1 (HEM) אשרי תמימי דרך ההלכים בתורת יהוה׃
1 (UKJV) Blessed are the undefiled in the way, who walk in the law of the LORD.

2 (HEM) אשרי נצרי עדתיו בכל לב ידרשוהו׃
2 (UKJV) Blessed are they that keep his testimonies, and that seek him with the whole heart.

3 (HEM) אף לא פעלו עולה בדרכיו הלכו׃
3 (UKJV) They also do no iniquity: they walk in his ways.

4 (HEM) אתה צויתה פקדיך לשמר מאד׃
4 (UKJV) You have commanded us to keep your precepts diligently.

5 (HEM) אחלי יכנו דרכי לשמר חקיך׃
5 (UKJV) O that my ways were directed to keep your statutes!

6 (HEM) אז לא אבוש בהביטי אל כל מצותיך׃
6 (UKJV) Then shall I not be ashamed, when I have respect unto all your commandments.

7 (HEM) אודך בישר לבב בלמדי משפטי צדקך׃
7 (UKJV) I will praise you with uprightness of heart, when I shall have learned your righteous judgments.

8 (HEM) את חקיך אשמר אל תעזבני עד מאד׃
8 (UKJV) I will keep your statutes: O forsake me not utterly.

9 (HEM) במה יזכה נער את ארחו לשמר כדברך׃
9 (UKJV) Wherewithal shall a young man cleanse his way? by taking heed thereto according to your word.

10 (HEM) בכל לבי דרשתיך אל תשגני ממצותיך׃
10 (UKJV) With my whole heart have I sought you: O let me not wander from your commandments.

11 (HEM) בלבי צפנתי אמרתך למען לא אחטא לך׃
11 (UKJV) Your word have I hid in mine heart, that I might not sin against you.

12 (HEM) ברוך אתה יהוה למדני חקיך׃
12 (UKJV) Blessed are you, O LORD: teach me your statutes.

13 (HEM) בשפתי ספרתי כל משפטי פיך׃
13 (UKJV) With my lips have I declared all the judgments of your mouth.

14 (HEM) בדרך עדותיך ששתי כעל כל הון׃
14 (UKJV) I have rejoiced in the way of your testimonies, as much as in all riches.

15 (HEM) בפקדיך אשיחה ואביטה ארחתיך׃
15 (UKJV) I will meditate in your precepts, and have respect unto your ways.

16 (HEM) בחקתיך אשתעשע לא אשכח דברך׃
16 (UKJV) I will delight myself in your statutes: I will not forget your word.

17 (HEM) גמל על עבדך אחיה ואשמרה דברך׃
17 (UKJV) Deal bountifully with your servant, that I may live, and keep your word.

18 (HEM) גל עיני ואביטה נפלאות מתורתך׃
18 (UKJV) Open you mine eyes, that I may behold wondrous things out of your law.

19 (HEM) גר אנכי בארץ אל תסתר ממני מצותיך׃
19 (UKJV) I am a stranger in the earth: hide not your commandments from me.

20 (HEM) גרסה נפשי לתאבה אל משפטיך בכל עת׃
20 (UKJV) My soul breaks for the longing that it has unto your judgments at all times.

21 (HEM) גערת זדים ארורים השגים ממצותיך׃
21 (UKJV) You have rebuked the proud that are cursed, which do go astray from your commandments.

22 (HEM) גל מעלי חרפה ובוז כי עדתיך נצרתי׃
22 (UKJV) "Remove from me reproach and contempt; for I have kept your testimonies. "

23 (HEM) גם ישבו שרים בי נדברו עבדך ישיח בחקיך׃
23 (UKJV) Princes also did sit and speak against me: but your servant did meditate in your statutes.

24 (HEM) גם עדתיך שעשעי אנשי עצתי׃
24 (UKJV) Your testimonies also are my delight and my counsellors.leth.

25 (HEM) דבקה לעפר נפשי חיני כדברך׃
25 (UKJV) My soul cleaves unto the dust: you restore life in me according to your word.

