2Sam 13, 1-39

1 (UKJV) "And it came to pass after this, that Absalom the son of David had a fair sister, whose name was Tamar; and Amnon the son of David loved her. "

2 (UKJV) "And Amnon was so vexed, that he fell sick for his sister Tamar; for she was a virgin; and Amnon thought it hard for him to do anything to her. "

3 (KAT) Amnon mal priateľa Jonadaba, syna Dávidovho brata Semu. A Jonadab bol veľmi chytrý človek.
3 (VUL) Erat autem Amnonis amicus nomine Ionadab filius Samma fratris David, vir callidus valde.
3 (UKJV) But Amnon had a friend, whose name was Jonadab, the son of Shimeah David's brother: and Jonadab was a very subtle man.

4 (KAT) I spýtal sa ho: „Prečo si ty, kráľov syn, deň čo deň biednejší? Nepovieš mi to?“ Amnon mu odpovedal: „Milujem Tamar, sestru svojho brata Absolóna.“
4 (VUL) Qui dixit ad eum: “ Quare sic attenuaris macie, fili regis, per singulos dies? Cur non indicas mihi? ”. Dixitque ei Amnon: “ Thamar sororem Absalom fratris mei amo ”.
4 (UKJV) And he said unto him, Why are you, being the king's son, lean from day to day? will you not tell me? And Amnon said unto him, I love Tamar, my brother Absalom's sister.

5 (KAT) Jonadab mu vravel: „Ľahni si do postele, akoby si bol chorý, a keď ťa príde pozrieť tvoj otec, povedz mu: Nech príde, prosím, moja sestra Tamar a nech mi dá niečo jesť! Nech pripraví pokrm pred mojimi očami, aby som to videl a aby som prijal pokrm z jej ruky!“
5 (UKJV) And Jonadab said unto him, Lay you down on your bed, and make yourself sick: and when your father comes to see you, say unto him, I pray you, let my sister Tamar come, and give me food, and dress the food in my sight, that I may see it, and eat it at her hand.

6 (KAT) Amnon si teda ľahol a predstieral chorobu. Keď ho kráľ prišiel pozrieť, povedal Amnon kráľovi: „Nech príde, prosím, moja sestra Tamar a nech mi pred mojimi očami pripraví dva koláče, z jej ruky chcem jesť.“
6 (UKJV) So Amnon lay down, and made himself sick: and when the king was come to see him, Amnon said unto the king, I pray you, let Tamar my sister come, and make me a couple of cakes in my sight, that I may eat at her hand.

7 (KAT) A Dávid poslal do domu po Tamar s odkazom: „Choď do domu svojho brata Amnona a priprav mu pokrm!“
7 (VUL) Misit ergo David ad Thamar domum dicens: “ Veni in domum Amnon fratris tui et fac ei pulmentum ”.
7 (UKJV) Then David sent home to Tamar, saying, Go now to your brother Amnon's house, and dress him food.

8 (KAT) Tamar išla do domu svojho brata Amnona, ktorý ležal. Vzala cesto, zamiesila, pred jeho očami narobila koláčov a koláče upiekla.
8 (UKJV) "So Tamar went to her brother Amnon's house; and he was laid down. And she took flour, and kneaded it, and made cakes in his sight, and did bake the cakes. "

9 (KAT) Potom vzala pekáč a vysypala pred neho. Ale on sa zdráhal jesť.
Noluit comedere; dixitque Amnon: “ Eicite universos a me ”. Cumque exissent omnes,
9 (UKJV) "And she took a pan, and poured them out before him; but he refused to eat. And Amnon said, Have out all men from me. And they went out every man from him. "

10 (KAT) povedal Amnon Tamar: „Dones mi jedlo do izbičky, chcem jesť z tvojej ruky!“ Tamar vzala koláče, ktoré pripravila, a zaniesla ich svojmu bratovi Amnonovi do izbičky.
10 (UKJV) And Amnon said unto Tamar, Bring the food into the chamber, that I may eat of your hand. And Tamar took the cakes which she had made, and brought them into the chamber to Amnon her brother.

11 (KAT) Keď mu však podávala jesť, chytil ju a vravel jej: „Poď, sestra moja, ľahni si ku mne!“
11 (VUL) Cumque obtulisset ei cibum, apprehendit eam et ait: “ Veni, cuba mecum, soror mea ”.
11 (UKJV) And when she had brought them unto him to eat, he took hold of her, and said unto her, Come lie with me, my sister.

