2. kniha Samuelova

1 (HEM) ושם נקרא איש בליעל ושמו שבע בן בכרי איש ימיני ויתקע בשפר ויאמר אין לנו חלק בדוד ולא נחלה לנו בבן ישי איש לאהליו ישראל׃
1 (KAT) Náhodou tam bol naničhodný človek, Bochriho syn, Benjamínec menom Seba. Ten zatrúbil na trúbe a volal: „Nemáme podielu na Dávidovi a nemáme čiastku na synovi Izaiho. Každý do svojho stanu, Izrael!“
1 (UKJV) And there happened to be there a man of Belial, whose name was Sheba, the son of Bichri, a Benjamite: and he blew a trumpet, and said, We have no part in David, neither have we inheritance in the son of Jesse: every man to his tents, O Israel.

2 (HEM) ויעל כל איש ישראל מאחרי דוד אחרי שבע בן בכרי ואיש יהודה דבקו במלכם מן הירדן ועד ירושלם׃
2 (KAT) Nato všetci Izraeliti odstúpili od Dávida k Sebovi, synovi Bochriho. Júdovci sa však pridŕžali svojho kráľa od Jordánu až po Jeruzalem.
2 (UKJV) So every man of Israel went up from after David, and followed Sheba the son of Bichri: but the men of Judah clave unto their king, from Jordan even to Jerusalem.

3 (HEM) ויבא דוד אל ביתו ירושלם ויקח המלך את עשר נשים פלגשים אשר הניח לשמר הבית ויתנם בית משמרת ויכלכלם ואליהם לא בא ותהיינה צררות עד יום מתן אלמנות חיות׃
3 (KAT) Keď kráľ Dávid došiel domov do Jeruzalema, vzal desať vedľajších žien, ktoré zanechal strážiť dom, a dal ich do väzenia. Zaopatrenie im dal, ale sa k nim nepriblížil. Boli zatvorené až do dňa svojej smrti ako vdovy zaživa.
3 (UKJV) "And David came to his house at Jerusalem; and the king took the ten women his concubines, whom he had left to keep the house, and put them in ward, and fed them, but went not in unto them. So they were shut up unto the day of their death, living in widowhood. "

4 (HEM) ויאמר המלך אל עמשא הזעק לי את איש יהודה שלשת ימים ואתה פה עמד׃
4 (KAT) Potom kráľ povedal Amasovi: „Zvolaj mi Júdovcov! Tri dni a buď tu!“
4 (UKJV) Then said the king to Amasa, Assemble me the men of Judah within three days, and be you here present.

5 (HEM) וילך עמשא להזעיק את יהודה וייחר מן המועד אשר יעדו׃
5 (KAT) Amasa išiel zvolať Júdu, ale prekročil lehotu, ktorú mal určenú.
5 (UKJV) So Amasa went to assemble the men of Judah: but he tarried longer than the set time which he had appointed him.

6 (HEM) ויאמר דוד אל אבישי עתה ירע לנו שבע בן בכרי מן אבשלום אתה קח את עבדי אדניך ורדף אחריו פן מצא לו ערים בצרות והציל עיננו׃
6 (KAT) Vtedy povedal Dávid Abisaimu: „Teraz nám Bochriho syn Seba spôsobí väčšie nešťastie ako Absolón. Preto si vezmi sluhov svojho pána a prenasleduj ho, ináč si nájde opevnené mestá a unikne našim očiam.“
6 (UKJV) And David said to Abishai, Now shall Sheba the son of Bichri do us more harm than did Absalom: take you your lord's servants, and pursue after him, lest he get him fenced cities, and escape us.

7 (HEM) ויצאו אחריו אנשי יואב והכרתי והפלתי וכל הגברים ויצאו מירושלם לרדף אחרי שבע בן בכרי׃
7 (KAT) I vyrazili za ním Joabovi mužovia, Kereťania a Feleťania a všetci hrdinovia. Vytiahli z Jeruzalema prenasledovať Bochriho syna Sebu.
7 (UKJV) And there went out after him Joab's men, and the Cherethites, and the Pelethites, and all the mighty men: and they went out of Jerusalem, to pursue after Sheba the son of Bichri.

