Kniha Ezdrášova

1 (HEM) וככלות אלה נגשו אלי השרים לאמר לא נבדלו העם ישראל והכהנים והלוים מעמי הארצות כתועבתיהם לכנעני החתי הפרזי היבוסי העמני המאבי המצרי והאמרי׃
1 (VUL) Postquam autem haec completa sunt, accesserunt ad me princi pes dicentes: “ Non est separatus populus Israel, sacerdotes et Levitae a populis terrarum et abominationibus eorum, Chananaei videlicet et Hetthaei et Pherezaei et Iebusaei et Ammonitarum et Moabitarum et Aegyptiorum et Amorraeorum.
1 (KAT) Keď sa toto vykonalo, pristúpili ku mne predstavení so slovami: „Izraelský ľud ani kňazi, ani leviti sa neoddelili od obyvateľov týchto krajín a ich ohavností, totiž od Kanaánčanov, Hetejcov, Ferezejcov, Jebuzejcov, Amončanov, Moabčanov, Egypťanov a Amorejcov.
1 (UKJV) Now when these things were done, the princes came to me, saying, The people of Israel, and the priests, and the Levites, have not separated themselves from the people of the lands, doing according to their abominations, even of the Canaanites, the Hittites, the Perizzites, the Jebusites, the Ammonites, the Moabites, the Egyptians, and the Amorites.

2 (HEM) כי נשאו מבנתיהם להם ולבניהם והתערבו זרע הקדש בעמי הארצות ויד השרים והסגנים היתה במעל הזה ראשונה׃
2 (VUL) Tulerunt enim de filiabus eorum sibi et filiis suis et commiscuerunt semen sanctum cum populis terrarum; manus etiam principum et magistratuum fuit in transgressione hac prima ”.
2 (KAT) Nielen sebe, lež i svojim synom vzali za ženy z ich dcér a pomiešali sväté plemä s národmi tých krajín. Kniežatá a predstavení sa prehrešili dokonca prví.“
2 (UKJV) For they have taken of their daughters for themselves, and for their sons: so that the holy seed have mingled themselves with the people of those lands: yea, the hand of the princes and rulers has been chief in this trespass.

3 (HEM) וכשמעי את הדבר הזה קרעתי את בגדי ומעילי ואמרטה משער ראשי וזקני ואשבה משומם׃
3 (VUL) Cumque audissem sermonem istum, scidi vestimentum meum et pallium et evelli capillos capitis mei et barbae et sedi maerens.
3 (KAT) Keď som to počul, roztrhol som si rúcho a plášť, trhal som si vlasy z hlavy a brady a sedel som veľmi rozrušený.
3 (UKJV) And when I heard this thing, I rent my garment and my mantle, and plucked off the hair of my head and of my beard, and sat down astonished.

4 (HEM) ואלי יאספו כל חרד בדברי אלהי ישראל על מעל הגולה ואני ישב משומם עד למנחת הערב׃
4 (VUL) Convenerunt autem ad me omnes, qui timebant verba Dei Israel pro transgressione eorum, qui de captivitate venerant; et ego sedebam tristis usque ad sacrificium vespertinum.
4 (KAT) I poschodili sa ku mne všetci, čo sa báli slova Izraelovho Boha pre priestupok tých, ktorí prišli zo zajatia. Ja som však sedel rozrušený až do večernej obety.
4 (UKJV) "Then were assembled unto me every one that trembled at the words of the God of Israel, because of the transgression of those that had been carried away; and I sat astonished until the evening sacrifice. "

5 (HEM) ובמנחת הערב קמתי מתעניתי ובקרעי בגדי ומעילי ואכרעה על ברכי ואפרשה כפי אל יהוה אלהי׃
5 (VUL) Et in sacrificio vespertino surrexi de afflictione mea et, scisso vestimento et pallio, curvavi genua mea et expandi manus meas ad Dominum Deum meum.
5 (KAT) Ale za večernej obety som vstal od umárania sa a s roztrhnutým rúchom a plášťom som sa hodil na kolená, rozprestrel som ruky k Pánovi, svojmu Bohu,
5 (UKJV) "And at the evening sacrifice I arose up from my heaviness; and having rent my garment and my mantle, I fell upon my knees, and spread out my hands unto the LORD my God, "

6 (HEM) ואמרה אלהי בשתי ונכלמתי להרים אלהי פני אליך כי עונתינו רבו למעלה ראש ואשמתנו גדלה עד לשמים׃
6 (VUL) Et dixi: “ Deus meus, confundor et erubesco levare faciem meam ad te, quoniam iniquitates nostrae multiplicatae sunt super caput nostrum, et delicta nostra creverunt usque ad caelum
6 (KAT) a vravel som: „Môj Bože, pýrim sa a hanbím sa pozdvihnúť svoju tvár k tebe, môj Bože, lebo naše neprávosti nám vyčnievajú ponad hlavu a naše previnenie narástlo až po nebesá.
6 (UKJV) And said, O my God, I am ashamed and blush to lift up my face to you, my God: for our iniquities are increased over our head, and our trespass is grown up unto the heavens.