26 (HEM) דרכי ספרתי ותענני למדני חקיך׃
26 (UKJV) I have declared my ways, and you heard me: teach me your statutes.

27 (HEM) דרך פקודיך הבינני ואשיחה בנפלאותיך׃
27 (UKJV) Make me to understand the way of your precepts: so shall I talk of your wondrous works.

28 (HEM) דלפה נפשי מתוגה קימני כדברך׃
28 (UKJV) My soul melts for heaviness: strengthen you me according unto your word.

29 (HEM) דרך שקר הסר ממני ותורתך חנני׃
29 (UKJV) Remove from me the way of lying: and grant me your law graciously.

30 (HEM) דרך אמונה בחרתי משפטיך שויתי׃
30 (UKJV) I have chosen the way of truth: your judgments have I laid before me.

31 (HEM) דבקתי בעדותיך יהוה אל תבישני׃
31 (UKJV) I have stuck unto your testimonies: O LORD, put me not to shame.

32 (HEM) דרך מצותיך ארוץ כי תרחיב לבי׃
32 (UKJV) I will run the way of your commandments, when you shall enlarge my heart.

33 (HEM) הורני יהוה דרך חקיך ואצרנה עקב׃
33 (UKJV) "Teach me, O LORD, the way of your statutes; and I shall keep it unto the end. "

34 (HEM) הבינני ואצרה תורתך ואשמרנה בכל לב׃
34 (UKJV) "Give me understanding, and I shall keep your law; yea, I shall observe it with my whole heart. "

35 (HEM) הדריכני בנתיב מצותיך כי בו חפצתי׃
35 (UKJV) "Make me to go in the path of your commandments; for therein do I delight. "

36 (HEM) הט לבי אל עדותיך ואל אל בצע׃
36 (UKJV) Incline my heart unto your testimonies, and not to covetousness.

37 (HEM) העבר עיני מראות שוא בדרכך חיני׃
37 (UKJV) "Turn away mine eyes from beholding vanity; and you restore life in me in your way. "

38 (HEM) הקם לעבדך אמרתך אשר ליראתך׃
38 (UKJV) Establish your word unto your servant, who is devoted to your fear.

39 (HEM) העבר חרפתי אשר יגרתי כי משפטיך טובים׃
39 (UKJV) Turn away my reproach which I fear: for your judgments are good.

40 (HEM) הנה תאבתי לפקדיך בצדקתך חיני׃
40 (UKJV) Behold, I have longed after your precepts: restore life in me in your righteousness.

41 (HEM) ויבאני חסדך יהוה תשועתך כאמרתך׃
41 (UKJV) Let your mercies come also unto me, O LORD, even your salvation, according to your word.

42 (HEM) ואענה חרפי דבר כי בטחתי בדברך׃
42 (UKJV) So shall I have wherewith to answer him that reproaches me: for I trust in your word.

43 (HEM) ואל תצל מפי דבר אמת עד מאד כי למשפטך יחלתי׃
43 (UKJV) "And take not the word of truth utterly out of my mouth; for I have hoped in your judgments. "

44 (HEM) ואשמרה תורתך תמיד לעולם ועד׃
44 (UKJV) So shall I keep your law continually for ever and ever.

45 (HEM) ואתהלכה ברחבה כי פקדיך דרשתי׃
45 (UKJV) And I will walk at liberty: for I seek your precepts.

46 (HEM) ואדברה בעדתיך נגד מלכים ולא אבוש׃
46 (UKJV) I will speak of your testimonies also before kings, and will not be ashamed.

47 (HEM) ואשתעשע במצותיך אשר אהבתי׃
47 (UKJV) And I will delight myself in your commandments, which I have loved.

48 (HEM) ואשא כפי אל מצותיך אשר אהבתי ואשיחה בחקיך׃
48 (UKJV) "My hands also will I lift up unto your commandments, which I have loved; and I will meditate in your statutes. "

49 (HEM) זכר דבר לעבדך על אשר יחלתני׃
49 (UKJV) Remember the word unto your servant, upon which you have caused me to hope.

50 (HEM) זאת נחמתי בעניי כי אמרתך חיתני׃
50 (UKJV) This is my comfort in my affliction: for your word has quickened me.

