28 (HEM) ושאר העם הכהנים הלוים השוערים המשררים הנתינים וכל הנבדל מעמי הארצות אל תורת האלהים נשיהם בניהם ובנתיהם כל יודע מבין׃
28 (KAT) Maluch, Charim a Bána.
29 (CPDV) All who were able to understand, pledged on behalf of their brothers, with their nobles, and they came forward to promise and to swear that they would walk in the law of God, which he had given to the hand of Moses, the servant of God, that they would do and keep all the commandments of the Lord our God, and his judgments and his ceremonies,
29 (HEM) מחזיקים על אחיהם אדיריהם ובאים באלה ובשבועה ללכת בתורת האלהים אשר נתנה ביד משה עבד האלהים ולשמור ולעשות את כל מצות יהוה אדנינו ומשפטיו וחקיו׃
29 (KAT) Ostatný ľud, kňazi, leviti, vrátnici, speváci, chrámoví nevoľníci, všetci, ktorí sa vrátili od národov krajín k Božiemu zákonu, ich manželky, ich synovia a dcéry, všetci, ktorí vedeli pochopiť,
30 (CPDV) and that we would 270 not give our daughters to the people of the land, and that we would not accept their daughters for our sons,
30 (HEM) ואשר לא נתן בנתינו לעמי הארץ ואת בנתיהם לא נקח לבנינו׃
30 (KAT) pripájali sa k svojim slávnym súkmeňovcom. Zaklínali sa a prisahali: že sa budú riadiť Božím zákonom, ktorý bol daný prostredníctvom Božieho služobníka Mojžiša; že budú zachovávať a plniť všetky prikázania Pána, nášho Boha, i jeho ustanovenia a jeho predpisy;
31 (CPDV) also that, if the people of the land carry in goods for sale or any useful things, so that they might sell them on the day of the Sabbath, that we would not buy them on the Sabbath, nor on a sanctified day, and that we would release the seventh year and the collection of debt from every hand.
31 (HEM) ועמי הארץ המביאים את המקחות וכל שבר ביום השבת למכור לא נקח מהם בשבת וביום קדש ונטש את השנה השביעית ומשא כל יד׃
31 (KAT) a preto že nebudeme dávať svoje dcéry národom krajiny ani brať ich dcéry svojim synom;
32 (CPDV) And we established precepts over ourselves, so that we would give one third part of a shekel each year for the work of the house of our God,
32 (HEM) והעמדנו עלינו מצות לתת עלינו שלשית השקל בשנה לעבדת בית אלהינו׃
32 (KAT) od národov krajiny, ktoré prinesú v sobotný deň na trh tovar a akékoľvek potraviny, ani v sobotu, ani v iný sviatočný deň nevezmeme nič; v siedmom roku sa zriekneme poľnej úrody a akéhokoľvek vymáhania dlhov;
33 (CPDV) for the bread of the presence, and for the continual sacrifice, and for a continual holocaust on the Sabbaths, on the new moons, on the solemnities, and for the holy things, and for the sin offering, so that atonement would be made for Israel, and for every use within the house of our God.
33 (HEM) ללחם המערכת ומנחת התמיד ולעולת התמיד השבתות החדשים למועדים ולקדשים ולחטאות לכפר על ישראל וכל מלאכת בית אלהינו׃
33 (KAT) ukladáme si za povinnosť dávať ročne tretinu šekla na potreby domu svojho Boha,
34 (CPDV) Then we cast lots concerning the oblation of the wood among the priests, and the Levites, and the people, so that it would be carried into the house of our God, by the households of our fathers, at set times, from the times of one year to another, so that they might burn upon the altar of the Lord our God, just as it was written in the law of Moses,
34 (HEM) והגורלות הפלנו על קרבן העצים הכהנים הלוים והעם להביא לבית אלהינו לבית אבתינו לעתים מזמנים שנה בשנה לבער על מזבח יהוה אלהינו ככתוב בתורה׃
