we go back from you: quicken us, and we will call upon your name.

19 (HEM) יהוה אלהים צבאות השיבנו האר פניך ונושעה׃
19 (UKJV) "Turn us again, O LORD God of hosts, cause your face to shine; and we shall be saved. "