8 (HEM) הם עם האבן הגדולה אשר בגבעון ועמשא בא לפניהם ויואב חגור מדו לבשו ועלו חגור חרב מצמדת על מתניו בתערה והוא יצא ותפל׃
8 (KAT) Keď boli pri veľkej skale, ktorá je v Gabaone, išiel Amasa pred nimi. Joab bol oblečený do priliehavých šiat a pod nimi mal opásaný meč, ktorý mu na páse visel v pošve, ale ľahko sa vyťahoval.
8 (UKJV) "When they were at the great stone which is in Gibeon, Amasa went before them. And Joab's garment that he had put on was girded unto him, and upon it a girdle with a sword fastened upon his loins in the sheath thereof; and as he went forth it fell out. "

9 (HEM) ויאמר יואב לעמשא השלום אתה אחי ותחז יד ימין יואב בזקן עמשא לנשק לו׃
9 (KAT) Vtedy Joab povedal Amasovi: „Vedie sa ti dobre, brat?“ Pritom Joab pravou rukou chytil Amasovu bradu, aby ho pobozkal.
9 (UKJV) And Joab said to Amasa, Are you in health, my brother? And Joab took Amasa by the beard with the right hand to kiss him.

10 (HEM) ועמשא לא נשמר בחרב אשר ביד יואב ויכהו בה אל החמש וישפך מעיו ארצה ולא שנה לו וימת ויואב ואבישי אחיו רדף אחרי שבע בן בכרי׃
10 (KAT) Ale Amasa si nevšimol meč, ktorý mal Joab v ruke, a vrazil mu ho do brucha, takže mu vylial vnútornosti na zem a ten zomrel. Ani mu úder nezopakoval a zomrel. Potom Joab a jeho brat Abisai prenasledovali Bochriho syna Sebu.
10 (UKJV) "But Amasa took no heed to the sword that was in Joab's hand: so he stroke him therewith in the fifth rib, and shed out his bowels to the ground, and struck him not again; and he died. So Joab and Abishai his brother pursued after Sheba the son of Bichri. "

11 (HEM) ואיש עמד עליו מנערי יואב ויאמר מי אשר חפץ ביואב ומי אשר לדוד אחרי יואב׃
11 (KAT) Jeden z Joabových mužov ostal pri ňom stáť a volal: „Kto má rád Joaba a kto patrí Dávidovi: Za Joabom!“
11 (UKJV) And one of Joab's men stood by him, and said, He that favours Joab, and he that is for David, let him go after Joab.

12 (HEM) ועמשא מתגלל בדם בתוך המסלה וירא האיש כי עמד כל העם ויסב את עמשא מן המסלה השדה וישלך עליו בגד כאשר ראה כל הבא עליו ועמד׃
12 (KAT) Amasa však ležal zakrvavený prostred cesty. Keď ten muž videl, že sa celé vojsko zastavuje, odvliekol Amasu z cesty na pole a prehodil cez neho plášť, lebo každý, kto ho zazrel, keď k nemu došiel, zastal.
12 (UKJV) And Amasa wallowed in blood in the midst of the highway. And when the man saw that all the people stood still, he removed Amasa out of the highway into the field, and cast a cloth upon him, when he saw that every one that came by him stood still.

13 (HEM) כאשר הגה מן המסלה עבר כל איש אחרי יואב לרדף אחרי שבע בן בכרי׃
13 (KAT) Keď bol odstránený z cesty, išlo celé mužstvo za Joabom prenasledovať Bochriho syna Sebu.
13 (UKJV) When he was removed out of the highway, all the people went on after Joab, to pursue after Sheba the son of Bichri.

14 (HEM) ויעבר בכל שבטי ישראל אבלה ובית מעכה וכל הברים ויקלהו ויבאו אף אחריו׃
14 (KAT) On prešiel cez všetky izraelské kmene do Abel-Bet-Maáchy a všetci Bochriti sa zhromaždili a išli za ním.
14 (UKJV) And he went through all the tribes of Israel unto Abel, and to Bethmaachah, and all the Berites: and they were gathered together, and went also after him.

15 (HEM) ויבאו ויצרו עליו באבלה בית המעכה וישפכו סללה אל העיר ותעמד בחל וכל העם אשר את יואב משחיתם להפיל החומה׃
15 (KAT) I prišli a obliehali ho v Abel-Bet-Maáche; zdvihli proti mestu násyp. Stál až pri múre. A všetko vojsko, ktoré bolo s Joabom, sa pokúšalo múr zboriť.
15 (UKJV) And they came and besieged him in Abel of Bethmaachah, and they cast up a bank against the city, and it stood in the trench: and all the people that were with Joab battered the wall, to throw it down.

16 (HEM) ותקרא אשה חכמה מן העיר שמעו שמעו אמרו נא אל יואב קרב עד הנה ואדברה אליך׃
16 (KAT) Vtedy akási múdra žena volala z mesta: „Čujte, čujte! Povedzte Joabovi: »Pristúp sem, chcem sa s tebou zhovárať!«“
16 (UKJV) "Then cried a wise woman out of the city, Hear, hear; say, I pray you, unto Joab, Come near here, that I may speak with you. "

17 (HEM) ויקרב אליה ותאמר האשה האתה יואב ויאמר אני ותאמר לו שמע דברי אמתך ויאמר שמע אנכי׃
17 (KAT) I priblížil sa k nej a žena sa spýtala: „Ty si Joab?“ Odpovedal: „Ja.“ I povedala mu: „Počuj slová svojej služobnice!“ Odpovedal: „Počúvam.“
17 (UKJV) And when he was come near unto her, the woman said, Are you Joab? And he answered, I am he. Then she said unto him, Hear the words of your handmaid. And he answered, I do hear.

