Ž 68, 1-37

1 (CPDV) Unto the end. For those who will be changed: of David.
1 (ROH) Náčelníkovi speváckeho sboru. Žalm Dávidov. Pieseň.

2 (CPDV) Save me, O God, for the waters have entered, even to my soul.

3 (CPDV) I have become stuck in a deep quagmire, and there is no firm footing. I have arrived at the height of the sea, and a tempest has overwhelmed me.

4 (CPDV) I have endured hardships, while crying out. My jaws have become hoarse; my eyes have failed. Meanwhile, I hope in my God.

5 (CPDV) Those who hate me without cause have been multiplied beyond the hairs of my head. My enemies, who persecuted me unjustly, have been strengthened. Then I was required to pay for what I did not take.
5 (ROH) Spievajte Bohu!

6 (CPDV) O God, you know my foolishness, and my offenses have not been hidden from you.
6 (ROH) Je otcom sirôt a sudcom vdôv, Bôh, v príbytku svojej svätosti.

7 (CPDV) Let those who wait for you, O Lord, the Lord of hosts, not be shamed in me. Let those who seek you, O God of Israel, not be confounded over me.
7 (ROH) Bôh uvádza osamotnelých bývať v dome; vyvádza väzňov do blahobytu, ale spurní budú bývať vo vypráhlej zemi.

8 (CPDV) For because of you, I have endured reproach; confusion has covered my face.

9 (CPDV) I have become a stranger to my brothers and a sojourner to the sons of my mother.
9 (ROH) zem sa triasla, áno, nebesia kropily pred Bohom, toď Sinai, pred Bohom, Bohom Izraelovým.

10 (CPDV) For zeal for your house has consumed me, and the reproaches of those who reproached you have fallen upon me.
10 (ROH) Dažďom svojej štedrosti si kropil, Bože, svoje dedičstvo, a keď zomdlievalo, ty si ho posilňoval.

11 (CPDV) And I covered my soul with fasting, and it has become a reproach to me.

12 (CPDV) And I put on a haircloth as my garment, and I became a parable to them.
12 (ROH) Pán dal slovo a tých, ktoré zvestovaly radostné veci, veľký zástup.

13 (CPDV) Those who sat at the gate spoke against me, and those who drank wine made me their song.
13 (ROH) Kráľovia veľkých vojsk utekali, hej, utekali, a tá, ktorá cudzieho nežiadajúc opatrovala svoj dom, delila korisť.

14 (CPDV) But as for me, truly, my prayer is to you, O Lord. This time has pleased you well, O God. In the multitude of your mercy, in the truth of your salvation, hear me.

15 (CPDV) Rescue me from the quagmire, so that I may not become trapped. Free me from those who hate me and from deep waters.

16 (CPDV) Do not allow the tempest of water to submerge me, nor the deep to absorb me. And do not allow the well to close in on me.
16 (ROH) Vrch Boží je vrchom Bázana, vrcholnatým vrchom, vrchom Bázana.

17 (CPDV) Hear me, O Lord, for your mercy is kind. Look upon me, according to the fullness of your compassion.

18 (CPDV) And do not turn your face away from your servant, for I am in trouble: heed me quickly.
18 (ROH) Vozov Božích je dvadsať tisíc, tisíce tisícov. Pán prišiel na nich na Sinai v svätosti.

19 (CPDV) Attend to my soul, and free it. Rescue me, because of my enemies.

20 (CPDV) You know my reproach, and my confusion, and my reverence.
20 (ROH) Požehnaný Pán! Deň ako deň nám nakladá bremä svojich dobrodení, silný Bôh, naše spasenie. Sélah.

21 (CPDV) All those who trouble me are in your sight; my heart has anticipated reproach and misery. And I sought for one who might grieve together with me, but there was no one, and for one who might console me, and I found no one.
21 (ROH) Silný Bôh je nám silným Bohom na hojné spasenie, a Hospodin, Pán, má východiská zo smrti.

22 (CPDV) And they gave me gall for my food. And in my thirst, they gave me vinegar to drink.
22 (ROH) No, isté je, že Bôh skrúši hlavu svojich nepriateľov, vlasaté temeno toho, kto chodí vo svojich hriechoch.

23 (CPDV) Let their table be a snare before them, and a retribution, and a scandal.
23 (ROH) Pán povedal: Navrátim z Bázana, navrátim aj z hlbín mora,

24 (CPDV) Let their eyes be darkened, so that they may not see, and may their back always be crooked.
24 (ROH) aby si zbrodil svoju nohu v krvi; jazyk tvojich psov aby mal podiel z nepriateľov.