51 (HEM) זדים הליצני עד מאד מתורתך לא נטיתי׃
51 (UKJV) The proud have had me greatly in derision: yet have I not declined from your law.

52 (HEM) זכרתי משפטיך מעולם יהוה ואתנחם׃
52 (UKJV) "I remembered your judgments of old, O LORD; and have comforted myself. "

53 (HEM) זלעפה אחזתני מרשעים עזבי תורתך׃
53 (UKJV) Horror has taken hold upon me because of the wicked that forsake your law.

54 (HEM) זמרות היו לי חקיך בבית מגורי׃
54 (UKJV) Your statutes have been my songs in the house of my pilgrimage.

55 (HEM) זכרתי בלילה שמך יהוה ואשמרה תורתך׃
55 (UKJV) I have remembered your name, O LORD, in the night, and have kept your law.

56 (HEM) זאת היתה לי כי פקדיך נצרתי׃
56 (UKJV) This I had, because I kept your precepts.

57 (HEM) חלקי יהוה אמרתי לשמר דבריך׃
57 (UKJV) You are my portion, O LORD: I have said that I would keep your words.

58 (HEM) חליתי פניך בכל לב חנני כאמרתך׃
58 (UKJV) I implored your favour with my whole heart: be merciful unto me according to your word.

59 (HEM) חשבתי דרכי ואשיבה רגלי אל עדתיך׃
59 (UKJV) I thought on my ways, and turned my feet unto your testimonies.

60 (HEM) חשתי ולא התמהמהתי לשמר מצותיך׃
60 (UKJV) I made haste, and delayed not to keep your commandments.

61 (HEM) חבלי רשעים עודני תורתך לא שכחתי׃
61 (UKJV) The bands of the wicked have robbed me: but I have not forgotten your law.

62 (HEM) חצות לילה אקום להודות לך על משפטי צדקך׃
62 (UKJV) At midnight I will rise to give thanks unto you because of your righteous judgments.

63 (HEM) חבר אני לכל אשר יראוך ולשמרי פקודיך׃
63 (UKJV) I am a companion of all them that fear you, and of them that keep your precepts.

64 (HEM) חסדך יהוה מלאה הארץ חקיך למדני׃
64 (UKJV) The earth, O LORD, is full of your mercy: teach me your statutes.

65 (HEM) טוב עשית עם עבדך יהוה כדברך׃
65 (UKJV) You have dealt well with your servant, O LORD, according unto your word.

66 (HEM) טוב טעם ודעת למדני כי במצותיך האמנתי׃
66 (UKJV) Teach me good judgment and knowledge: for I have believed your commandments.

67 (HEM) טרם אענה אני שגג ועתה אמרתך שמרתי׃
67 (UKJV) Before I was afflicted I went astray: but now have I kept your word.

68 (HEM) טוב אתה ומטיב למדני חקיך׃
68 (UKJV) "You are good, and do good; teach me your statutes. "

69 (HEM) טפלו עלי שקר זדים אני בכל לב אצר פקודיך׃
69 (UKJV) The proud have forged a lie against me: but I will keep your precepts with my whole heart.

70 (HEM) טפש כחלב לבם אני תורתך שעשעתי׃
70 (UKJV) "Their heart is as fat as grease; but I delight in your law. "

71 (HEM) טוב לי כי עניתי למען אלמד חקיך׃
71 (UKJV) "It is good for me that I have been afflicted; that I might learn your statutes. "

72 (HEM) טוב לי תורת פיך מאלפי זהב וכסף׃
72 (UKJV) The law of your mouth is better unto me than thousands of gold and silver.

73 (HEM) ידיך עשוני ויכוננוני הבינני ואלמדה מצותיך׃
73 (UKJV) Your hands have made me and fashioned me: give me understanding, that I may learn your commandments.

74 (HEM) יראיך יראוני וישמחו כי לדברך יחלתי׃
74 (UKJV) "They that fear you will be glad when they see me; because I have hoped in your word. "

75 (HEM) ידעתי יהוה כי צדק משפטיך ואמונה עניתני׃
75 (UKJV) I know, O LORD, that your judgments are right, and that you in faithfulness have afflicted me.

