(UKJV - Anglický - Updated King James)

Ž 142, 1-7

1 (UKJV) "I cried unto the LORD with my voice; with my voice unto the LORD did I make my supplication. "
1 (LS) Cantique de David. Lorsqu'il était dans la caverne. Prière. De ma voix je crie à l'Eternel, De ma voix j'implore l'Eternel.

2 (UKJV) "I poured out my complaint before him; I showed before him my trouble. "
2 (LS) Je répands ma plainte devant lui, Je lui raconte ma détresse.

3 (UKJV) When my spirit was overwhelmed within me, then you knew my path. In the way wherein I walked have they privately laid a snare for me.

4 (UKJV) "I looked on my right hand, and beheld, but there was no man that would know me: refuge failed me; no man cared for my soul. "

5 (UKJV) I cried unto you, O LORD: I said, You are my refuge and my portion in the land of the living.

6 (UKJV) "Attend unto my cry; for I am brought very low: deliver me from my persecutors; for they are stronger than I. "
6 (LS) Sois attentif à mes cris! Car je suis bien malheureux. Délivre-moi de ceux qui me poursuivent! Car ils sont plus forts que moi.

7 (UKJV) "Bring my soul out of prison, that I may praise your name: the righteous shall compass me about; for you shall deal bountifully with me. "

When my spirit was overwhelmed within me, then you knew my path. In the way wherein I walked have they privately laid a snare for me.
Ž 77:3 - I remembered God, and was troubled: I complained, and my spirit was overwhelmed. Selah.

Verš 5
I cried unto you, O LORD: I said, You are my refuge and my portion in the land of the living.
Ž 16:5 - The LORD is the portion of mine inheritance and of my cup: you maintain my lot.

Verš 6
"Attend unto my cry; for I am brought very low: deliver me from my persecutors; for they are stronger than I. "
Ž 41:1 - Blessed is he that considers the poor: the LORD will deliver him in time of trouble.
Ž 79:8 - O remember not against us former iniquities: let your tender mercies speedily prevent us: for we are brought very low.
Ž 116:6 - The LORD perserves the simple: I was brought low, and he helped me.
