Gn 5, 1-32

1 (HEM) זה ספר תולדת אדם ביום ברא אלהים אדם בדמות אלהים עשה אתו׃
1 (KAT) Toto je zoznam Adamovho potomstva: Keď Boh stvoril Adama, urobil ho na Božiu podobu,
1 (UKJV) "This is the book of the generations of Adam. In the day that God created man, in the likeness of God made he him; "

2 (HEM) זכר ונקבה בראם ויברך אתם ויקרא את שמם אדם ביום הבראם׃
2 (KAT) muža a ženu ich stvoril, požehnal ich a dal im meno človek, keď boli stvorení.
2 (UKJV) "Male and female created he them; and blessed them, and called their name Adam, in the day when they were created. "

3 (HEM) ויחי אדם שלשים ומאת שנה ויולד בדמותו כצלמו ויקרא את שמו שת׃
3 (KAT) Keď mal Adam stotridsať rokov, narodil sa mu syn, jemu podobný, podľa jeho obrazu, a nazval ho menom Set.
3 (UKJV) "And Adam lived an hundred and thirty years, and brings forth a son in his own likeness, and after his image; and called his name Seth: "

4 (HEM) ויהיו ימי אדם אחרי הולידו את שת שמנה מאת שנה ויולד בנים ובנות׃
4 (KAT) Po Setovom narodení žil Adam ešte osemsto rokov a narodili sa mu synovia a dcéry.
4 (UKJV) And the days of Adam after he had begotten Seth were eight hundred years: and he brings forth sons and daughters:

5 (HEM) ויהיו כל ימי אדם אשר חי תשע מאות שנה ושלשים שנה וימת׃
5 (KAT) A všetkých dní Adamovho života bolo deväťstotridsať rokov, a potom zomrel.
5 (UKJV) And all the days that Adam lived were nine hundred and thirty years: and he died.

6 (HEM) ויחי שת חמש שנים ומאת שנה ויולד את אנוש׃
6 (KAT) Keď mal Set stopäť rokov, narodil sa mu Enos.
6 (UKJV) And Seth lived an hundred and five years, and brings forth Enos:

7 (HEM) ויחי שת אחרי הולידו את אנוש שבע שנים ושמנה מאות שנה ויולד בנים ובנות׃
7 (KAT) A Set po Enosovom narodení žil ešte osemstosedem rokov a narodili sa mu synovia a dcéry.
7 (UKJV) And Seth lived after he brings forth Enos eight hundred and seven years, and brings forth sons and daughters:

8 (HEM) ויהיו כל ימי שת שתים עשרה שנה ותשע מאות שנה וימת׃
8 (KAT) Všetkých Setových dní bolo deväťstodvanásť rokov a potom zomrel.
8 (UKJV) And all the days of Seth were nine hundred and twelve years: and he died.

9 (HEM) ויחי אנוש תשעים שנה ויולד את קינן׃
9 (KAT) Keď mal Enos deväťdesiat rokov, narodil sa mu Kainan.
9 (UKJV) And Enos lived ninety years, and brings forth Cainan:

10 (HEM) ויחי אנוש אחרי הולידו את קינן חמש עשרה שנה ושמנה מאות שנה ויולד בנים ובנות׃
10 (KAT) Po Kainanovom narodení žil Enos ešte osemstopätnásť rokov a narodili sa mu synovia a dcéry.
10 (UKJV) And Enos lived after he brings forth Cainan eight hundred and fifteen years, and brings forth sons and daughters:

11 (HEM) ויהיו כל ימי אנוש חמש שנים ותשע מאות שנה וימת׃
11 (KAT) Všetkých Enosových dní bolo deväťstopäť rokov a potom zomrel.
11 (UKJV) And all the days of Enos were nine hundred and five years: and he died.