76 (HEM) יהי נא חסדך לנחמני כאמרתך לעבדך׃
76 (UKJV) Let, I pray you, your merciful kindness be for my comfort, according to your word unto your servant.

77 (HEM) יבאוני רחמיך ואחיה כי תורתך שעשעי׃
77 (UKJV) Let your tender mercies come unto me, that I may live: for your law is my delight.

78 (HEM) יבשו זדים כי שקר עותוני אני אשיח בפקודיך׃
78 (UKJV) "Let the proud be ashamed; for they dealt perversely with me without a cause: but I will meditate in your precepts. "

79 (HEM) ישובו לי יראיך וידעו עדתיך׃
79 (UKJV) Let those that fear you turn unto me, and those that have known your testimonies.

80 (HEM) יהי לבי תמים בחקיך למען לא אבוש׃
80 (UKJV) "Let my heart be sound in your statutes; that I be not ashamed. "

81 (HEM) כלתה לתשועתך נפשי לדברך יחלתי׃
81 (UKJV) My soul faints for your salvation: but I hope in your word.

82 (HEM) כלו עיני לאמרתך לאמר מתי תנחמני׃
82 (UKJV) Mine eyes fail for your word, saying, When will you comfort me?

83 (HEM) כי הייתי כנאד בקיטור חקיך לא שכחתי׃
83 (UKJV) "For I am become like a bottle in the smoke; yet do I not forget your statutes. "

84 (HEM) כמה ימי עבדך מתי תעשה ברדפי משפט׃
84 (UKJV) How many are the days of your servant? when will you execute judgment on them that persecute me?

85 (HEM) כרו לי זדים שיחות אשר לא כתורתך׃
85 (UKJV) The proud have dug pits for me, which are not after your law.

86 (HEM) כל מצותיך אמונה שקר רדפוני עזרני׃
86 (UKJV) "All your commandments are faithful: they persecute me wrongfully; help you me. "

87 (HEM) כמעט כלוני בארץ ואני לא עזבתי פקודיך׃
87 (UKJV) "They had almost consumed me upon earth; but I forsook not your precepts. "

88 (HEM) כחסדך חיני ואשמרה עדות פיך׃
88 (UKJV) "Restore life in me after your loving kindness; so shall I keep the testimony of your mouth. "

89 (HEM) לעולם יהוה דברך נצב בשמים׃
89 (UKJV) For ever, O LORD, your word is settled in heaven.

90 (HEM) לדר ודר אמונתך כוננת ארץ ותעמד׃
90 (UKJV) Your faithfulness is unto all generations: you have established the earth, and it abides.

91 (HEM) למשפטיך עמדו היום כי הכל עבדיך׃
91 (UKJV) They continue this day according to your ordinances: for all are your servants.

92 (HEM) לולי תורתך שעשעי אז אבדתי בעניי׃
92 (UKJV) Unless your law had been my delights, I should then have perished in mine affliction.

93 (HEM) לעולם לא אשכח פקודיך כי בם חייתני׃
93 (UKJV) I will never forget your precepts: for with them you have quickened me.

94 (HEM) לך אני הושיעני כי פקודיך דרשתי׃
94 (UKJV) I am yours, save me: for I have sought your precepts.

95 (HEM) לי קוו רשעים לאבדני עדתיך אתבונן׃
95 (UKJV) The wicked have waited for me to destroy me: but I will consider your testimonies.

96 (HEM) לכל תכלה ראיתי קץ רחבה מצותך מאד׃
96 (UKJV) I have seen an end of all perfection: but your commandment is exceeding broad.

97 (HEM) מה אהבתי תורתך כל היום היא שיחתי׃
97 (UKJV) O how I love your law! it is my meditation all the day.

98 (HEM) מאיבי תחכמני מצותך כי לעולם היא לי׃
98 (UKJV) You through your commandments have made me wiser than mine enemies: for they are ever with me.

