1 (SVD) وحدث لما ابتدأ الناس يكثرون على الارض وولد لهم بنات
1 (VUL) Cumque coepissent homines multiplicari super terram et fi lias procreassent,
1 (KAT) Keď sa ľudia začali na zemi množiť a keď sa im narodili dcéry,
1 (UKJV) And it came to pass, when men began to multiply on the face of the earth, and daughters were born unto them,

2 (SVD) ان ابناء الله رأوا بنات الناس انهنّ حسنات. فاتّخذوا لانفسهم نساء من كل ما اختاروا.
2 (VUL) videntes filii Dei filias hominum quod essent pulchrae, acceperunt sibi uxores ex omnibus, quas elegerant.
2 (KAT) Boží synovia videli, že ľudské dcéry sú pekné, a brali si z nich za ženy, koľko len chceli.
2 (UKJV) "That the sons of God saw the daughters of men that they were fair; and they took them wives of all which they chose. "

3 (SVD) فقال الرب لا يدين روحي في الانسان الى الابد. لزيغانه هو بشر وتكون ايامه مئة وعشرين سنة.
3 (VUL) Dixitque Deus: “Non permanebit spiritus meus in homine in aeternum, quia caro est; eruntque dies illius centum viginti annorum”.
3 (KAT) A Pán povedal: „Môj Duch neostane dlho v ľuďoch (pre ich poblúdenie), lebo sú len telo. Ich dní bude iba stodvadsať rokov.“
3 (UKJV) And the LORD said, My spirit shall not always strive with man, for that he also is flesh: yet his days shall be an hundred and twenty years.

4 (SVD) كان في الارض طغاة في تلك الايام. وبعد ذلك ايضا اذ دخل بنو الله على بنات الناس وولدن لهم اولادا. هؤلاء هم الجبابرة الذين منذ الدهر ذوو اسم
4 (VUL) Gigantes erant super terram in diebus illis et etiam postquam ingressi sunt filii Dei ad filias hominum, illaeque eis genuerunt: isti sunt potentes a saeculo viri famosi.
4 (KAT) V tom čase boli na zemi obri - ba aj neskôr -, a keď Boží synovia obcovali s ľudskými dcérami, ony im rodili obrov. To sú hrdinovia dávnych čias, slávni mužovia.
4 (UKJV) "There were giants in the earth in those days; and also after that, when the sons of God came in unto the daughters of men, and they bare children to them, the same became mighty men which were of old, men of renown. "

5 (SVD) ورأى الرب ان شر الانسان قد كثر في الارض. وان كل تصور افكار قلبه انما هو شرير كل يوم.
5 (VUL) Videns autem Dominus quod multa malitia hominum esset in terra, et cuncta cogitatio cordis eorum non intenta esset nisi ad malum omni tempore,
5 (KAT) Keď Pán videl, že ľudská neresť na zemi je veľká a že všetko zmýšľanie ich srdca je ustavične naklonené na zlé,
5 (UKJV) And God saw that the wickedness of man was great in the earth, and that every imagination of the thoughts of his heart was only evil continually.

6 (SVD) فحزن الرب انه عمل الانسان في الارض. وتأسف في قلبه.
6 (VUL) paenituit Dominum quod hominem fecisset in terra. Et tactus dolore cordis intrinsecus:
6 (KAT) Pán oľutoval, že stvoril človeka na zemi. Bol skormútený v srdci a povedal:
6 (UKJV) And it repented the LORD that he had made man on the earth, and it grieved him at his heart.

7 (SVD) فقال الرب امحو عن وجه الارض الانسان الذي خلقته. الانسان مع بهائم ودبابات وطيور السماء. لاني حزنت اني عملتهم.
7 (VUL) “Delebo, inquit, hominem, quem creavi, a facie terrae, ab homine usque ad pecus, usque ad reptile et usque ad volucres caeli; paenitet enim me fecisse eos”.
7 (KAT) „Vyničím zo zemského povrchu ľudí, ktorých som stvoril: človeka i zvieratá, plazy i nebeské vtáctvo, lebo ľutujem, že som ich urobil.“
7 (UKJV) "And the LORD said, I will destroy man whom I have created from the face of the earth; both man, and beast, and the creeping thing, and the fowls of the air; for it repents me that I have made them. "

8 (SVD) واما نوح فوجد نعمة في عيني الرب
8 (VUL) Noe vero invenit gratiam coram Domino.
8 (KAT) Iba Noe našiel milosť u Pána.
8 (UKJV) But Noah found grace in the eyes of the LORD.