12 (KAT) Ale ona mu povedala: „Nie, brat môj, nezneucti ma! Veď sa v Izraeli takéto nesmie robiť! Nedopusť sa tej nehanebnosti!
12 (VUL) Quae respondit ei: “ Noli, frater mi, noli opprimere me!
12 (UKJV) "And she answered him, Nay, my brother, do not force me; for no such thing ought to be done in Israel: do not you this folly. "

13 (KAT) Kdeže ja potom pôjdem so svojou hanbou? A ty budeš v Izraeli ako nejaký nehanebník. Ale hovor s kráľom, on ma neodoprie tebe.“
13 (VUL) Et ego quo ibo in opprobrio meo?
13 (UKJV) "And I, where shall I cause my shame to go? and as for you, you shall be as one of the fools in Israel. Now therefore, I pray you, speak unto the king; for he will not withhold me from you. "

14 (UKJV) Nevertheless he would not hearken unto her voice: but, being stronger than she, forced her, and lay with her.

15 (VUL) Et exosam eam habuit Amnon magno odio nimis, ita ut maius esset odium, quo oderat eam, amore, quo ante dilexerat. Dixitque ei Amnon: “ Surge, vade! ”.
15 (UKJV) "Then Amnon hated her exceedingly; so that the hatred wherewith he hated her was greater than the love wherewith he had loved her. And Amnon said unto her, Arise, be gone. "

16 (KAT) Odpovedala mu: „Táto krivda, že ma posielaš preč, je väčšia ako tá druhá, ktorú si mi urobil.“ Ale nechcel ju počúvať.
16 (VUL) Quae respondit ei: “ Ne fiat, frater mi, quia maius est hoc malum, quod nunc agis adversum me expellens me, quam quod ante fecisti ”. Et noluit audire eam;
16 (UKJV) And she said unto him, There is no cause: this evil in sending me away is greater than the other that you did unto me. But he would not hearken unto her.

17 (KAT) I zavolal mládenca, ktorý ho obsluhoval, a povedal mu: „Vyžeň túto odo mňa von na ulicu a zapri za ňou dvere!“
17 (VUL) sed vocato puero, qui ministrabat ei, dixit: “ Eice hanc a me foras et claude ostium post eam ”.
17 (UKJV) Then he called his servant that ministered unto him, and said, Put now this woman out from me, and bolt the door after her.

18 (VUL) Quae induta erat talari tunica; huiusmodi enim filiae regis virgines palliis vestibus utebantur. Eiecit itaque eam minister illius foras clausitque fores post eam.
18 (UKJV) And she had a garment of divers colours upon her: for with such robes were the king's daughters that were virgins apparelled. Then his servant brought her out, and bolted the door after her.

19 (VUL) Quae aspergens pulverem capiti suo, scissa talari tunica impositisque manibus super caput suum, ibat ingrediens et clamans.
19 (UKJV) And Tamar put ashes on her head, and rent her garment of divers colours that was on her, and laid her hand on her head, and went on crying.

20 (KAT) Vtom ju oslovil jej brat Absolón: „Bol azda s tebou tvoj brat Amnon? Tak buď teraz ticho, sestra. Je to tvoj brat, neber si túto vec k srdcu!“ Tamar potom ostala opustená v dome svojho brata Absolóna.
Mansit itaque Thamar desolata in domo Absalom fratris sui.
20 (UKJV) "And Absalom her brother said unto her, Has Amnon your brother been with you? but hold now your peace, my sister: he is your brother; regard not this thing. So Tamar remained desolate in her brother Absalom's house. "

21 (UKJV) But when king David heard of all these things, he was very angry.

22 (UKJV) And Absalom spoke unto his brother Amnon neither good nor bad: for Absalom hated Amnon, because he had forced his sister Tamar.

23 (UKJV) And it came to pass after two full years, that Absalom had sheepshearers in Baalhazor, which is beside Ephraim: and Absalom invited all the king's sons.

24 (KAT) Absolón išiel ku kráľovi a povedal: „Hľa, u tvojho sluhu sú strihačky; nech príde, prosím, so svojím sluhom kráľ a jeho sluhovia.“
24 (UKJV) "And Absalom came to the king, and said, Behold now, your servant has sheepshearers; let the king, I plead to you, and his servants go with your servant. "

25 (KAT) Kráľ odpovedal Absolónovi: „Nie, synu, nepôjdeme všetci, aby sme ti neboli na ťarchu.“ On naliehal naň, ale nechcel ísť a požehnal ho.
25 (UKJV) And the king said to Absalom, Nay, my son, let us not all now go, lest we be chargeable unto you. And he pressed him: nevertheless he would not go, but blessed him.

