1 Ž 141, 1 LORD, I cry unto thee: make haste unto me; give ear unto my voice, when I cry unto thee. 2 Ž 141, 2 Let my prayer be set forth before thee as incense; and the lifting up of my hands as the evening sacrifice. 3 Ž 141, 3 Set a watch, O LORD, before my mouth; keep the door of my lips. 4 Ž 141, 4 Incline not my heart to any evil thing, to practise wicked works with men that work iniquity: and let me not eat of their dainties. 5 Ž 141, 5 Let the righteous smite me; it shall be a kindness: and let him reprove me; it shall be an excellent oil, which shall not break my head: for yet my prayer also shall be in their calamities. 6 Ž 141, 6 When their judges are overthrown in stony places, they shall hear my words; for they are sweet. 7 Ž 141, 7 Our bones are scattered at the grave's mouth, as when one cutteth and cleaveth wood upon the earth. 8 Ž 141, 8 But mine eyes are unto thee, O GOD the Lord: in thee is my trust; leave not my soul destitute. 9 Ž 141, 9 Keep me from the snares which they have laid for me, and the gins of the workers of iniquity. 10 Ž 141, 10 Let the wicked fall into their own nets, whilst that I withal escape.

Verš 2
Let my prayer be set forth before thee as incense; and the lifting up of my hands as the evening sacrifice.
Ex 29:30 - And that son that is priest in his stead shall put them on seven days, when he cometh into the tabernacle of the congregation to minister in the holy place.
Zjv 5:8 - And when he had taken the book, the four beasts and four and twenty elders fell down before the Lamb, having every one of them harps, and golden vials full of odours, which are the prayers of saints.
Zjv 8:3 - And another angel came and stood at the altar, having a golden censer; and there was given unto him much incense, that he should offer it with the prayers of all saints upon the golden altar which was before the throne.
Verš 7
Our bones are scattered at the grave's mouth, as when one cutteth and cleaveth wood upon the earth.
Ez 37:1 - The hand of the LORD was upon me, and carried me out in the spirit of the LORD, and set me down in the midst of the valley which was full of bones,
Ez 37:11 - Then he said unto me, Son of man, these bones are the whole house of Israel: behold, they say, Our bones are dried, and our hope is lost: we are cut off for our parts.