12 (HEM) ויחי קינן שבעים שנה ויולד את מהללאל׃
12 (KAT) Keď mal Lainan sedemdesiat rokov, narodil sa mu Malaleel.
12 (UKJV) And Cainan lived seventy years and brings forth Mahalaleel:

13 (HEM) ויחי קינן אחרי הולידו את מהללאל ארבעים שנה ושמנה מאות שנה ויולד בנים ובנות׃
13 (KAT) Po Malaleelovom narodení žil Kainan ešte osemstoštyridsať rokov a narodili sa mu synovia a dcéry.
13 (UKJV) And Cainan lived after he brings forth Mahalaleel eight hundred and forty years, and brings forth sons and daughters:

14 (HEM) ויהיו כל ימי קינן עשר שנים ותשע מאות שנה וימת׃
14 (KAT) Všetkých Kainanových dní bolo deväťstodesať rokov a potom zomrel.
14 (UKJV) And all the days of Cainan were nine hundred and ten years: and he died.

15 (HEM) ויחי מהללאל חמש שנים וששים שנה ויולד את ירד׃
15 (KAT) Keď mal Malaleel šesťdesiatpäť rokov, narodil sa mu Jared.
15 (UKJV) And Mahalaleel lived sixty and five years, and brings forth Jared:

16 (HEM) ויחי מהללאל אחרי הולידו את ירד שלשים שנה ושמנה מאות שנה ויולד בנים ובנות׃
16 (KAT) Po Jaredovom narodení žil Malaleel ešte osemstotridsať rokov a narodili sa mu synovia a dcéry.
16 (UKJV) And Mahalaleel lived after he brings forth Jared eight hundred and thirty years, and brings forth sons and daughters:

17 (HEM) ויהיו כל ימי מהללאל חמש ותשעים שנה ושמנה מאות שנה וימת׃
17 (KAT) Všetkých Malaleelových dní bolo osemstodeväťdesiatpäť rokov a potom zomrel.
17 (UKJV) And all the days of Mahalaleel were eight hundred ninety and five years: and he died.

18 (HEM) ויחי ירד שתים וששים שנה ומאת שנה ויולד את חנוך׃
18 (KAT) Keď mal Jared stošesťdesiatdva rokov, narodil sa mu Henoch.
18 (UKJV) And Jared lived an hundred sixty and two years, and he brings forth Enoch:

19 (HEM) ויחי ירד אחרי הולידו את חנוך שמנה מאות שנה ויולד בנים ובנות׃
19 (KAT) Po narodení Henocha žil Jared ešte osemsto rokov a narodili sa mu synovia a dcéry.
19 (UKJV) And Jared lived after he brings forth Enoch eight hundred years, and brings forth sons and daughters:

20 (HEM) ויהיו כל ימי ירד שתים וששים שנה ותשע מאות שנה וימת׃
20 (KAT) Všetkých Jaredových dní bolo deväťstošesťdesiatdva rokov a potom zomrel.
20 (UKJV) And all the days of Jared were nine hundred sixty and two years: and he died.

21 (HEM) ויחי חנוך חמש וששים שנה ויולד את מתושלח׃
21 (KAT) Keď mal Henoch šesťdesiatpäť rokov, narodil sa mu Matuzalem.
21 (UKJV) And Enoch lived sixty and five years, and brings forth Methuselah:

22 (HEM) ויתהלך חנוך את האלהים אחרי הולידו את מתושלח שלש מאות שנה ויולד בנים ובנות׃
22 (KAT) A Henoch chodil s Bohom. Po Matuzalemovom narodení žil ešte tristo rokov a narodili sa mu synovia a dcéry.
22 (UKJV) And Enoch walked with God after he brings forth Methuselah three hundred years, and brings forth sons and daughters:

23 (HEM) ויהי כל ימי חנוך חמש וששים שנה ושלש מאות שנה׃
23 (KAT) Všetkých Henochových dní bolo tristošesťdesiatpäť rokov.
23 (UKJV) And all the days of Enoch were three hundred sixty and five years:

24 (HEM) ויתהלך חנוך את האלהים ואיננו כי לקח אתו אלהים׃
24 (KAT) Henoch chodil s Bohom a nebolo ho, lebo Boh ho vzal.
24 (UKJV) "And Enoch walked with God: and he was not; for God took him. "

25 (HEM) ויחי מתושלח שבע ושמנים שנה ומאת שנה ויולד את למך׃
25 (KAT) Keď mal Matuzalem stoosemdesiatsedem rokov, narodil sa mu Lamech.
25 (UKJV) And Methuselah lived an hundred eighty and seven years, and brings forth Lamech.