34 (KAT) na predkladné chleby, na ustavičnú obetu, na ustavičný celopal, na soboty, na novmesiace, na slávnosti, na posvätné veci, na obety za hriech na uzmierenie pre Izrael a na všelijaké potrebnosti domu nášho Boha.
35 (CPDV) and so that we might bring in the first-fruits of our land, and the first-fruits of all the produce from every tree, from year to year, in the house of our Lord,
35 (HEM) ולהביא את בכורי אדמתנו ובכורי כל פרי כל עץ שנה בשנה לבית יהוה׃
35 (KAT) A my kňazi, leviti a ľud, sme hodili aj lós o dodávke dreva; že ho budeme donášať pre dom nášho Boha po čeľadiach našich otcov v určenom čase z roka na rok, aby bolo na pálenie na oltári Pána, nášho Boha, ako je predpísané v zákone.
36 (CPDV) and the firstborn of our sons, and of our cattle, just as it was written in the law, and the firstborn of our oxen and our sheep, so that they might be offered in the house of our God, to the priests who minister in the house of our God,
36 (HEM) ואת בכרות בנינו ובהמתינו ככתוב בתורה ואת בכורי בקרינו וצאנינו להביא לבית אלהינו לכהנים המשרתים בבית אלהינו׃
36 (KAT) Budeme tiež odovzdávať prvotiny svojich polí a prvotiny všetkých plodov z hocakého stromu z roka na rok do Pánovho domu;
37 (CPDV) and so that we might bring in the first-fruits of our foods, and of our libations, and the fruits of every tree, also of the vintage and of the oil, to the priests, to the storehouse of our God, with the tithes of our land for the Levites. The Levites also shall receive tithes from our works out of all the cities.
37 (HEM) ואת ראשית עריסתינו ותרומתינו ופרי כל עץ תירוש ויצהר נביא לכהנים אל לשכות בית אלהינו ומעשר אדמתנו ללוים והם הלוים המעשרים בכל ערי עבדתנו׃
37 (KAT) zaväzujeme sa ďalej odovzdávať pre dom nášho Boha svojich prvorodencov i prvotiny svojho statku, ako je predpísané v zákone, i prvotiny svojho dobytka a svojho stáda kňazom konajúcim službu v dome nášho Boha.
38 (CPDV) Now the priest, the son of Aaron, shall be with the Levites in the tithes of the Levites, and the Levites shall offer a tenth part of their tithes in the house of our God, to the storeroom in the house of the treasury.
38 (HEM) והיה הכהן בן אהרן עם הלוים בעשר הלוים והלוים יעלו את מעשר המעשר לבית אלהינו אל הלשכות לבית האוצר׃
38 (KAT) Ďalej najlepšiu časť svojich múčnych výrobkov a svojich obetí pozdvihnutia, plodov všetkých stromov, muštu a oleja budeme tiež odovzdávať kňazom do miestností domu svojho Boha, priam tak desatinu svojich polí levitom. A leviti budú tie desatiny vyberať vo všetkých mestách, kde budeme obrábať zem.
39 (CPDV) For the sons of Israel and the sons of Levi shall carry to the storehouse the first-fruits of the grain, of the wine, and of the oil. And the sanctified vessels shall be there, and the priests, and the singing men, and the gatekeepers, and the ministers. And we shall not forsake the house of our God.
39 (HEM) כי אל הלשכות יביאו בני ישראל ובני הלוי את תרומת הדגן התירוש והיצהר ושם כלי המקדש והכהנים המשרתים והשוערים והמשררים ולא נעזב את בית אלהינו׃
39 (KAT) Nech je s levitmi kňaz, Áronovec, keď sa vyberajú levitské desatiny, a leviti nech odnášajú desatinu desatiny do príbytku nášho Boha do miestnosti pokladnice. - Do týchto miestností totiž prinášali Izraeliti a leviti obetné dary obilia, muštu a oleja. Tam bývali aj posvätné nádoby, kňazi konajúci službu, vrátnici a speváci. - Nebudeme teda nedbanliví o dom svojho Boha.