99 (HEM) מכל מלמדי השכלתי כי עדותיך שיחה לי׃
99 (UKJV) I have more understanding than all my teachers: for your testimonies are my meditation.

100 (HEM) מזקנים אתבונן כי פקודיך נצרתי׃
100 (UKJV) I understand more than the ancients, because I keep your precepts.

101 (HEM) מכל ארח רע כלאתי רגלי למען אשמר דברך׃
101 (UKJV) I have refrained my feet from every evil way, that I might keep your word.

102 (HEM) ממשפטיך לא סרתי כי אתה הורתני׃
102 (UKJV) I have not departed from your judgments: for you have taught me.

103 (HEM) מה נמלצו לחכי אמרתך מדבש לפי׃
103 (UKJV) How sweet are your words unto my taste! yea, sweeter than honey to my mouth!

104 (HEM) מפקודיך אתבונן על כן שנאתי כל ארח שקר׃
104 (UKJV) Through your precepts I get understanding: therefore I hate every false way.

105 (HEM) נר לרגלי דברך ואור לנתיבתי׃
105 (UKJV) Your word is a lamp unto my feet, and a light unto my path.

106 (HEM) נשבעתי ואקימה לשמר משפטי צדקך׃
106 (UKJV) I have sworn, and I will perform it, that I will keep your righteous judgments.

107 (HEM) נעניתי עד מאד יהוה חיני כדברך׃
107 (UKJV) I am afflicted very much: restore life in me, O LORD, according unto your word.

108 (HEM) נדבות פי רצה נא יהוה ומשפטיך למדני׃
108 (UKJV) Accept, I plead to you, the freewill offerings of my mouth, O LORD, and teach me your judgments.

109 (HEM) נפשי בכפי תמיד ותורתך לא שכחתי׃
109 (UKJV) My soul is continually in my hand: yet do I not forget your law.

110 (HEM) נתנו רשעים פח לי ומפקודיך לא תעיתי׃
110 (UKJV) The wicked have laid a snare for me: yet I erred not from your precepts.

111 (HEM) נחלתי עדותיך לעולם כי ששון לבי המה׃
111 (UKJV) Your testimonies have I taken as an heritage for ever: for they are the rejoicing of my heart.

112 (HEM) נטיתי לבי לעשות חקיך לעולם עקב׃
112 (UKJV) I have inclined mine heart to perform your statutes always, even unto the end.

113 (HEM) סעפים שנאתי ותורתך אהבתי׃
113 (UKJV) I hate vain thoughts: but your law do I love.

114 (HEM) סתרי ומגני אתה לדברך יחלתי׃
114 (UKJV) You are my hiding place and my shield: I hope in your word.

115 (HEM) סורו ממני מרעים ואצרה מצות אלהי׃
115 (UKJV) Depart from me, all of you evildoers: for I will keep the commandments of my God.

116 (HEM) סמכני כאמרתך ואחיה ואל תבישני משברי׃
116 (UKJV) Uphold me according unto your word, that I may live: and let me not be ashamed of my hope.

117 (HEM) סעדני ואושעה ואשעה בחקיך תמיד׃
117 (UKJV) Hold you me up, and I shall be safe: and I will have respect unto your statutes continually.

118 (HEM) סלית כל שוגים מחקיך כי שקר תרמיתם׃
118 (UKJV) You have trodden down all them that go astray from your statutes: for their deceit is falsehood.

119 (HEM) סגים השבת כל רשעי ארץ לכן אהבתי עדתיך׃
119 (UKJV) You put away all the wicked of the earth like dross: therefore I love your testimonies.

120 (HEM) סמר מפחדך בשרי וממשפטיך יראתי׃
120 (UKJV) "My flesh trembles for fear of you; and I am afraid of your judgments. "

121 (HEM) עשיתי משפט וצדק בל תניחני לעשקי׃
121 (UKJV) I have done judgment and justice: leave me not to mine oppressors.

122 (HEM) ערב עבדך לטוב אל יעשקני זדים׃
122 (UKJV) Be guarantor for your servant for good: let not the proud oppress me.