9 (SVD) هذه مواليد نوح. كان نوح رجلا بارا كاملا في اجياله. وسار نوح مع الله.
9 (VUL) Hae sunt generationes Noe: Noe vir iustus atque perfectus fuit in generatione sua; cum Deo ambulavit.
9 (KAT) Toto je Noemova história: Noe bol najspravodlivejší a najbezúhonnejší muž medzi svojimi súčasníkmi. Noe viedol bohumilý život.
9 (UKJV) These are the generations of Noah: Noah was a just man and perfect in his generations, and Noah walked with God.

10 (SVD) وولد نوح ثلاثة بنين ساما وحاما ويافث.
10 (VUL) Et genuit tres filios: Sem, Cham et Iapheth.
10 (KAT) Noemovi sa narodili traja synovia: Sem, Cham a Jafet.
10 (UKJV) And Noah brings forth three sons, Shem, Ham, and Japheth.

11 (SVD) وفسدت الارض امام الله وامتلأت الارض ظلما.
11 (VUL) Corrupta est autem terra coram Deo et repleta est iniquitate.
11 (KAT) Zem však bola skazená pred Bohom, zem bola plná nerestí.
11 (UKJV) The earth also was corrupt before God, and the earth was filled with violence.

12 (SVD) ورأى الله الارض فاذا هي قد فسدت. اذ كان كل بشر قد افسد طريقه على الارض
12 (VUL) Cumque vidisset Deus terram esse corruptam omnis quippe caro corruperat viam suam super terram
12 (KAT) I videl Boh, že zem je veľmi skazená, lebo všetko ľudstvo blúdilo na svojej ceste.
12 (UKJV) "And God looked upon the earth, and, behold, it was corrupt; for all flesh had corrupted his way upon the earth. "

13 (SVD) فقال الله لنوح نهاية كل بشر قد أتت امامي. لان الارض امتلأت ظلما منهم. فها انا مهلكهم مع الارض.
13 (VUL) dixit ad Noe: “Finis universae carnis venit coram me; repleta est enim terra iniquitate a facie eorum, et ecce ego disperdam eos de terra.
13 (KAT) Tu povedal Boh Noemovi: „Predo mnou nastal koniec všetkému, čo má telo, lebo zem je preplnená ich neprávosťou a ja ich zničím aj so zemou.
13 (UKJV) "And God said unto Noah, The end of all flesh has come before me; for the earth is filled with violence through them; and, behold, I will destroy them with the earth. "

14 (SVD) اصنع لنفسك فلكا من خشب جفر. تجعل الفلك مساكن. وتطليه من داخل ومن خارج بالقار.
14 (VUL) Fac tibi arcam de lignis cupressinis; mansiunculas in arca facies et bitumine linies eam intrinsecus et extrinsecus.
14 (KAT) Urob si koráb z cyprusového dreva, v korábe urob priehrady a znútra i zvonka ho vymaž smolou!
14 (UKJV) "Make you an ark of gopher wood; rooms shall you make in the ark, and shall pitch it within and without with pitch. "

15 (SVD) وهكذا تصنعه. ثلث مئة ذراع يكون طول الفلك وخمسين ذراعا عرضه وثلثين ذراعا ارتفاعه.
15 (VUL) Et sic facies eam: trecentorum cubitorum erit longitudo arcae, quinquaginta cubitorum latitudo et triginta cubitorum altitudo illius.
15 (KAT) A postav ho takto: tristo lakťov bude jeho dĺžka, päťdesiat lakťov jeho šírka a tridsať lakťov jeho výška.
15 (UKJV) And this is the fashion which you shall make it of: The length of the ark shall be three hundred cubits, the breadth of it fifty cubits, and the height of it thirty cubits.

