Kniha Ezdrášova

1 (HEM) וישמעו צרי יהודה ובנימן כי בני הגולה בונים היכל ליהוה אלהי ישראל׃
1 (VUL) Audierunt autem hostes Iudae et Beniamin, quia filii captivita tis aedificarent templum Domino, Deo Israel,
1 (KAT) Keď sa dopočuli Júdovi a Benjamínovi protivníci, že po návrate zo zajatia stavajú chrám Pánovi, Bohu Izraela,
1 (UKJV) "Now when the adversaries of Judah and Benjamin heard that the children of the captivity built the temple unto the LORD God of Israel; "

2 (HEM) ויגשו אל זרבבל ואל ראשי האבות ויאמרו להם נבנה עמכם כי ככם נדרוש לאלהיכם ולא אנחנו זבחים מימי אסר חדן מלך אשור המעלה אתנו פה׃
2 (VUL) et accedentes ad Zorobabel et ad principes familiarum dixerunt eis: “ Aedificemus vobiscum, quia ita ut vos quaerimus Deum vestrum et immolavimus victimas a diebus Asarhaddon regis Assyriae, qui adduxit nos huc ”.
2 (KAT) prichádzali k Zorobábelovi a náčelníkom rodín a hovorili im: „Radi by sme s vami stavať, lebo uctievame vášho Boha ako vy a obetujeme mu od čias asýrskeho kráľa Esar-Chadona, ktorý nás sem doviedol.“
2 (UKJV) "Then they came to Zerubbabel, and to the chief of the fathers, and said unto them, Let us build with you: for we seek your God, as all of you do; and we do sacrifice unto him since the days of Esarhaddon king of Assur, which brought us up here. "

3 (HEM) ויאמר להם זרבבל וישוע ושאר ראשי האבות לישראל לא לכם ולנו לבנות בית לאלהינו כי אנחנו יחד נבנה ליהוה אלהי ישראל כאשר צונו המלך כורש מלך פרס׃
3 (VUL) Et dixit eis Zorobabel et Iesua et reliqui principes familiarum Israel: “ Non est vobis et nobis, ut aedificemus domum Deo nostro, sed nos ipsi soli aedificabimus Domino, Deo Israel, sicut praecepit nobis Cyrus rex Persarum ”.
3 (KAT) Lenže Zorobábel, Jozue a iní náčelníci izraelských rodín im odvetili: „Vy a my nesmieme spolu stavať dom nášmu Bohu, ale iba my sami postavíme Pánovi, Bohu Izraela, ako nám rozkázal perzský kráľ, kráľ Kýros.“
3 (UKJV) "But Zerubbabel, and Jeshua, and the rest of the chief of the fathers of Israel, said unto them, All of you have nothing to do with us to build an house unto our God; but we ourselves together will build unto the LORD God of Israel, as king Cyrus the king of Persia has commanded us. "

4 (HEM) ויהי עם הארץ מרפים ידי עם יהודה ומבלהים אותם לבנות׃
4 (VUL) Factum est igitur, ut populus terrae impediret manus populi Iudae et turbaret eos in aedificando.
4 (KAT) Tak sa stalo, že ľud tejto krajiny sa usiloval odobrať chuť do práce judejskému ľudu a zastrašovali ich, aby nestavali.
4 (UKJV) Then the people of the land weakened the hands of the people of Judah, and troubled them in building,

5 (HEM) וסכרים עליהם יועצים להפר עצתם כל ימי כורש מלך פרס ועד מלכות דריוש מלך פרס׃
5 (VUL) Conduxerunt autem adversus eos consiliatores, ut destruerent consilium eorum omnibus diebus Cyri regis Persarum et usque ad regnum Darii regis Persarum.
5 (KAT) Okrem toho podplácali vplyvných úradníkov, aby marili ich predsavzatie. Tak to bolo po všetky dni perzského kráľa Kýra, až kým nekraľoval perzský kráľ Dárius.
5 (UKJV) And hired counsellors against them, to frustrate their purpose, all the days of Cyrus king of Persia, even until the reign of Darius king of Persia.

6 (HEM) ובמלכות אחשורוש בתחלת מלכותו כתבו שטנה על ישבי יהודה וירושלם׃
6 (VUL) In regno autem Asueri, in principio regni eius, scripserunt accusationem adversus habitatores Iudae et Ierusalem.
6 (KAT) Keď kraľoval Asuer, na začiatku jeho kraľovania napísali obžalobu na obyvateľov Judey a Jeruzalema.
6 (UKJV) And in the reign of Ahasuerus, in the beginning of his reign, wrote they unto him an accusation against the inhabitants of Judah and Jerusalem.

