1 (HEM) למנצח מזמור לדוד יהוה בעזך ישמח מלך ובישועתך מה יגיל מאד׃
1 (UKJV) "The king shall joy in your strength, O LORD; and in your salvation how greatly shall he rejoice! "

2 (HEM) תאות לבו נתתה לו וארשת שפתיו בל מנעת סלה׃
2 (UKJV) You have given him his heart's desire, and have not withheld the request of his lips. Selah.

3 (HEM) כי תקדמנו ברכות טוב תשית לראשו עטרת פז׃
3 (UKJV) For you prevent him with the blessings of goodness: you set a crown of pure gold on his head.

4 (HEM) חיים שאל ממך נתתה לו ארך ימים עולם ועד׃
4 (UKJV) He asked life of you, and you gave it him, even length of days for ever and ever.

5 (HEM) גדול כבודו בישועתך הוד והדר תשוה עליו׃
5 (UKJV) His glory is great in your salvation: honour and majesty have you laid upon him.

6 (HEM) כי תשיתהו ברכות לעד תחדהו בשמחה את פניך׃
6 (UKJV) For you have made him most blessed for ever: you have made him exceeding glad with your countenance.

7 (HEM) כי המלך בטח ביהוה ובחסד עליון בל ימוט׃
7 (UKJV) For the king trusts in the LORD, and through the mercy of the most High he shall not be moved.

8 (HEM) תמצא ידך לכל איביך ימינך תמצא שנאיך׃
8 (UKJV) your hand shall find out all of your enemies: your right hand shall find out those that hate you.

9 (HEM) תשיתמו כתנור אש לעת פניך יהוה באפו יבלעם ותאכלם אש׃
9 (UKJV) You shall make them as a fiery oven in the time of your anger: the LORD shall swallow them up in his wrath, and the fire shall devour them.

10 (HEM) פרימו מארץ תאבד וזרעם מבני אדם׃
10 (UKJV) Their fruit shall you destroy from the earth, and their seed from among the children of men.

11 (HEM) כי נטו עליך רעה חשבו מזמה בל יוכלו׃
11 (UKJV) For they intended evil against you: they imagined a mischievous device, which they are not able to perform.

12 (HEM) כי תשיתמו שכם במיתריך תכונן על פניהם׃
12 (UKJV) Therefore shall you make them turn their back, when you shall make ready your arrows upon your strings against the face of them.

13 (HEM) רומה יהוה בעזך נשירה ונזמרה גבורתך׃
13 (UKJV) Be you exalted, LORD, in your own strength: so will we sing and praise your power.