26 (HEM) ויחי מתושלח אחרי הולידו את למך שתים ושמונים שנה ושבע מאות שנה ויולד בנים ובנות׃
26 (KAT) Po Lamechovom narodení žil Matuzalem ešte sedemstoosemdesiatdva rokov a narodili sa mu synovia a dcéry.
26 (UKJV) And Methuselah lived after he brings forth Lamech seven hundred eighty and two years, and brings forth sons and daughters:

27 (HEM) ויהיו כל ימי מתושלח תשע וששים שנה ותשע מאות שנה וימת׃
27 (KAT) Všetkých Matuzalemových dní bolo deväťstošesťdesiatdeväť rokov a potom zomrel.
27 (UKJV) And all the days of Methuselah were nine hundred sixty and nine years: and he died.

28 (HEM) ויחי למך שתים ושמנים שנה ומאת שנה ויולד בן׃
28 (KAT) Keď mal Lamech stoosemdesiatdva rokov, narodil sa mu syn
28 (UKJV) And Lamech lived an hundred eighty and two years, and brings forth a son:

29 (HEM) ויקרא את שמו נח לאמר זה ינחמנו ממעשנו ומעצבון ידינו מן האדמה אשר אררה יהוה׃
29 (KAT) a dal mu meno Noe, hovoriac: „Tento nás poteší pri našej robote a námahách na zemi, ktorú Pán preklial.“
29 (UKJV) And he called his name Noah, saying, This same shall comfort us concerning our work and toil of our hands, because of the ground which the LORD has cursed.

30 (HEM) ויחי למך אחרי הולידו את נח חמש ותשעים שנה וחמש מאת שנה ויולד בנים ובנות׃
30 (KAT) Po Noemovom narodení žil Lamech ešte päťstodeväťdesiatpäť rokov a narodili sa mu synovia a dcéry.
30 (UKJV) And Lamech lived after he brings forth Noah five hundred ninety and five years, and brings forth sons and daughters:

31 (HEM) ויהי כל ימי למך שבע ושבעים שנה ושבע מאות שנה וימת׃
31 (KAT) Všetkých Lamechových dní bolo sedemstosedemdesiatsedem rokov a potom zomrel.
31 (UKJV) And all the days of Lamech were seven hundred seventy and seven years: and he died.

32 (HEM) ויהי נח בן חמש מאות שנה ויולד נח את שם את חם ואת יפת׃
32 (KAT) Keď mal Noe päťsto rokov, narodili sa mu Sem, Cham a Jafet.
32 (UKJV) And Noah was five hundred years old: and Noah brings forth Shem, Ham, and Japheth.

Verš 1

זה ספר תולדת אדם ביום ברא אלהים אדם בדמות אלהים עשה אתו׃

Gn 1:26 - ויאמר אלהים נעשה אדם בצלמנו כדמותנו וירדו בדגת הים ובעוף השמים ובבהמה ובכל הארץ ובכל הרמש הרמש על הארץ׃

Gn 9:6 - שפך דם האדם באדם דמו ישפך כי בצלם אלהים עשה את האדם׃

1Kor 11:7 - והאיש איננו חיב לכסות את ראשו כי הוא צלם אלהים וכבודו אבל האשה היא כבוד האיש׃

זכר ונקבה בראם ויברך אתם ויקרא את שמם אדם ביום הבראם׃

Gn 1:26 - ויאמר אלהים נעשה אדם בצלמנו כדמותנו וירדו בדגת הים ובעוף השמים ובבהמה ובכל הארץ ובכל הרמש הרמש על הארץ׃

