1 (HEM) למנצח מזמור לדוד עד אנה יהוה תשכחני נצח עד אנה תסתיר את פניך ממני׃
1 (UKJV) How long will you forget me, O LORD? for ever? how long will you hide your face from me?

2 (HEM) עד אנה אשית עצות בנפשי יגון בלבבי יומם עד אנה ירום איבי עלי׃
2 (UKJV) How long shall I take counsel in my soul, having sorrow in my heart daily? how long shall mine enemy be exalted over me?

3 (HEM) הביטה ענני יהוה אלהי האירה עיני פן אישן המות׃
3 (UKJV) "Consider and hear me, O LORD my God: lighten mine eyes, lest I sleep the sleep of death; "

4 (HEM) פן יאמר איבי יכלתיו צרי יגילו כי אמוט׃
4 (UKJV) "Lest mine enemy say, I have prevailed against him; and those that trouble me rejoice when I am moved. "

5 (HEM) ואני בחסדך בטחתי יגל לבי בישועתך׃
5 (UKJV) "But I have trusted in your mercy; my heart shall rejoice in your salvation. "

6 (HEM) אשירה ליהוה כי גמל עלי׃
6 (UKJV) I will sing unto the LORD, because he has dealt bountifully with me.
