1 (KJV) I was glad when they said unto me, Let us go into the house of the LORD.
1 (KAT) Dávidova pútnická pieseň. Zaradoval som sa, keď mi povedali: „Pôjdeme do domu Pánovho.“

2 (KJV) Our feet shall stand within thy gates, O Jerusalem.
2 (KAT) Naše nohy už stoja v tvojich bránach, Jeruzalem.

3 (KJV) Jerusalem is builded as a city that is compact together:
3 (KAT) Jeruzalem je vystavaný ako mesto spojené v jeden celok.

4 (KJV) Whither the tribes go up, the tribes of the LORD, unto the testimony of Israel, to give thanks unto the name of the LORD.
4 (KAT) Tam prichádzajú kmene, kmene Pánove, aby podľa obyčaje Izraela velebili meno Pánovo.

5 (KJV) For there are set thrones of judgment, the thrones of the house of David.
5 (KAT) Lebo sú tam súdne stolice, stolice domu Dávidovho.

6 (KJV) Pray for the peace of Jerusalem: they shall prosper that love thee.
6 (KAT) Pre Jeruzalem proste o pokoj: „Nech sú bezpeční, čo ťa milujú.

7 (KJV) Peace be within thy walls, and prosperity within thy palaces.
7 (KAT) Nech pokoj vládne vnútri tvojich hradieb a istota v tvojich palácoch.“

8 (KJV) For my brethren and companions' sakes, I will now say, Peace be within thee.
8 (KAT) Kvôli svojim bratom a priateľom budem hovoriť: „Pokoj s tebou!“

9 (KJV) Because of the house of the LORD our God I will seek thy good.
9 (KAT) Kvôli domu Pána, nášho Boha, budem prosiť o šťastie pre teba.
