1 (HEM) למנצח על ידותון מזמור לדוד אך אל אלהים דומיה נפשי ממנו ישועתי׃
1 (UKJV) Truly my soul waits upon God: from him comes my salvation.

2 (HEM) אך הוא צורי וישועתי משגבי לא אמוט רבה׃
2 (UKJV) "He only is my rock and my salvation; he is my defence; I shall not be greatly moved. "

3 (HEM) עד אנה תהותתו על איש תרצחו כלכם כקיר נטוי גדר הדחויה׃
3 (UKJV) How long will all of you imagine mischief against a man? all of you shall be slain all of you: as a bowing wall shall all of you be, and as a tottering fence.

4 (HEM) אך משאתו יעצו להדיח ירצו כזב בפיו יברכו ובקרבם יקללו סלה׃
4 (UKJV) They only consult to cast him down from his excellency: they delight in lies: they bless with their mouth, but they curse inwardly. Selah.

5 (HEM) אך לאלהים דומי נפשי כי ממנו תקותי׃
5 (UKJV) "My soul, wait you only upon God; for my expectation is from him. "

6 (HEM) אך הוא צורי וישועתי משגבי לא אמוט׃
6 (UKJV) "He only is my rock and my salvation: he is my defence; I shall not be moved. "

7 (HEM) על אלהים ישעי וכבודי צור עזי מחסי באלהים׃
7 (UKJV) In God is my salvation and my glory: the rock of my strength, and my refuge, is in God.

8 (HEM) בטחו בו בכל עת עם שפכו לפניו לבבכם אלהים מחסה לנו סלה׃
8 (UKJV) "Trust in him at all times; all of you people, pour out your heart before him: God is a refuge for us. Selah. "

9 (HEM) אך הבל בני אדם כזב בני איש במאזנים לעלות המה מהבל יחד׃
9 (UKJV) Surely men of low degree are vanity, and men of high degree are a lie: to be laid in the balance, they are altogether lighter than vanity.

10 (HEM) אל תבטחו בעשק ובגזל אל תהבלו חיל כי ינוב אל תשיתו לב׃
10 (UKJV) Trust not in oppression, and become not vain in robbery: if riches increase, set not your heart upon them.

11 (HEM) אחת דבר אלהים שתים זו שמעתי כי עז לאלהים׃
11 (UKJV) "God has spoken once; twice have I heard this; that power belongs unto God. "

12 (HEM) ולך אדני חסד כי אתה תשלם לאיש כמעשהו׃
12 (UKJV) Also unto you, O Lord, belongs mercy: for you render to every man according to his work.
