Žalmy

1 (HEM) הללו יה הללי נפשי את יהוה׃
1 (UKJV) Praise all of you the LORD. Praise the LORD, O my soul.

2 (HEM) אהללה יהוה בחיי אזמרה לאלהי בעודי׃
2 (UKJV) While I live will I praise the LORD: I will sing praises unto my God while I have any being.

3 (HEM) אל תבטחו בנדיבים בבן אדם שאין לו תשועה׃
3 (UKJV) Put not your trust in princes, nor in the son of man, in whom there is no help.

4 (HEM) תצא רוחו ישב לאדמתו ביום ההוא אבדו עשתנתיו׃
4 (UKJV) "His breath goes forth, he returns to his earth; in that very day his thoughts perish. "

5 (HEM) אשרי שאל יעקב בעזרו שברו על יהוה אלהיו׃
5 (UKJV) Happy is he that has the God of Jacob for his help, whose hope is in the LORD his God:

6 (HEM) עשה שמים וארץ את הים ואת כל אשר בם השמר אמת לעולם׃
6 (UKJV) Which made heaven, and earth, the sea, and all that therein is: which keeps truth for ever:

7 (HEM) עשה משפט לעשוקים נתן לחם לרעבים יהוה מתיר אסורים׃
7 (UKJV) Which executes judgment for the oppressed: which gives food to the hungry. The LORD looses the prisoners:

8 (HEM) יהוה פקח עורים יהוה זקף כפופים יהוה אהב צדיקים׃
8 (UKJV) The LORD opens the eyes of the blind: the LORD raises them that are bowed down: the LORD loves the righteous:

9 (HEM) יהוה שמר את גרים יתום ואלמנה יעודד ודרך רשעים יעות׃
9 (UKJV) "The LORD perserves the strangers; he relieves the fatherless and widow: but the way of the wicked he turns upside down. "

10 (HEM) ימלך יהוה לעולם אלהיך ציון לדר ודר הללו יה׃
10 (UKJV) The LORD shall reign for ever, even your God, O Zion, unto all generations. Praise all of you the LORD.
