Jób 30, 1-31

1 (CPDV) But now, those younger in years scorn me, whose fathers I would not have seen fit to place with the dogs of my flock,
1 (ROH) A teraz sa mi smejú vekom mladší odo mňa, ktorých otcami som opovrhoval, ani len ich postaviť so psami svojho drobného stáda.

2 (CPDV) the strength of whose hands was nothing to me, and they were considered unworthy of life itself.

3 (CPDV) They were barren from poverty and hunger; they gnawed in solitude, layered with misfortune and misery.
3 (ROH) Nedostatkom a hladom zmorení, tí, ktorí obhrýzali vypráhlu zem, šero pustiny a púšte,

4 (CPDV) And they chewed grass and the bark from trees, and the root of junipers was their food.

5 (CPDV) They took these things from the steep valleys, and when they discovered one of these things, they rushed to the others with a cry.

6 (CPDV) They lived in the parched desert and in caves underground or above the rocks.
6 (ROH) takže museli bývať vo výmole potokov, v dierach prachu a skál.

7 (CPDV) They rejoiced among these kinds of things, and they considered it delightful to be under thorns.
7 (ROH) Revali medzi chrastinami; boli sobraní pod tŕne,

8 (CPDV) These are the sons of foolish and base men, not even paying any attention to the land.
8 (ROH) synovia blázna i synovia človeka bez mena; boli vypudení zo zeme.

9 (CPDV) Now I become their song, and I have been made into their proverb.
9 (ROH) A teraz som sa stal ich pesničkou a som im vravou.

10 (CPDV) They loathe me, and so they flee far from me, and they are not reluctant to spit in my face.
10 (ROH) Ošklivia si ma; vzďaľujú sa odo mňa a neštítia sa pľuvať mi do tvári,

11 (CPDV) For he has opened his quiver and has afflicted me, and he has placed a bridle in my mouth.
11 (ROH) pretože Bôh rozviazal moju tetivu a ztrápil ma; preto odvrhli úzdu pred mojou tvárou.

12 (CPDV) Immediately, upon rising, my calamities rise up to the right. They have overturned my feet and have pressed me down along their way like waves.
12 (ROH) Po pravici povstáva mladá sberba; podrážajú mi nohy a nahadzujú proti mne cesty svojej zhuby.

13 (CPDV) They have diverted my journeys; they have waited to ambush me, and they have prevailed, and there was no one who might bring help.
13 (ROH) Rozryli môj chodník; dopomohli k mojej zkaze tí, ktorí sami nemajú spomocníka.

14 (CPDV) They have rushed upon me, as when a wall is broken or a gate opened, and they have been pulled down into my miseries.

15 (CPDV) I have been reduced to nothing. You have taken away my desire like a wind, and my health has passed by like a cloud.

16 (CPDV) But now my soul withers within myself, and the days of affliction take hold of me.
16 (ROH) A teraz sa moja duša rozlieva vo mne; pochytily ma dni trápenia.

17 (CPDV) At night, my bone is pierced with sorrows, and those who feed on me, do not sleep.
17 (ROH) Noc vrtá moje kosti a lúpi odo mňa, a moji hlodajúci, červy, neležia zaháľajúc.

18 (CPDV) By the sheer number of them my clothing is worn away, and they have closed in on me like the collar of my coat.

19 (CPDV) I have been treated like dirt, and I have been turned into embers and ashes.
19 (ROH) Vrhol ma do blata, takže som podobný prachu a popolu.

20 (CPDV) I cry to you, and you do not heed me. I stand up, and you do not look back at me.
20 (ROH) Volám k tebe, Bože, o pomoc, a neodpovedáš mi; stojím, a len hľadíš a hľadíš na mňa.

21 (CPDV) You have changed me into hardness, and, with the hardness of your hand, you oppose me.

22 (CPDV) You have lifted me up, and, placing me as if on the wind, you have thrown me down powerfully.
22 (ROH) Vyzdvihol si ma do vetra a vysadil si ma naň a pôsobíš to, aby som sa rozplýval v hukote búrky.

23 (CPDV) I know that you will hand me over to death, where a home has been established for all the living.
23 (ROH) Lebo viem, že ma obrátiš do smrti a do domu, do ktorého sa shromaždí každý živý.

24 (CPDV) Truly, then, you do not extend your hand in order to consume them, and if they fall down, you will save them.

25 (CPDV) Once, I wept over him who was afflicted, and my soul had compassion on the poor.
25 (ROH) Je pravda, že som plakal nad tým, kto prežíval tvrdé dni; že moja duša smútila nad chudobným.

26 (CPDV) I expected good things, but evil things have come to me. I stood ready for light, yet darkness burst forth.

27 (CPDV) My insides have seethed, without any rest, for the days of affliction have prevented it.

28 (CPDV) I went forth mourning, without anger, and rising up, I cried out in confusion.
28 (ROH) Chodím smutný bez svitu slnca; stojím v shromaždení a volám o pomoc.

29 (CPDV) I was the brother of snakes, and the companion of ostriches.
29 (ROH) Stal som sa bratom šakalov a druhom mladých pštrosov.

30 (CPDV) My skin has become blackened over me, and my bones have dried up because of the heat.
30 (ROH) Moja koža sčernela a lúpe sa so mňa, a moja kosť horí od horúčosti.

31 (CPDV) My harp has been turned into mourning, and my pipes have been turned into a voice of weeping.

Now I become their song, and I have been made into their proverb.
Jób 17:6 - He has posted me like a proverb to the people, and I am an example in their presence.
Ž 69:12 -
Nár 3:14 - HE. I have become a derision to all my people, their song throughout the day.
Nár 3:63 - SIN. Watch their sitting down and their rising up: I am their psalm.

Verš 10
They loathe me, and so they flee far from me, and they are not reluctant to spit in my face.
Jób 19:19 - Those who were sometime my counselors, treat me like an abomination; and he whom I valued the most has turned against me.

Verš 23
I know that you will hand me over to death, where a home has been established for all the living.
Heb 9:27 - And in the same manner as it has been appointed for men to die one time, and after this, to be judged,

Verš 25
Once, I wept over him who was afflicted, and my soul had compassion on the poor.
Ž 35:13 - In that place, those who work iniquity have fallen. They have been expelled; they were not able to stand.
Rim 12:15 - Rejoice with those who are rejoicing. Weep with those who are weeping.

Verš 29
I was the brother of snakes, and the companion of ostriches.
Ž 102:6 - The Lord accomplishes mercies, and his judgment is for all who patiently endure injuries.

Verš 30
My skin has become blackened over me, and my bones have dried up because of the heat.
Ž 119:83 -
Nár 4:8 - HETH. Their face has been blacked more than coals, and they are not recognized in the streets. Their skin has adhered to their bones; it dried out and became like wood.
Nár 5:10 - Our skin was burned, as if by an oven, before the face of the tempest of the famine.

Skúsil to už sv.
