1 (HEM) שיר המעלות אשרי כל ירא יהוה ההלך בדרכיו׃
1 (UKJV) "Blessed is every one that fears the LORD; that walks in his ways. "

2 (HEM) יגיע כפיך כי תאכל אשריך וטוב לך׃
2 (UKJV) For you shall eat the labour of your hands: happy shall you be, and it shall be well with you.

3 (HEM) אשתך כגפן פריה בירכתי ביתך בניך כשתלי זיתים סביב לשלחנך׃
3 (UKJV) Your wife shall be as a fruitful vine by the sides of your house: your children like olive plants round about your table.

4 (HEM) הנה כי כן יברך גבר ירא יהוה׃
4 (UKJV) Behold, that thus shall the man be blessed that fears the LORD.

5 (HEM) יברכך יהוה מציון וראה בטוב ירושלם כל ימי חייך׃
5 (UKJV) The LORD shall bless you out of Zion: and you shall see the good of Jerusalem all the days of your life.

6 (HEM) וראה בנים לבניך שלום על ישראל׃
6 (UKJV) Yea, you shall see your children's children, and peace upon Israel.
