Žalmy

1 (UKJV) Praise all of you the LORD. I will praise the LORD with my whole heart, in the assembly of the upright, and in the congregation.
1 (ROH) Hallelujah! Oslavovať budem Hospodina celým srdcom, v rade priamych, a v shromaždení.

2 (UKJV) The works of the LORD are great, sought out of all them that have pleasure therein.
2 (ROH) Veľké sú skutky Hospodinove, hľadané všetkým, ktorí majú v nich záľubu.

3 (UKJV) His work is honourable and glorious: and his righteousness endures for ever.
3 (ROH) Jeho dielo je veličenstvom a nádherou, a jeho spravedlivosť stojí na večnosť.

4 (UKJV) He has made his wonderful works to be remembered: the LORD is gracious and full of compassion.
4 (ROH) Učinil svojim divom pamiatku: milostivý a ľútostivý je Hospodin.

5 (UKJV) He has given food unto them that fear him: he will ever be mindful of his covenant.
5 (ROH) Dáva pokrm tým, ktorí sa ho boja; na veky pamätá na svoju smluvu.

6 (UKJV) He has showed his people the power of his works, that he may give them the heritage of the heathen.
6 (ROH) Oznámil svojmu ľudu silu svojich skutkov dajúc im dedičstvo pohanov.

7 (UKJV) "The works of his hands are verity and judgment; all his commandments are sure. "
7 (ROH) Dielami jeho rúk sú pravda a súd, verné všetky jeho nariadenia,

8 (UKJV) They stand fast for ever and ever, and are done in truth and uprightness.
8 (ROH) pevne podoprené na večné veky, učinené v pravde a v priamosti.

9 (UKJV) He sent redemption unto his people: he has commanded his covenant for ever: holy and reverend is his name.
9 (ROH) Poslal svojmu ľudu vykúpenie; prikázal svoju smluvu na veky; sväté a strašné je jeho meno.

10 (UKJV) The fear of the LORD is the beginning of wisdom: a good understanding have all they that do his commandments: his praise endures for ever.
10 (ROH) Počiatok múdrosti je bázeň Hospodinova. Výborný rozum majú všetci, ktorí to robia. Jeho chvála stojí na večnosť.