Ex 23:19 - You shall carry the first grain of the land to the house of the Lord your God. You shall not cook a young goat in the milk of its mother.
Lv 19:23 - When you will have entered into the land, and will have planted in it fruit trees, you shall take away their first-fruits; the fruit that germinates shall be unclean to you, neither shall you eat from these.

and the firstborn of our sons, and of our cattle, just as it was written in the law, and the firstborn of our oxen and our sheep, so that they might be offered in the house of our God, to the priests who minister in the house of our God,
Ex 13:2 - “Sanctify to me every firstborn which opens the womb among the sons of Israel, as much of men as of cattle. For they are all mine.”
Nm 3:13 - For every firstborn is mine. From the time that I struck the firstborn in the land of Egypt, I have sanctified for myself whatever is born first in Israel. From man, even to beast, they are mine. I am the Lord.”
Nm 8:17 - For all the firstborn of the sons of Israel, as much from men as from beasts, are mine. From the day when I struck down all the firstborn in the land of Egypt, I have sanctified them to myself.

and so that we might bring in the first-fruits of our foods, and of our libations, and the fruits of every tree, also of the vintage and of the oil, to the priests, to the storehouse of our God, with the tithes of our land for the Levites. The Levites also shall receive tithes from our works out of all the cities.
Lv 23:17 - from all of your dwelling places: two loaves from the first-fruits, from two-tenths of leavened fine wheat flour, which you shall bake as the first-fruits of the Lord.
Nm 15:19 - and when you will eat from the bread of that region, you shall separate the first-fruits to the Lord
Nm 18:12 - All the innermost of the oil, and of the wine, and of the grain, whatever first-fruits they offer to the Lord, I have given to you.
Dt 18:4 - the first-fruits of grain, wine, and oil, and a portion of the wool from the shearing of the sheep.
Nm 18:24 - being content with the oblation of tithes, which I have separated for their uses and necessities.”

Now the priest, the son of Aaron, shall be with the Levites in the tithes of the Levites, and the Levites shall offer a tenth part of their tithes in the house of our God, to the storeroom in the house of the treasury.
Nm 18:26 - “Instruct the Levites, and also declare to them: When you will receive, from the sons of Israel, the tithes, which I have given to you, offer their first-fruits to the Lord, that is, the tenth part of a tenth,

and that we would 270 not give our daughters to the people of the land, and that we would not accept their daughters for our sons,
Ex 34:16 - Neither shall you take a wife for your son from their daughters, lest, after they themselves have fornicated, they may cause your sons also to fornicate with their gods.
Dt 7:3 - And you shall not associate with them in marriage. You shall not give your daughter to his son, nor accept his daughter for your son.

also that, if the people of the land carry in goods for sale or any useful things, so that they might sell them on the day of the Sabbath, that we would not buy them on the Sabbath, nor on a sanctified day, and that we would release the seventh year and the collection of debt from every hand.
Ex 20:10 - But the seventh day is the Sabbath of the Lord your God. You shall not do any work in it: you and your son and your daughter, your male servant and your female servant, your beast and the newcomer who is within your gates.
Ex 34:21 - For six days you shall work. On the seventh day you shall cease to cultivate and to harvest.
Lv 23:2 - Speak to the sons of Israel, and you shall say to them: These are the feasts of the Lord, which you shall call holy.
Dt 5:12 - Observe the day of the Sabbath, so that you may sanctify it, just as the Lord your God has instructed you.
Ex 23:10 - For six years, you shall sow your land and gather its produce.
Lv 25:2 - Speak to the sons of Israel, and you shall say to them: When you will have entered into the land which I will give to you, rest on the Sabbath of the Lord.
Dt 5:1 - And Moses summoned all of Israel, and he said to them: “Listen, O Israel, to the ceremonies and judgments, which I am speaking to your ears on this day. Learn them, and fulfill them in deed.
Neh 10,1 - Prvý sa podpísal kráľovský námestník Nehemiáš; za ním Sedechiáš, ktorý bol najskôr hlavou židovskej samosprávy.
Neh 10,3-9 - Podpisy za kňazské triedy. Prekvapuje, že niet medzi nimi podpisu Ezdrášovho a Eljašibovho. Túto zmluvu za obidvoch podpísal azda len Seraiáš ako hlava rodu, od ktorého pochádzali obaja.
Neh 10,10-14 - Podpisy za levitské oddelenie.
Neh 10,15-28 - Podpisy za príslušné rody. Za každý rod, triedu, oddelenie podpisoval zmluvu len ten, kto ich právoplatne zastupoval. Ostatní sa pripájali k svojim predstaviteľom a zástupcom a iba ústne sľubovali, že tú zmluvu s Bohom, podpísanú židovskými hodnostármi, budú tiež verne zachovávať.
Neh 10,31 - O miešaných manželstvách porov. Ezd 9,2.
Neh 10,35 - Zaobstarávanie dreva v kraji, kde je málo dreva, znamenalo iste veľkú námahu a isteže nie malý náklad.
