1 (CPDV) A Psalm of David, at the completion of the tabernacle. Bring to the Lord, O sons of God, bring to the Lord the sons of rams.
1 (HEM) לדוד אליך יהוה אקרא צורי אל תחרש ממני פן תחשה ממני ונמשלתי עם יורדי בור׃
2 (CPDV) Bring to the Lord, glory and honor. Bring to the Lord, glory for his name. Adore the Lord in his holy court.
2 (HEM) שמע קול תחנוני בשועי אליך בנשאי ידי אל דביר קדשך׃
3 (CPDV) The voice of the Lord is over the waters. The God of majesty has thundered. The Lord is over many waters.
3 (HEM) אל תמשכני עם רשעים ועם פעלי און דברי שלום עם רעיהם ורעה בלבבם׃
4 (CPDV) The voice of the Lord is in virtue. The voice of the Lord is in magnificence.
4 (HEM) תן להם כפעלם וכרע מעלליהם כמעשה ידיהם תן להם השב גמולם להם׃
5 (CPDV) The voice of the Lord shatters the cedars. And the Lord will shatter the cedars of Lebanon.
5 (HEM) כי לא יבינו אל פעלת יהוה ואל מעשה ידיו יהרסם ולא יבנם׃
6 (CPDV) And it will break them into pieces, like a calf of Lebanon, and in the same way as the beloved son of the single-horned beast.
6 (HEM) ברוך יהוה כי שמע קול תחנוני׃
7 (CPDV) The voice of the Lord cuts through the flame of fire.
7 (HEM) יהוה עזי ומגני בו בטח לבי ונעזרתי ויעלז לבי ומשירי אהודנו׃
8 (CPDV) The voice of the Lord shakes the desert. And the Lord will quake the desert of Kadesh.
8 (HEM) יהוה עז למו ומעוז ישועות משיחו הוא׃
9 (CPDV) The voice of the Lord is preparing the stags, and he will reveal the dense woods. And in his temple, all will speak his glory.
9 (HEM) הושיעה את עמך וברך את נחלתך ורעם ונשאם עד העולם׃
10 (CPDV) The Lord causes the great flood to dwell. And the Lord will sit as King in eternity.

11 (CPDV) The Lord will give virtue to his people. The Lord will bless his people in peace.

A Psalm of David, at the completion of the tabernacle. Bring to the Lord, O sons of God, bring to the Lord the sons of rams.
Ž 143:7 - Send forth your hand from on high: rescue me, and free me from many waters, from the hand of the sons of foreigners.
Ž 30:3 - Incline your ear to me. Hasten to rescue me. Be for me a protector God and a house of refuge, so as to accomplish my salvation.

The voice of the Lord is over the waters. The God of majesty has thundered. The Lord is over many waters.
Ž 12:2 - How long can I take counsel in my soul, sorrowing in my heart throughout the day?
