1 (HEM) למנצח על ידיתון לאסף מזמור קולי אל אלהים ואצעקה קולי אל אלהים והאזין אלי׃
1 (UKJV) "I cried unto God with my voice, even unto God with my voice; and he gave ear unto me. "

2 (HEM) ביום צרתי אדני דרשתי ידי לילה נגרה ולא תפוג מאנה הנחם נפשי׃
2 (UKJV) In the day of my trouble I sought the Lord: my sore ran in the night, and ceased not: my soul refused to be comforted.

3 (HEM) אזכרה אלהים ואהמיה אשיחה ותתעטף רוחי סלה׃
3 (UKJV) I remembered God, and was troubled: I complained, and my spirit was overwhelmed. Selah.

4 (HEM) אחזת שמרות עיני נפעמתי ולא אדבר׃
4 (UKJV) You hold mine eyes waking: I am so troubled that I cannot speak.

5 (HEM) חשבתי ימים מקדם שנות עולמים׃
5 (UKJV) I have considered the days of old, the years of ancient times.

6 (HEM) אזכרה נגינתי בלילה עם לבבי אשיחה ויחפש רוחי׃
6 (UKJV) I call to remembrance my song in the night: I commune with mine own heart: and my spirit made diligent search.

7 (HEM) הלעולמים יזנח אדני ולא יסיף לרצות עוד׃
7 (UKJV) Will the Lord cast off for ever? and will he be favourable no more?

8 (HEM) האפס לנצח חסדו גמר אמר לדר ודר׃
8 (UKJV) Is his mercy clean gone for ever? does his promise fail for evermore?

9 (HEM) השכח חנות אל אם קפץ באף רחמיו סלה׃
9 (UKJV) Has God forgotten to be gracious? has he in anger shut up his tender mercies? Selah.

10 (HEM) ואמר חלותי היא שנות ימין עליון׃
10 (UKJV) And I said, This is my infirmity: but I will remember the years of the right hand of the most High.

11 (HEM) אזכיר מעללי יה כי אזכרה מקדם פלאך׃
11 (UKJV) I will remember the works of the LORD: surely I will remember your wonders of old.

12 (HEM) והגיתי בכל פעלך ובעלילותיך אשיחה׃
12 (UKJV) I will meditate also of all your work, and talk of your doings.

13 (HEM) אלהים בקדש דרכך מי אל גדול כאלהים׃
13 (UKJV) Your way, O God, is in the sanctuary: who is so great a God as our God?

14 (HEM) אתה האל עשה פלא הודעת בעמים עזך׃
14 (UKJV) You are the God that do wonders: you have declared your strength among the people.

15 (HEM) גאלת בזרוע עמך בני יעקב ויוסף סלה׃
15 (UKJV) You have with your arm redeemed your people, the sons of Jacob and Joseph. Selah.

16 (HEM) ראוך מים אלהים ראוך מים יחילו אף ירגזו תהמות׃
16 (UKJV) "The waters saw you, O God, the waters saw you; they were afraid: the depths also were troubled. "

17 (HEM) זרמו מים עבות קול נתנו שחקים אף חצציך יתהלכו׃
17 (UKJV) The clouds poured out water: the skies sent out a sound: your arrows also went abroad.

18 (HEM) קול רעמך בגלגל האירו ברקים תבל רגזה ותרעש הארץ׃
18 (UKJV) The voice of your thunder was in the heaven: the lightnings lightened the world: the earth trembled and shook.

19 (HEM) בים דרכך ושביליך במים רבים ועקבותיך לא נדעו׃
19 (UKJV) Your way is in the sea, and your path in the great waters, and your footsteps are not known.

20 (HEM) נחית כצאן עמך ביד משה ואהרן׃
20 (UKJV) You led your people like a flock by the hand of Moses and Aaron.