123 (HEM) עיני כלו לישועתך ולאמרת צדקך׃
123 (UKJV) Mine eyes fail for your salvation, and for the word of your righteousness.

124 (HEM) עשה עם עבדך כחסדך וחקיך למדני׃
124 (UKJV) Deal with your servant according unto your mercy, and teach me your statutes.

125 (HEM) עבדך אני הבינני ואדעה עדתיך׃
125 (UKJV) "I am your servant; give me understanding, that I may know your testimonies. "

126 (HEM) עת לעשות ליהוה הפרו תורתך׃
126 (UKJV) It is time for you, LORD, to work: for they have made void your law.

127 (HEM) על כן אהבתי מצותיך מזהב ומפז׃
127 (UKJV) "Therefore I love your commandments above gold; yea, above fine gold. "

128 (HEM) על כן כל פקודי כל ישרתי כל ארח שקר שנאתי׃
128 (UKJV) "Therefore I esteem all your precepts concerning all things to be right; and I hate every false way. "

129 (HEM) פלאות עדותיך על כן נצרתם נפשי׃
129 (UKJV) Your testimonies are wonderful: therefore does my soul keep them.

130 (HEM) פתח דבריך יאיר מבין פתיים׃
130 (UKJV) "The entrance of your words gives light; it gives understanding unto the simple. "

131 (HEM) פי פערתי ואשאפה כי למצותיך יאבתי׃
131 (UKJV) I opened my mouth, and panted: for I longed for your commandments.

132 (HEM) פנה אלי וחנני כמשפט לאהבי שמך׃
132 (UKJV) Look you upon me, and be merciful unto me, as you use to do unto those that love your name.

133 (HEM) פעמי הכן באמרתך ואל תשלט בי כל און׃
133 (UKJV) Order my steps in your word: and let not any iniquity have dominion over me.

134 (HEM) פדני מעשק אדם ואשמרה פקודיך׃
134 (UKJV) Deliver me from the oppression of man: so will I keep your precepts.

135 (HEM) פניך האר בעבדך ולמדני את חקיך׃
135 (UKJV) "Make your face to shine upon your servant; and teach me your statutes. "

136 (HEM) פלגי מים ירדו עיני על לא שמרו תורתך׃
136 (UKJV) Rivers of waters run down mine eyes, because they keep not your law.

137 (HEM) צדיק אתה יהוה וישר משפטיך׃
137 (UKJV) Righteous are you, O LORD, and upright are your judgments.

138 (HEM) צוית צדק עדתיך ואמונה מאד׃
138 (UKJV) Your testimonies that you have commanded are righteous and very faithful.

139 (HEM) צמתתני קנאתי כי שכחו דבריך צרי׃
139 (UKJV) My zeal has consumed me, because mine enemies have forgotten your words.

140 (HEM) צרופה אמרתך מאד ועבדך אהבה׃
140 (UKJV) Your word is very pure: therefore your servant loves it.

141 (HEM) צעיר אנכי ונבזה פקדיך לא שכחתי׃
141 (UKJV) I am small and despised: yet do not I forget your precepts.

142 (HEM) צדקתך צדק לעולם ותורתך אמת׃
142 (UKJV) Your righteousness is an everlasting righteousness, and your law is the truth.

143 (HEM) צר ומצוק מצאוני מצותיך שעשעי׃
143 (UKJV) Trouble and anguish have taken hold on me: yet your commandments are my delights.

144 (HEM) צדק עדותיך לעולם הבינני ואחיה׃
144 (UKJV) The righteousness of your testimonies is everlasting: give me understanding, and I shall live.

145 (HEM) קראתי בכל לב ענני יהוה חקיך אצרה׃
145 (UKJV) "I cried with my whole heart; hear me, O LORD: I will keep your statutes. "

146 (HEM) קראתיך הושיעני ואשמרה עדתיך׃
146 (UKJV) "I cried unto you; save me, and I shall keep your testimonies. "

147 (HEM) קדמתי בנשף ואשועה לדבריך יחלתי׃
147 (UKJV) I prevented the dawning of the morning, and cried: I hoped in your word.