26 (KAT) Absolón odpovedal: „Keď nie, nech ide s nami môj brat Amnon!“ Kráľ sa ho opýtal: „Prečo má ísť s tebou?“
26 (VUL) Et ait Absalom: “ Si non vis venire, veniat, obsecro, nobiscum saltem Amnon frater meus ”. Dixitque ad eum rex: “ Cur vadet tecum? ”.
26 (UKJV) Then said Absalom, If not, I pray you, let my brother Amnon go with us. And the king said unto him, Why should he go with you?

27 (KAT) Ale Absolón naň naliehal, takže s ním pustil Amnona a všetkých kráľovských synov.
Fecitque Absalom convivium quasi convivium regis.
27 (UKJV) But Absalom pressed him, that he let Amnon and all the king's sons go with him.

28 (KAT) A Absolón rozkázal svojim sluhom: „Dávajte pozor! Keď bude Amnonovo srdce veselé od vína a ja vám poviem: Zrazte Amnona! - vtedy ho zabijete. Nebojte sa! Či som vám to nerozkázal ja? Buďte pevní a buďte udatnými mužmi!“
28 (UKJV) "Now Absalom had commanded his servants, saying, Mark all of you now when Amnon's heart is merry with wine, and when I say unto you, Strike Amnon; then kill him, fear not: have not I commanded you? be courageous, and be valiant. "

29 (KAT) Absolónovi sluhovia urobili s Amnonom, ako im rozkázal Absolón. Nato všetci kráľovi synovia vyskočili, každý vysadol na svoju mulicu a ušli.
29 (VUL) Fecerunt ergo pueri Absalom adversum Amnon, sicut praeceperat eis Absalom; surgentesque omnes filii regis ascenderunt singuli mulos suos et fugerunt.
29 (UKJV) And the servants of Absalom did unto Amnon as Absalom had commanded. Then all the king's sons arose, and every man got him up upon his mule, and fled.

30 (UKJV) And it came to pass, while they were in the way, that tidings came to David, saying, Absalom has slain all the king's sons, and there is not one of them left.

31 (UKJV) "Then the king arose, and tare his garments, and lay on the earth; and all his servants stood by with their clothes rent. "

32 (UKJV) "And Jonadab, the son of Shimeah David's brother, answered and said, Let not my lord suppose that they have slain all the young men the king's sons; for Amnon only is dead: for by the appointment of Absalom this has been determined from the day that he forced his sister Tamar. "

33 (KAT) Nuž nech si to môj kráľovský pán neberie k srdcu a nech nevraví: Všetci kráľovi synovia sú mŕtvi; mŕtvy je len Amnon.“
33 (VUL) Nunc ergo ne ponat dominus meus rex super cor suum verbum istud dicens: “Omnes filii regis occisi sunt”, quoniam Amnon solus mortuus est ”.
33 (UKJV) Now therefore let not my lord the king take the thing to his heart, to think that all the king's sons are dead: for Amnon only is dead.

34 (KAT) Absolón však ušiel. Vtedy mládenec, ktorý držal stráž, zdvihol oči a hľa, veľký zástup išiel neobyčajnou cestou popri vrchu.
34 (UKJV) But Absalom fled. And the young man that kept the watch lifted up his eyes, and looked, and, behold, there came much people by the way of the hill side behind him.

35 (KAT) Nato Jonadab hovoril kráľovi: „To idú kráľovi synovia!
35 (UKJV) And Jonadab said unto the king, Behold, the king's sons come: as your servant said, so it is.

36 (KAT) Keď dohovoril, došli kráľovi synovia, pozdvihli hlas a plakali.
36 (UKJV) And it came to pass, as soon as he had made an end of speaking, that, behold, the king's sons came, and lifted up their voice and wept: and the king also and all his servants wept very sore.

37 (KAT) Absolón utiekol a išiel k Amiudovmu synovi Tolmajovi, kráľovi Gesuru. (A Dávid) smútil za svojím synom celý čas.
37 (VUL) Porro Absalom fugiens abiit ad Tholmai filium Ammiud regem Gesur. Luxit ergo David filium suum cunctis diebus.
37 (UKJV) But Absalom fled, and went to Talmai, the son of Ammihud, king of Geshur. And David mourned for his son every day.

38 (KAT) Absolón teda utiekol. Išiel do Gesuru a bol tam tri roky.
38 (UKJV) So Absalom fled, and went to Geshur, and was there three years.

39 (VUL) Cessavitque spiritus regis adversari Absalom, eo quod consolatus esset super Amnon interitu.
39 (UKJV) And the soul of king David longed to go forth unto Absalom: for he was comforted concerning Amnon, seeing he was dead.

2Sam 13, 1-39

Doplnili sme ju podľa LXX a Vulg.