7 (HEM) ובימי ארתחששתא כתב בשלם מתרדת טבאל ושאר כנותו על ארתחששתא מלך פרס וכתב הנשתון כתוב ארמית ומתרגם ארמית׃
7 (VUL) Et in diebus Artaxerxis scripsit Beselam, Mithridates et Tabel et reliqui, qui erant in consilio eorum, ad Artaxerxem regem Persarum; scriptura autem accusationis erat scripta litteris Syriacis et composita sermone Syro.
7 (KAT) A v časoch Artaxerxa písal zas Bišlam, Mitridat a Tabel so svojimi ostatnými spolupracovníkmi perzskému kráľovi Artaxerxovi. Obžaloba bola napísaná aramejským písmom a bola preložená do aramejčiny.
7 (UKJV) "And in the days of Artaxerxes wrote Bishlam, Mithredath, Tabeel, and the rest of their companions, unto Artaxerxes king of Persia; and the writing of the letter was written in the Syrian tongue, and interpreted in the Syrian tongue. "

8 (HEM) רחום בעל טעם ושמשי ספרא כתבו אגרה חדה על ירושלם לארתחששתא מלכא כנמא׃
8 (VUL) Rehum praefectus et Samsai scriba scripserunt epistulam unam de Ierusalem Artaxerxi regi huiuscemodi:
8 (KAT) Kancelár Rechum a pisár Simsai zostavili kráľovi Artaxerxovi správu o Jeruzaleme tohto znenia:
8 (UKJV) Rehum the chancellor and Shimshai the scribe wrote a letter against Jerusalem to Artaxerxes the king in this sort:

9 (HEM) אדין רחום בעל טעם ושמשי ספרא ושאר כנותהון דיניא ואפרסתכיא טרפליא אפרסיא ארכוי בבליא שושנכיא דהוא עלמיא׃
9 (VUL) “ Rehum praefectus et Samsai scriba et reliqui socii eorum, iudices et duces, magistratus Persae, Erchuaei, Babylonii, Susanechaei, hoc est Elamitae,
9 (KAT) „Kancelár Rechum a pisár Simsai so svojimi ostatnými spolupracovníkmi, Dinajčanmi, Afarsatenčanmi, Tarpelčanmi, Afarsčanmi, Arkvančanmi, Babyloncami, Susanechičanmi, Dehavičanmi a Elamitmi,
9 (UKJV) "Then wrote Rehum the chancellor, and Shimshai the scribe, and the rest of their companions; the Dinaites, the Apharsathchites, the Tarpelites, the Apharsites, the Archevites, the Babylonians, the Susanchites, the Dehavites, and the Elamites, "

10 (HEM) ושאר אמיא די הגלי אסנפר רבא ויקירא והותב המו בקריה די שמרין ושאר עבר נהרה וכענת׃
10 (VUL) et ceteri de gentibus, quas transtulit Asenaphar magnus et gloriosus et habitare fecit in civitatibus Samariae et in reliquis regionibus trans flumen in pace ”.
10 (KAT) ďalej s ostatnými čeľaďami, ktoré povyvážal veľký a slávny Asenapar a porozsádzal ich v samarijských mestách a inokedy po Záriečí, a tak ďalej.“
10 (UKJV) And the rest of the nations whom the great and noble Asnapper brought over, and set in the cities of Samaria, and the rest that are on this side the river, and at such a time.

11 (HEM) דנה פרשגן אגרתא די שלחו עלוהי על ארתחששתא מלכא עבדיך אנש עבר נהרה וכענת׃
11 (VUL) Hoc est exemplar epistulae, quam miserunt ad eum: “ Artaxerxi regi, servi tui, viri, qui sunt trans fluvium. Igitur
11 (KAT) Toto je odpis listu, ktorý mu poslali: „Kráľovi Artaxerxovi, tvoji služobníci, ľudia spoza Rieky atď.
11 (UKJV) "This is the copy of the letter that they sent unto him, even unto Artaxerxes the king; Your servants the men on this side the river, and at such a time. "

12 (HEM) ידיע להוא למלכא די יהודיא די סלקו מן לותך עלינא אתו לירושלם קריתא מרדתא ובאישתא בנין ושורי אשכללו ואשיא יחיטו׃
12 (VUL) notum sit regi quia Iudaei, qui ascenderunt a te ad nos, venerunt in Ierusalem civitatem rebellem et pessimam, quam aedificant, exstruentes muros eius, fundamenta iam componentes.
12 (KAT) Nech je kráľovi známe, že Židia, ktorí sa vybrali od teba sem hore, prišli k nám do Jeruzalema, mesta spurného a zlého, a opäť ho stavajú a opevňujú hradbami a opravujú zboreniská.
12 (UKJV) Be it known unto the king, that the Jews which came up from you to us are come unto Jerusalem, building the rebellious and the bad city, and have set up the walls thereof, and joined the foundations.