16 (SVD) وتصنع كوا للفلك وتكمله الى حد ذراع من فوق. وتضع باب الفلك في جانبه. مساكن سفلية ومتوسطة وعلوية تجعله.
16 (VUL) Fenestram in arca facies et cubito consummabis summitatem eius. Ostium autem arcae pones ex latere; tabulatum inferius, medium et superius facies in ea.
16 (KAT) Na korábe sprav aj otvor na jeden lakeť, urob ho hore dookola! Aj dvere daj na bok korába a urob spodné, stredné a vrchné poschodie.
16 (UKJV) "A window shall you make to the ark, and in a cubit shall you finish it above; and the door of the ark shall you set in the side thereof; with lower, second, and third stories shall you make it. "

17 (SVD) فها انا آت بطوفان الماء على الارض لاهلك كل جسد فيه روح حياة من تحت السماء. كل ما في الارض يموت.
17 (VUL) Ecce ego adducam diluvii aquas super terram, ut interficiam omnem carnem, in qua spiritus vitae est subter caelum: universa, quae in terra sunt, consumentur.
17 (KAT) Lebo ja privediem na zem vody potopy, aby som zničil každé telo, v ktorom je dych života pod nebom. Všetko, čo je na zemi, zahynie.
17 (UKJV) "And, behold, I, even I, do bring a flood of waters upon the earth, to destroy all flesh, wherein is the breath of life, from under heaven; and every thing that is in the earth shall die. "

18 (SVD) ولكن اقيم عهدي معك. فتدخل الفلك انت وبنوك وامرأتك ونساء بنيك معك.
18 (VUL) Ponamque foedus meum tecum; et ingredieris arcam tu et filii tui, uxor tua et uxores filiorum tuorum tecum.
18 (KAT) S tebou však uzavriem zmluvu: do korába vojdeš ty i tvoji synovia, tvoja žena aj ženy tvojich synov s tebou.
18 (UKJV) "But with you will I establish my covenant; and you shall come into the ark, you, and your sons, and your wife, and your sons' wives with you. "

19 (SVD) ومن كل حيّ من كل ذي جسد اثنين من كلّ تدخل الى الفلك لاستبقائها معك. تكون ذكرا وانثى.
19 (VUL) Et ex cunctis animantibus universae carnis bina induces in arcam, ut vivant tecum, masculini sexus et feminini.
19 (KAT) A z každého druhu živočíchov vezmeš do korába po jednom páre, aby sa s tebou zachovali nažive, teda samca i samicu.
19 (UKJV) "And of every living thing of all flesh, two of every sort shall you bring into the ark, to keep them alive with you; they shall be male and female. "

20 (SVD) من الطيور كاجناسها ومن البهائم كاجناسها ومن كل دبابات الارض كاجناسها. اثنين من كلّ تدخل اليك لاستبقائها.
20 (VUL) De volucribus iuxta genus suum et de iumentis in genere suo et ex omni reptili terrae secundum genus suum: bina de omnibus ingredientur ad te, ut possint vivere.
20 (KAT) Zo všetkých vtákov podľa svojho druhu, z dobytka podľa svojho druhu a z plazov podľa svojho druhu vojdú po dvoch do korába s tebou, aby mohli žiť.
20 (UKJV) Of fowls after their kind, and of cattle after their kind, of every creeping thing of the earth after his kind, two of every sort shall come unto you, to keep them alive.

21 (SVD) وانت فخذ لنفسك من كل طعام يؤكل واجمعه عندك. فيكون لك ولها طعاما.
21 (VUL) Tu autem tolle tecum ex omnibus escis, quae mandi possunt, et comportabis apud te; et erunt tam tibi quam illis in cibum”.
21 (KAT) Ty však naber z každého jedla, čo sa jedáva, a vezmi so sebou! To bude tebe aj im za pokrm.“
21 (UKJV) "And take you unto you of all food that is eaten, and you shall gather it to you; and it shall be for food for you, and for them. "

22 (SVD) ففعل نوح حسب كل ما امره به الله. هكذا فعل
22 (VUL) Fecit ergo Noe omnia, quae praeceperat illi Deus; sic fecit.
22 (KAT) A Noe urobil všetko tak, ako mu prikázal urobiť Boh.
22 (UKJV) "Thus did Noah; according to all that God commanded him, so did he. "