18 (HEM) ותאמר לאמר דבר ידברו בראשנה לאמר שאל ישאלו באבל וכן התמו׃
18 (KAT) A vravela toto: „Kedysi hovorievali: »Kto sa dopytuje, dopytuje sa v Abele a dosiahne úspech.«
18 (UKJV) Then she spoke, saying, They were known to speak in old time, saying, They shall surely ask counsel at Abel: and so they ended the matter.

19 (HEM) אנכי שלמי אמוני ישראל אתה מבקש להמית עיר ואם בישראל למה תבלע נחלת יהוה׃
19 (KAT) Či nie ja dávam pravdivú odpoveď v Izraeli? Ty chceš zabiť mesto a matku v Izraeli! Prečo chceš znivočiť Pánovo dedičstvo?“
19 (UKJV) I am one of them that are peaceable and faithful in Israel: you seek to destroy a city and a mother in Israel: why will you swallow up the inheritance of the LORD?

20 (HEM) ויען יואב ויאמר חלילה חלילה לי אם אבלע ואם אשחית׃
20 (KAT) Joab odpovedal: „Ani zďaleka! Nijako nechcem zničiť, nechcem zahubiť.
20 (UKJV) And Joab answered and said, Far be it, far be it from me, that I should swallow up or destroy.

21 (HEM) לא כן הדבר כי איש מהר אפרים שבע בן בכרי שמו נשא ידו במלך בדוד תנו אתו לבדו ואלכה מעל העיר ותאמר האשה אל יואב הנה ראשו משלך אליך בעד החומה׃
21 (KAT) Vec sa nemá tak, ale akýsi muž z Efraimského pohoria, menom Seba, syn Bochriho, zdvihol ruku proti kráľovi Dávidovi. Vydajte jeho samého, tak odídem od mesta!“ A žena povedala Joabovi: „Hľa, jeho hlavu ti vyhodia cez múr!“
21 (UKJV) The matter is not so: but a man of mount Ephraim, Sheba the son of Bichri by name, has lifted up his hand against the king, even against David: deliver him only, and I will depart from the city. And the woman said unto Joab, Behold, his head shall be thrown to you over the wall.

22 (HEM) ותבוא האשה אל כל העם בחכמתה ויכרתו את ראש שבע בן בכרי וישלכו אל יואב ויתקע בשופר ויפצו מעל העיר איש לאהליו ויואב שב ירושלם אל המלך׃
22 (KAT) Žena potom išla vo svojej múdrosti za všetkým ľudom, Bochriho synovi Sebovi sťali hlavu a hodili ju Joabovi. On zatrúbil na trúbu a roztratili sa od mesta, každý do svojho stanu. Joab sa však vrátil do Jeruzalema ku kráľovi.
22 (UKJV) Then the woman went unto all the people in her wisdom. And they cut off the head of Sheba the son of Bichri, and cast it out to Joab. And he blew a trumpet, and they retired from the city, every man to his tent. And Joab returned to Jerusalem unto the king.

23 (HEM) ויואב אל כל הצבא ישראל ובניה בן יהוידע על הכרי ועל הפלתי׃
23 (KAT) Joab bol nad celým izraelským vojskom. Jojadov syn Banaiáš bol nad Kereťanmi a Feleťanmi.
23 (UKJV) Now Joab was over all the host of Israel: and Benaiah the son of Jehoiada was over the Cherethites and over the Pelethites:

24 (HEM) ואדרם על המס ויהושפט בן אחילוד המזכיר׃
24 (KAT) Aduram bol nad robotami, Ahiludov syn Jozafat bol kancelárom,
24 (UKJV) And Adoram was over the tribute: and Jehoshaphat the son of Ahilud was recorder:

25 (HEM) ושיא ספר וצדוק ואביתר כהנים׃
25 (KAT) Siva bol pisárom, Sadok a Abiatar boli kňazmi.
25 (UKJV) And Sheva was scribe: and Zadok and Abiathar were the priests:

26 (HEM) וגם עירא היארי היה כהן לדוד׃
26 (KAT) Aj Jairovec Ira bol kňazom pri Dávidovi.
26 (UKJV) And Ira also the Jairite was a chief ruler about David.