25 (CPDV) Pour out your indignation upon them, and may the fury of your anger take hold of them.
25 (ROH) Videli tvoje idenia, Bože, idenia môjho silného Boha, mojeho Kráľa v svätosti.

26 (CPDV) May their dwelling place be deserted, and may there be no one who dwells in their tabernacles.
26 (ROH) Popredku išli speváci, pozadku hudci hrajúci, v prostredku panny, bubnujúce na bubny.

27 (CPDV) For they persecuted whomever you struck. And they have added to the grief of my wounds.
27 (ROH) Dobrorečte Bohu v shromaždeniach, Pánovi, ktorí ste pôvodu Izraelovho.

28 (CPDV) Assign an iniquity upon their iniquity, and may they not enter into your justice.
28 (ROH) Tam nech je Benjamin, najmladší, ktorý panuje nad nimi, kniežatá Júdove, ich hrmotný zástup, kniežatá Zabulona, kniežatá Naftaliho.

29 (CPDV) Delete them from the Book of the Living, and let them not be written down with the just.
29 (ROH) Tvoj Bôh dal rozkaz tvojej sile. Upevni, Bože, to, čo si nám učinil!

30 (CPDV) I am poor and sorrowful, but your salvation, O God, has taken me up.
30 (ROH) Pre tvoj chrám nad Jeruzalemom ti budú donášať kráľovia dary.

31 (CPDV) I will praise the name of God with a canticle, and I will magnify him with praise.

32 (CPDV) And it will please God more than a new calf producing horns and hoofs.
32 (ROH) Prijdú veľmoži z Egypta; Ethiopia vystrie rýchle svoje ruky po Bohu.

33 (CPDV) Let the poor see and rejoice. Seek God, and your soul will live. 324
33 (ROH) Kráľovstvá zeme, spievajte Bohu, spievajte Pánovi žalmy! Sélah.

34 (CPDV) For the Lord has heard the poor, and he has not despised his prisoners.

35 (CPDV) Let the heavens and the earth praise him: the sea, and everything that crawls in it.

36 (CPDV) For God will save Zion, and the cities of Judah will be built up. And they will dwell there, and they will acquire it by inheritance.
36 (ROH) Hrozný si, Bože, keď vyjdeš zo svojich svätýň, silný Bôh Izraelov! - On dáva národu silu a moc. Nech je požehnaný Bôh!

37 (CPDV) And the offspring of his servants will possess it; and those who love his name will dwell in it.

Verš 1

Nm 10:35 - And when the ark was lifted up, Moses said, “Rise up, O Lord, and let your enemies be scattered, and let those who hate you flee from your face.”

Verš 8
For because of you, I have endured reproach; confusion has covered my face.
Ex 19:1 - In the third month of the departure of Israel from the land of Egypt, in that day, they arrived in the wilderness of Sinai.

Verš 16
Do not allow the tempest of water to submerge me, nor the deep to absorb me. And do not allow the well to close in on me.
Ž 87:1 - A Canticle Psalm to the sons of Korah. Unto the end. For Mahalath, to answer the understanding of Heman the Ezrahite.
Ž 132:13 -

Verš 18
And do not turn your face away from your servant, for I am in trouble: heed me quickly.
Ef 4:8 - Because of this, he says: “Ascending on high, he took captivity itself captive; he gave gifts to men.”

Verš 22
And they gave me gall for my food. And in my thirst, they gave me vinegar to drink.
Nm 21:33 - And they turned themselves and ascended, along the way of Bashan. And Og, the king of Bashan, met them with all his people, to fight at Edrei.
Ex 14:29 - But the sons of Israel continued directly through the midst of the dried sea, and the waters were to them like a wall on the right and on the left.

Verš 29
Delete them from the Book of the Living, and let them not be written down with the just.
1Kr 10:10 - Then she gave the king one hundred twenty talents of gold, and an exceedingly great amount of aromatics and precious stones. No greater quantity of aromatics was ever again brought forth as these, which the queen of Sheba gave to king Solomon.
1Kr 10:24 - And all the earth desired to see the face of Solomon, so as to hear his wisdom, which God had granted to his heart.
2Krn 32:23 - And now many were bringing victims and sacrifices to the Lord in Jerusalem, and gifts to Hezekiah, the king of Judah. And after these things, he was exalted before all the nations.

Ž 76:11 - And I said, “Now I have begun. This change is from the right hand of the Most High.”