13 (HEM) כען ידיע להוא למלכא די הן קריתא דך תתבנא ושוריה ישתכללון מנדה בלו והלך לא ינתנון ואפתם מלכים תהנזק׃
13 (VUL) Nunc notum sit regi quia, si civitas illa aedificata fuerit, et muri eius instaurati, tributum et annonam et vectigal non dabunt, et ad ultimum regibus noxa erit.
13 (KAT) Nech je teda kráľovi známe, že ak bude toto mesto postavené a jeho hradby budú opravené, nebudú dávať ani dane, ani dávky, ani clá, a nakoniec to bude na škodu kráľom.
13 (UKJV) Be it known now unto the king, that, if this city be built, and the walls set up again, then will they not pay toll, tribute, and custom, and so you shall spoil the revenue of the kings.

14 (HEM) כען כל קבל די מלח היכלא מלחנא וערות מלכא לא אריך לנא למחזא על דנה שלחנא והודענא למלכא׃
14 (VUL) Nos autem, memores salis, quod in palatio comedimus, et quia laesiones regis videre nefas ducimus, idcirco misimus et nuntiavimus regi,
14 (KAT) Nuž a keďže solíme soľou paláca, nepatrí sa, aby sme sa ďalej prizerali na poškodzovanie kráľa, a preto teraz podávame kráľovi túto správu,
14 (UKJV) "Now because we have maintenance from the king's palace, and it was not meet for us to see the king's dishonour, therefore have we sent and certified the king; "

15 (HEM) די יבקר בספר דכרניא די אבהתך ותהשכח בספר דכרניא ותנדע די קריתא דך קריא מרדא ומהנזקת מלכין ומדנן ואשתדור עבדין בגוה מן יומת עלמא על דנה קריתא דך החרבת׃
15 (VUL) ut recenseas in libris historiarum patrum tuorum, et invenies in his historiis et scies quoniam urbs illa urbs rebellis est et nocens regibus et provinciis, et seditiones concitantur in ea ex diebus antiquis; quam ob rem et civitas ipsa destructa est.
15 (KAT) aby hľadali v Knihe pamätí tvojich otcov. Lebo v Knihe pamätí nájdeš a dozvieš sa, že toto mesto je mestom odbojným a škodí kráľom, ba i podrobeným krajinám, a že v ňom robievali vzbury odpradávna, a preto bolo toto mesto spustošené.
15 (UKJV) That search may be made in the book of the records of your fathers: so shall you find in the book of the records, and know that this city is a rebellious city, and hurtful unto kings and provinces, and that they have moved sedition within the same of old time: for which cause was this city destroyed.

16 (HEM) מהודעין אנחנה למלכא די הן קריתא דך תתבנא ושוריה ישתכללון לקבל דנה חלק בעבר נהרא לא איתי לך׃
16 (VUL) Nuntiamus nos regi quoniam, si civitas illa aedificata fuerit, et muri ipsius instaurati, possessionem trans fluvium non habebis ”.
16 (KAT) Upozorňujeme teda kráľa, že ak toto mesto bude postavené a jeho hradby budú obnovené, nebudeš mať, veru, na Záriečí účasť.“
16 (UKJV) We certify the king that, if this city be built again, and the walls thereof set up, by this means you shall have no portion on this side the river.

17 (HEM) פתגמא שלח מלכא על רחום בעל טעם ושמשי ספרא ושאר כנותהון די יתבין בשמרין ושאר עבר נהרה שלם וכעת׃
17 (VUL) Verbum misit rex ad Rehum praefectum et Samsai scribam et ad reliquos, qui erant in consilio eorum, qui habitabant in Samaria et in regione trans fluvium: “ Pax. Nunc igitur scriptura,
17 (KAT) Kráľ poslal kancelárovi Rechumovi, pisárovi Simsaimu aj ostatným, ich spolupracovníkom, ktorí bývali v Samárii a iným na Záriečí, túto odpoveď: „Pokoj a tak ďalej.
17 (UKJV) Then sent the king an answer unto Rehum the chancellor, and to Shimshai the scribe, and to the rest of their companions that dwell in Samaria, and unto the rest beyond the river, Peace, and at such a time.