7 (HEM) מימי אבתינו אנחנו באשמה גדלה עד היום הזה ובעונתינו נתנו אנחנו מלכינו כהנינו ביד מלכי הארצות בחרב בשבי ובבזה ובבשת פנים כהיום הזה׃
7 (VUL) a diebus patrum nostrorum. Peccavimus graviter usque ad diem hanc, et propter iniquitates nostras traditi sumus, ipsi et reges nostri et sacerdotes nostri, in manum regum terrarum et in gladium et in captivitatem et in rapinam et in confusionem vultus sicut et die hac.
7 (KAT) Od čias našich otcov až po dnešný deň sme ťažko hrešili. Pre naše neprávosti sme boli my, naši králi i naši kňazi vydaní do rúk kráľov (cudzích) krajín, pod meč, do zajatia, za korisť a na verejnú hanbu ako je tomu (i) dnes.
7 (UKJV) "Since the days of our fathers have we been in a great trespass unto this day; and for our iniquities have we, our kings, and our priests, been delivered into the hand of the kings of the lands, to the sword, to captivity, and to a spoil, and to confusion of face, as it is this day. "

8 (HEM) ועתה כמעט רגע היתה תחנה מאת יהוה אלהינו להשאיר לנו פליטה ולתת לנו יתד במקום קדשו להאיר עינינו אלהינו ולתתנו מחיה מעט בעבדתנו׃
8 (VUL) Et nunc ad momentum invenimus gratiam apud Dominum Deum nostrum, ut servaret nobis reliquias et figeret nobis tentorium in loco sancto eius et illuminaret oculos nostros Deus noster et daret nobis solacium modicum in servitute nostra.
8 (KAT) Teraz sa na chvíľočku zmiloval nad nami Pán, náš Boh, aby nám zachoval zvyšky, aby nám zarazil kolík na svojom posvätnom mieste, aby nám náš Boh osvietil oči a aby nám dal trocha pookriať v našej porobe.
8 (UKJV) And now for a little space grace has been showed from the LORD our God, to leave us a remnant to escape, and to give us a nail in his holy place, that our God may lighten our eyes, and give us a little reviving in our bondage.

9 (HEM) כי עבדים אנחנו ובעבדתנו לא עזבנו אלהינו ויט עלינו חסד לפני מלכי פרס לתת לנו מחיה לרומם את בית אלהינו ולהעמיד את חרבתיו ולתת לנו גדר ביהודה ובירושלם׃
9 (VUL) Quia servi sumus, et in servitute nostra non dereliquit nos Deus noster, sed inclinavit super nos misericordiam regum Persarum, ut darent nobis solacium, et erigeretur domus Dei nostri, et instaurarentur ruinae eius, et dedit nobis refugium in Iuda et Ierusalem.
9 (KAT) Lebo hoci sme boli rabmi, náš Boh nás neopúšťal v našej porobe, ale naklonil nám milosť perzských kráľov, že nám dožičili pookriať, aby sme zas mohli vyzdvihnúť dom nášho Boha a opäť ho postaviť z jeho rozvalín a aby nám dal hradbu v Judei a v Jeruzaleme.
9 (UKJV) "For we were bondmen; yet our God has not forsaken us in our bondage, but has extended mercy unto us in the sight of the kings of Persia, to give us a reviving, to set up the house of our God, and to repair the desolations thereof, and to give us a wall in Judah and in Jerusalem. "

10 (HEM) ועתה מה נאמר אלהינו אחרי זאת כי עזבנו מצותיך׃
10 (VUL) Et nunc quid dicemus, Deus noster, post haec? Dereliquimus mandata tua,
10 (KAT) Čo ti však, náš Bože, teraz po tom všetkom povedať? Lebo sme opustili tvoje prikázania,
10 (UKJV) And now, O our God, what shall we say after this? for we have forsaken your commandments,