Mt 19:4 - ויען ויאמר אליהם הלא קראתם כי עשה בראשית זכר ונקבה עשה אתם׃

Mk 10:6 - אבל מראשית הבריאה זכר ונקבה עשה אתם אלהים׃

ויהיו ימי אדם אחרי הולידו את שת שמנה מאת שנה ויולד בנים ובנות׃

1Krn 1:1 - אדם שת אנוש׃

Verš 6

ויחי שת חמש שנים ומאת שנה ויולד את אנוש׃

Gn 4:26 - ולשת גם הוא ילד בן ויקרא את שמו אנוש אז הוחל לקרא בשם יהוה׃

ויחי אנוש תשעים שנה ויולד את קינן׃

1Krn 1:2 - קינן מהללאל ירד׃

Verš 18

ויחי ירד שתים וששים שנה ומאת שנה ויולד את חנוך׃

1Krn 1:3 - חנוך מתושלח למך׃

Verš 21

ויחי חנוך חמש וששים שנה ויולד את מתושלח׃

Júd 1:14 - וגם חנוך השביעי לאדם נבא לאלה לאמר הנה יהוה בא ברבבת קדשיו׃

Verš 22

ויתהלך חנוך את האלהים אחרי הולידו את מתושלח שלש מאות שנה ויולד בנים ובנות׃

Heb 11:5 - באמונה לקח חנוך לבלתי ראותו המות ואיננו כי לקח אתו אלהים והועד עליו לפני הלקחו כי את האלהים התהלך׃

ויתהלך חנוך את האלהים ואיננו כי לקח אתו אלהים׃

2Kr 2:11 - ויהי המה הלכים הלוך ודבר והנה רכב אש וסוסי אש ויפרדו בין שניהם ויעל אליהו בסערה השמים׃

Heb 11:5 - באמונה לקח חנוך לבלתי ראותו המות ואיננו כי לקח אתו אלהים והועד עליו לפני הלקחו כי את האלהים התהלך׃

Gn 5,1 - "Zoznam", hebr. séfer, značí síce v prvom rade ,knihu', ale aj akýkoľvek ,menší spis, záznam', teda aj ,zoznam'.

Gn 5,2-32 - V rodostrome Setitovcov od Adama až po Lamecha, otca Noemovho, je desať generácií. Udané sú roky tých mužov, čo predstavovali jednotlivé generácie. Na prvý pohľad by sa teda zdalo, že ľahko možno určiť čas od stvorenia sveta do potopy sveta, od Adama po Noema. Stačilo by sčítať celkové roky desiatich predstaviteľov spomenutých generácii a došli by sme k presnému poznaniu času od stvorenia prvého človeka až po potopu sveta. Treba si však uvedomiť, že svätopiscovi nešlo tak o určenie času, o chronológiu, ako skôr o to, aby poukázal na pôvod jednotlivých rodín od Adama po Noema, potom od Noema po Abraháma a napokon od Abraháma po Jakuba a izraelský národ; v tomto národe sa vyplní protoevanjelium, ktoré sa medzičasom znova a znova prísľubom Božím potvrdzuje. Na dokázanie tohto faktu stačí uviesť, že v Svätom písme sú genealógie na niektorých miestach neúplné, nezhodujú sa ani v menách (Mt 1,8 n.; 1 Krn 3,10 n. atď.). Preto právom možno predpokladať, že v rodostrome sú vynechané niektoré generácie, ako keby v reťazi vypadli niektoré ohnivká. – O mimoriadne dlhom veku patriarchov možno povedať iba toľko, že ho nachádzame len v najstaršej vrstve Pentateuchu, kde sa s obľubou narába so symbolickými číslami, ktoré my už dnes nerozriešime. Babylonské záznamy uvádzajú pri starých kráľoch ešte oveľa vyšší vek.

Gn 5,21-24 - Henoch sa líši od ostatných patriarchov tým, že jeho život je znateľne kratší, počet jeho rokov sa dokonale zhoduje s počtom dní slnečného roku, Písmo o ňom hovorí, že "chodil s Bohom", ako neskôr o Noemovi a "Boh ho vzal", ako Eliáša. Preto je veľkou postavou židovskej tradície, ktorá ho stavia za príklad svojej nábožnosti.
