Žalmy

1 (UKJV) The fool has said in his heart, There is no God. They are corrupt, they have done abominable works, there is none that does good.
1 (ROH) Blázon hovorí vo svojom srdci: Niet Boha. - Porušení sú a páchajú ohavný skutok. Neni toho, kto by činil dobré.

2 (UKJV) The LORD looked down from heaven upon the children of men, to see if there were any that did understand, and seek God.
2 (ROH) Hospodin pozrel z nebies na synov človeka, aby videl, či je niekto medzi nimi rozumný, hľadajúci Boha.

3 (UKJV) They are all gone aside, they are all together become filthy: there is none that does good, no, not one.
3 (ROH) Všetci dovedna sa odvrátili: zkazení sú. Neni toho, kto by činil dobré, neni ani jedného.

4 (UKJV) Have all the workers of iniquity no knowledge? who eat up my people as they eat bread, and call not upon the LORD.
4 (ROH) Či toho nevedia všetci činitelia neprávosti, ktorí zjedajú môj ľud, ako jedia chlieb, a na Hospodina nevolajú?

5 (UKJV) There were they in great fear: for God is in the generation of the righteous.
5 (ROH) Tam sa raz budú náramne desiť; lebo Hospodin je v pokolení spravedlivého.

6 (UKJV) All of you have shamed the counsel of the poor, because the LORD is his refuge.
6 (ROH) Radu biedneho zahanbujete, lebo Hospodin je jeho útočišťom.

7 (UKJV) Oh that the salvation of Israel were come out of Zion! when the LORD brings back the captivity of his people, Jacob shall rejoice, and Israel shall be glad.
7 (ROH) Ó, aby bolo dané spasenie Izraelovi so Siona! Keď navráti Hospodin zajatých svojho ľudu, plesať bude Jakob, radovať sa bude Izrael.