11 (HEM) אשר צוית ביד עבדיך הנביאים לאמר הארץ אשר אתם באים לרשתה ארץ נדה היא בנדת עמי הארצות בתועבתיהם אשר מלאוה מפה אל פה בטמאתם׃
11 (VUL) quae praecepisti in manu servorum tuorum prophetarum dicens: “Terra, ad quam vos ingredimini, ut possideatis eam, terra immunda est, iuxta immunditiam populorum terrarum et abominationem eorum, qui repleverunt eam a fine usque ad finem coinquinatione sua.
11 (KAT) ktoré si nám dal cez svojich služobníkov, prorokov, keď si povedal: »Krajina, do ktorej idete, aby ste ju zaujali dedične, je zem poškvrnená nečistotou národov tých krajín, pre ohavnosť tých, čo ju od jedného konca po druhý naplnili svojou nečistotou.
11 (UKJV) Which you have commanded by your servants the prophets, saying, The land, unto which all of you go to possess it, is an unclean land with the filthiness of the people of the lands, with their abominations, which have filled it from one end to another with their uncleanness.

12 (HEM) ועתה בנותיכם אל תתנו לבניהם ובנתיהם אל תשאו לבניכם ולא תדרשו שלמם וטובתם עד עולם למען תחזקו ואכלתם את טוב הארץ והורשתם לבניכם עד עולם׃
12 (VUL) Nunc ergo filias vestras ne detis filiis eorum et filias eorum ne accipiatis filiis vestris et non quaeratis pacem eorum et prosperitatem eorum usque in aeternum, ut confortemini et comedatis, quae bona sunt terrae, et heredes habeatis filios vestros usque in saeculum”.
12 (KAT) Preto teraz nedávajte svoje dcéry za ich synov, ani neberte ich dcéry svojim synom! Nikdy s nimi neuzavierajte pokoj, ani im nedožičte šťastia, aby ste boli čoraz mocnejší a požívali dobrá krajiny a poručili ju svojim synom až naveky.«
12 (UKJV) Now therefore give not your daughters unto their sons, neither take their daughters unto your sons, nor seek their peace or their wealth for ever: that all of you may be strong, and eat the good of the land, and leave it for an inheritance to your children for ever.

13 (HEM) ואחרי כל הבא עלינו במעשינו הרעים ובאשמתנו הגדלה כי אתה אלהינו חשכת למטה מעוננו ונתתה לנו פליטה כזאת׃
13 (VUL) Et post omnia, quae venerunt super nos in operibus nostris pessimis et in delicto nostro magno, quia tu, Deus noster, non iudicasti secundum iniquitates nostras et dedisti nobis salutem, sicut est hodie,
13 (KAT) Po tom všetkom, čo nás prikvačilo pre naše zlé skutky a pre naše veľké previnenie - lebo ty, náš Bože, si nás väčšmi šetril, ako si zaslúžili naše neprávosti, a nechal si nám zachované zvyšky -,
13 (UKJV) "And after all that has come upon us for our evil deeds, and for our great trespass, seeing that you our God have punished us less than our iniquities deserve, and have given us such deliverance as this; "

14 (HEM) הנשוב להפר מצותיך ולהתחתן בעמי התעבות האלה הלוא תאנף בנו עד כלה לאין שארית ופליטה׃
14 (VUL) numquid amplius irrita faciemus mandata tua et matrimonia iungemus cum populis abominationum istarum? Numquid iratus es nobis usque ad consummationem, ut non essent reliquiae et salus?
14 (KAT) neslobodno sa nám vykrúcať a porušovať tvoje príkazy, nesmieme sa zošvagrovať s tými ohavnými národmi. Veď či by si sa nerozhneval na nás do vykynoženia, žeby nik nezostal a neunikol skaze?
14 (UKJV) Should we again break your commandments, and join in affinity with the people of these abominations? would not you be angry with us till you had consumed us, so that there should be no remnant nor escaping?

15 (HEM) יהוה אלהי ישראל צדיק אתה כי נשארנו פליטה כהיום הזה הננו לפניך באשמתינו כי אין לעמוד לפניך על זאת׃
15 (VUL) Domine, Deus Israel, tua clementia superstites sumus sicut die hac! Ecce coram te sumus in delicto nostro; non enim stari potest coram te propter hoc ”.
15 (KAT) Pane, Izraelov Bože, ty si spravodlivý, preto sme dnes iba zvyškami zachránených. Hľa, my sme pred tebou obťažení takou vinou, že nik preto neobstojí pred tebou!“
15 (UKJV) O LORD God of Israel, you are righteous: for we remain yet escaped, as it is this day: behold, we are before you in our trespasses: for we cannot stand before you because of this.
