1 (SVD) ولما بني السور واقمت المصاريع وترتب البوابون والمغنون واللاويون
1 (VUL) Postquam autem aedificatus est murus, et posui valvas et recen sui ianitores et cantores et Levitas,
1 (KAT) Keď bol múr dobudovaný a keď som osadil vráta, boli ustanovení vrátnici, speváci a leviti.
1 (UKJV) Now it came to pass, when the wall was built, and I had set up the doors, and the porters and the singers and the Levites were appointed,

2 (SVD) اقمت حناني اخي وحننيا رئيس القصر على اورشليم لانه كان رجلا امينا يخاف الله اكثر من كثيرين.
2 (VUL) praeposui Hanani fratrem meum et Hananiam principem arcis supra Ierusalem — ipse enim quasi vir verax et timens Deum plus ceteris videbatur —
2 (KAT) Svojmu bratovi Chananimu a veliteľovi pevnosti Chananiášovi som zveril hlavné velenie nad Jeruzalemom, lebo on bol mužom dôveryhodným a bohabojnejším ako mnohí iní.
2 (UKJV) That I gave my brother Hanani, and Hananiah the ruler of the palace, charge over Jerusalem: for he was a faithful man, and feared God above many.

3 (SVD) وقلت لهما لا تفتح ابواب اورشليم حتى تحمى الشمس وما داموا وقوفا فليغلقوا المصاريع ويقفلوها. وأقيم حراسات من سكان اورشليم كل واحد على حراسته وكل واحد مقابل بيته.
3 (VUL) et dixi eis: “ Non aperiantur portae Ierusalem usque ad calorem solis. Dum adhuc calor permanet, claudantur portae et oppilentur; et ponant custodes de habitatoribus Ierusalem, singulos per vices suas et unumquemque contra domum suam ”.
3 (KAT) Vydal som im rozkaz: „Neotvárať jeruzalemské brány, až keď už hreje slnko! Vráta treba zatvárať a zamykať závorami, kým tam ešte stoja! Majú tiež stavať stráže z Jeruzalemčanov, každého na jeho stanovište, každého oproti jeho domu!“
3 (UKJV) "And I said unto them, Let not the gates of Jerusalem be opened until the sun be hot; and while they stand by, let them shut the doors, and bar them: and appoint watches of the inhabitants of Jerusalem, every one in his watch, and every one to be opposite to his house. "

4 (SVD) وكانت المدينة واسعة الجناب وعظيمة والشعب قليلا في وسطها ولم تكن البيوت قد بنيت
4 (VUL) Civitas autem erat lata nimis et grandis, et populus parvus in medio eius, et non erant domus aedificatae.

5 (SVD) فألهمني الهي ان اجمع العظماء والولاة والشعب لاجل الانتساب. فوجدت سفر انتساب الذين صعدوا اولا ووجدت مكتوبا فيه
5 (VUL) Deus autem meus dedit in corde meo, et congregavi optimates et magistratus et vulgus, ut recenserem eos; et inveni librum census eorum, qui ascenderant primum, et inventum est scriptum in eo:
5 (KAT) Preto mi Boh vnukol zhromaždiť a spísať podľa príslušnosti k rodu šľachtu kniežatá a ľud. A tu som našiel záznam o rode tých, ktorí prišli prví. Našiel som v ňom zápis:
5 (UKJV) And my God put into mine heart to gather together the nobles, and the rulers, and the people, that they might be reckoned by genealogy. And I found a register of the genealogy of them which came up at the first, and found written therein,

6 (SVD) هؤلاء هم بنو الكورة الصاعدون من سبي المسبيين الذين سباهم نبوخذناصّر ملك بابل ورجعوا الى اورشليم ويهوذا كل واحد الى مدينته
6 (VUL) Isti filii provinciae, qui ascenderunt de captivitate migrantium, quos transtulerat Nabuchodonosor rex Babylonis, et reversi sunt in Ierusalem et in Iudaeam unusquisque in civitatem suam.

7 (SVD) الذين جاءوا مع زربابل يشوع نحميا عزريا رعميا نحماني مردخاي بلشان مسفارث بغواي نحوم وبعنة. عدد رجال شعب اسرائيل.

65 (SVD) وقال لهم الترشاثا ان لا يأكلوا من قدس الاقداس حتى يقوم كاهن للاوريم والتمّيم.