18 (HEM) נשתונא די שלחתון עלינא מפרש קרי קדמי׃
18 (VUL) quam misistis ad nos, manifeste lecta est coram me.
18 (KAT) Obžalobný spisok, ktorý ste nám poslali, bol jasne prečítaný v mojej prítomnosti.
18 (UKJV) The letter which all of you sent unto us has been plainly read before me.

19 (HEM) ומני שים טעם ובקרו והשכחו די קריתא דך מן יומת עלמא על מלכין מתנשאה ומרד ואשתדור מתעבד בה׃
19 (VUL) Et a me praeceptum est, et recensuerunt inveneruntque quoniam civitas illa a diebus antiquis adversum reges rebellabat, et rebelliones et seditiones concitabantur in ea;
19 (KAT) Na môj rozkaz hľadali a našli, že sa toto mesto odpradávna vzpieralo proti kráľom a že v ňom dochádzalo k odbojom a vzburám
19 (UKJV) And I commanded, and search has been made, and it is found that this city of old time has made insurrection against kings, and that rebellion and sedition have been made therein.

20 (HEM) ומלכין תקיפין הוו על ירושלם ושליטין בכל עבר נהרה ומדה בלו והלך מתיהב להון׃
20 (VUL) nam et reges fortissimi fuerunt in Ierusalem, qui et dominati sunt omni regioni, quae trans fluvium est, tributum quoque et annonam et vectigal accipiebant.
20 (KAT) a že v Jeruzaleme bývali mocní králi a panovali nad všetkými územiami, čo sú za Riekou, a platila sa im daň, poplatok a clo.
20 (UKJV) "There have been mighty kings also over Jerusalem, which have ruled over all countries beyond the river; and toll, tribute, and custom, was paid unto them. "

21 (HEM) כען שימו טעם לבטלא גבריא אלך וקריתא דך לא תתבנא עד מני טעמא יתשם׃
21 (VUL) Nunc ergo praecipite, ut desistant isti homines, et urbs illa non aedificetur, donec forte a me iussum fuerit.
21 (KAT) Preto teraz vydajte rozkaz, aby sa zabránilo tým mužom stavať toto mesto, kým nevydám iný rozkaz.
21 (UKJV) Give all of you now commandment to cause these men to cease, and that this city be not built, until another commandment shall be given from me.

22 (HEM) וזהירין הוו שלו למעבד על דנה למה ישגא חבלא להנזקת מלכין׃
22 (VUL) Videte, ne negligenter hoc impleatis, et paulatim crescat malum contra reges ”.
22 (KAT) Varujte sa postupovať v tej veci nedbanlivo, aby z toho nevzrástla škoda na neprospech kráľov.“
22 (UKJV) Take heed now that all of you fail not to do this: why should damage grow to the hurt of the kings?

23 (HEM) אדין מן די פרשגן נשתונא די ארתחששתא מלכא קרי קדם רחום ושמשי ספרא וכנותהון אזלו בבהילו לירושלם על יהודיא ובטלו המו באדרע וחיל׃
23 (VUL) Itaque exemplum edicti Artaxerxis regis lectum est coram Rehum praefectum et Samsai scriba et consiliariis eorum; et abierunt festini in Ierusalem ad Iudaeos et prohibuerunt eos in brachio et robore.
23 (KAT) Keď odpis nariadenia kráľa Artaxerxa prečítali pred Rechumom, pred pisárom Simsaim a pred ich spolupracovníkmi, vybrali sa napochytro k Židom do Jeruzalema a rozkázali im prestať z vládnej moci.
23 (UKJV) Now when the copy of king Artaxerxes' letter was read before Rehum, and Shimshai the scribe, and their companions, they went up in haste to Jerusalem unto the Jews, and made them to cease by force and power.

24 (HEM) באדין בטלת עבידת בית אלהא די בירושלם והות בטלא עד שנת תרתין למלכות דריוש מלך פרס׃
24 (VUL) Tunc intermissum est opus domus Domini in Ierusalem et non fiebat usque ad annum secundum regni Darii regis Persarum.
24 (KAT) A tak bola zastavená práca na Božom príbytku v Jeruzaleme a nerobilo sa až do druhého roku kraľovania perzského kráľa Dária.
24 (UKJV) Then ceased the work of the house of God which is at Jerusalem. So it ceased unto the second year of the reign of Darius king of Persia.