148 (HEM) קדמו עיני אשמרות לשיח באמרתך׃
148 (UKJV) Mine eyes prevent the night watches, that I might meditate in your word.

149 (HEM) קולי שמעה כחסדך יהוה כמשפטך חיני׃
149 (UKJV) Hear my voice according unto your loving kindness: O LORD, restore life in me according to your judgment.

150 (HEM) קרבו רדפי זמה מתורתך רחקו׃
150 (UKJV) They draw nigh that follow after mischief: they are far from your law.

151 (HEM) קרוב אתה יהוה וכל מצותיך אמת׃
151 (UKJV) "You are near, O LORD; and all your commandments are truth. "

152 (HEM) קדם ידעתי מעדתיך כי לעולם יסדתם׃
152 (UKJV) Concerning your testimonies, I have known of old that you have founded them for ever.

153 (HEM) ראה עניי וחלצני כי תורתך לא שכחתי׃
153 (UKJV) Consider mine affliction, and deliver me: for I do not forget your law.

154 (HEM) ריבה ריבי וגאלני לאמרתך חיני׃
154 (UKJV) Plead my cause, and deliver me: restore life in me according to your word.

155 (HEM) רחוק מרשעים ישועה כי חקיך לא דרשו׃

159 (UKJV) Consider how I love your precepts: restore life in me, O LORD, according to your loving kindness.

160 (UKJV) Your word is true from the beginning: and every one of your righteous judgments endures for ever.

161 (HEM) שרים רדפוני חנם ומדבריך פחד לבי׃
161 (UKJV) Princes have persecuted me without a cause: but my heart stands in awe of your word.

162 (HEM) שש אנכי על אמרתך כמוצא שלל רב׃
162 (UKJV) I rejoice at your word, as one that finds great spoil.

163 (HEM) שקר שנאתי ואתעבה תורתך אהבתי׃
163 (UKJV) I hate and detest lying: but your law do I love.

164 (HEM) שבע ביום הללתיך על משפטי צדקך׃
164 (UKJV) Seven times a day do I praise you because of your righteous judgments.

165 (HEM) שלום רב לאהבי תורתך ואין למו מכשול׃
165 (UKJV) Great peace have they which love your law: and nothing shall offend them.

166 (HEM) שברתי לישועתך יהוה ומצותיך עשיתי׃
166 (UKJV) LORD, I have hoped for your salvation, and done your commandments.

167 (HEM) שמרה נפשי עדתיך ואהבם מאד׃
167 (UKJV) "My soul has kept your testimonies; and I love them exceedingly. "

168 (HEM) שמרתי פקודיך ועדתיך כי כל דרכי נגדך׃
168 (UKJV) I have kept your precepts and your testimonies: for all my ways are before you.

169 (HEM) תקרב רנתי לפניך יהוה כדברך הבינני׃
169 (UKJV) Let my cry come near before you, O LORD: give me understanding according to your word.

170 (HEM) תבוא תחנתי לפניך כאמרתך הצילני׃
170 (UKJV) Let my supplication come before you: deliver me according to your word.

171 (HEM) תבענה שפתי תהלה כי תלמדני חקיך׃
171 (UKJV) My lips shall utter praise, when you have taught me your statutes.

172 (HEM) תען לשוני אמרתך כי כל מצותיך צדק׃
172 (UKJV) My tongue shall speak of your word: for all your commandments are righteousness.

173 (HEM) תהי ידך לעזרני כי פקודיך בחרתי׃
173 (UKJV) "Let your hand help me; for I have chosen your precepts. "

174 (HEM) תאבתי לישועתך יהוה ותורתך שעשעי׃
174 (UKJV) "I have longed for your salvation, O LORD; and your law is my delight. "

175 (HEM) תחי נפשי ותהללך ומשפטך יעזרני׃
175 (UKJV) "Let my soul live, and it shall praise you; and let your judgments help me. "

176 (HEM) תעיתי כשה אבד בקש עבדך כי מצותיך לא שכחתי׃
176 (UKJV) "I have gone astray like a lost sheep; seek your servant; for I do not forget your commandments. "
