1 (HEM) הללו יה כי טוב זמרה אלהינו כי נעים נאוה תהלה׃
1 (UKJV) "Praise all of you the LORD: for it is good to sing praises unto our God; for it is pleasant; and praise is comely. "

2 (HEM) בונה ירושלם יהוה נדחי ישראל יכנס׃
2 (UKJV) The LORD does build up Jerusalem: he gathers together the outcasts of Israel.

3 (HEM) הרפא לשבורי לב ומחבש לעצבותם׃
3 (UKJV) He heals the broken in heart, and binds up their wounds.

4 (HEM) מונה מספר לכוכבים לכלם שמות יקרא׃
4 (UKJV) "He tells the number of the stars; he calls them all by their names. "

5 (HEM) גדול אדונינו ורב כח לתבונתו אין מספר׃
5 (UKJV) Great is our Lord, and of great power: his understanding is infinite.

6 (HEM) מעודד ענוים יהוה משפיל רשעים עדי ארץ׃
6 (UKJV) The LORD lifts up the meek: he casts the wicked down to the ground.

7 (HEM) ענו ליהוה בתודה זמרו לאלהינו בכנור׃
7 (UKJV) "Sing unto the LORD with thanksgiving; sing praise upon the harp unto our God: "

8 (HEM) המכסה שמים בעבים המכין לארץ מטר המצמיח הרים חציר׃
8 (UKJV) Who covers the heaven with clouds, who prepares rain for the earth, who makes grass to grow upon the mountains.

9 (HEM) נותן לבהמה לחמה לבני ערב אשר יקראו׃
9 (UKJV) He gives to the beast his food, and to the young ravens which cry.

10 (HEM) לא בגבורת הסוס יחפץ לא בשוקי האיש ירצה׃
10 (UKJV) He delights not in the strength of the horse: he takes not pleasure in the legs of a man.

11 (HEM) רוצה יהוה את יראיו את המיחלים לחסדו׃
11 (UKJV) The LORD takes pleasure in them that fear him, in those that hope in his mercy.

12 (HEM) שבחי ירושלם את יהוה הללי אלהיך ציון׃
12 (UKJV) "Praise the LORD, O Jerusalem; praise your God, O Zion. "

13 (HEM) כי חזק בריחי שעריך ברך בניך בקרבך׃
13 (UKJV) "For he has strengthened the bars of your gates; he has blessed your children within you. "

14 (HEM) השם גבולך שלום חלב חטים ישביעך׃
14 (UKJV) He makes peace in your borders, and fills you with the finest of the wheat.

15 (HEM) השלח אמרתו ארץ עד מהרה ירוץ דברו׃
15 (UKJV) He sends forth his commandment upon earth: his word runs very swiftly.

16 (HEM) הנתן שלג כצמר כפור כאפר יפזר׃
16 (UKJV) He gives snow like wool: he scatters the hoarfrost like ashes.

17 (HEM) משליך קרחו כפתים לפני קרתו מי יעמד׃
17 (UKJV) He casts forth his ice like morsels: who can stand before his cold?

18 (HEM) ישלח דברו וימסם ישב רוחו יזלו מים׃
18 (UKJV) He sends out his word, and melts them: he causes his wind to blow, and the waters flow.

19 (HEM) מגיד דברו ליעקב חקיו ומשפטיו לישראל׃
19 (UKJV) He shows his word unto Jacob, his statutes and his judgments unto Israel.

20 (HEM) לא עשה כן לכל גוי ומשפטים בל ידעום הללו יה׃
20 (UKJV) He has not dealt so with any nation: and as for his judgments, they have not known them. Praise all of you the LORD.
