1 (UKJV) "Then Joseph could not refrain himself before all them that stood by him; and he cried, Cause every man to go out from me. And there stood no man with him, while Joseph made himself known unto his brethren. "
1 (ROH) Tu sa Jozef nemohol ďalej zdržať ani vzhľadom na všetkých, ktorí stáli pri ňom, a zvolal: Vyveďte všetkých ľudí von odo mňa! A nestál nikto s ním, keď sa dal Jozef vo znanie svojim bratom.
1 (RIV) Allora Giuseppe non poté più contenersi dinanzi a tutti gli astanti, e gridò: "Fate uscir tutti dalla mia presenza!" E nessuno rimase con Giuseppe quand’egli si diè a conoscere ai suoi fratelli.

2 (UKJV) And he wept aloud: and the Egyptians and the house of Pharaoh heard.
2 (ROH) A vypukol v hlasitý plač. A počuli to Egypťania, a počul dom faraonov.
2 (RIV) E alzò la voce piangendo; gli Egiziani l’udirono, e l’udì la casa di Faraone.

3 (UKJV) "And Joseph said unto his brethren, I am Joseph; does my father yet live? And his brethren could not answer him; for they were troubled at his presence. "
3 (ROH) A Jozef riekol svojim bratom: Ja som Jozef! Či ešte žije môj otec? A jeho bratia mu nemohli odpovedať, lebo sa zdesili pred ním.
3 (RIV) E Giuseppe disse ai suoi fratelli: "Io son Giuseppe; mio padre vive egli tuttora?" Ma i suoi fratelli non gli potevano rispondere, perché erano sbigottiti alla sua presenza.

4 (UKJV) And Joseph said unto his brethren, Come near to me, I pray you. And they came near. And he said, I am Joseph your brother, whom all of you sold into Egypt.
4 (ROH) Ale Jozef riekol svojim bratom: Nože pristúpte ku mne! A pristúpili. A riekol: Ja som Jozef, váš brat, ktorého ste predali do Egypta.
4 (RIV) E Giuseppe disse ai suoi fratelli: "Deh, avvicinatevi a me!" Quelli s’avvicinarono ed egli disse: "Io son Giuseppe, vostro fratello, che voi vendeste perché fosse menato in Egitto.

5 (UKJV) Now therefore be not grieved, nor angry with yourselves, that all of you sold me here: for God did send me before you to preserve life.
5 (ROH) Ale teraz sa netrápte nad tým, ani nech nie je vo vašich očiach hnevu, že ste ma sem predali, lebo pre zachovanie vášho i môjho života ma poslal Bôh pred vami.
5 (RIV) Ma ora non vi contristate, né vi dolga d’avermi venduto perch’io fossi menato qua; poiché Iddio m’ha mandato innanzi a voi per conservarvi in vita.

6 (UKJV) For these two years has the famine been in the land: and yet there are five years, in the which there shall neither be earring nor harvest.
6 (ROH) Lebo toto sú ešte len dva roky, odkedy je hlad v zemi, a ešte bude päť rokov, čo sa nebude ani orať ani žať.
6 (RIV) Infatti, sono due anni che la carestia è nel paese; e ce ne saranno altri cinque, durante i quali non ci sarà né aratura né mèsse.

7 (UKJV) And God sent me before you to preserve you a posterity in the earth, and to save your lives by a great deliverance.
7 (ROH) A Bôh ma poslal pred vami položiť vám stranou zbytok na zemi a zachovať vám ho pri živote. Bolo to na veľkú záchranu.
7 (RIV) Ma Dio mi ha mandato dinanzi a voi, perché sia conservato di voi un resto sulla terra, e per salvarvi la vita con una grande liberazione.

8 (UKJV) So now it was not you that sent me here, but God: and he has made me a father to Pharaoh, and lord of all his house, and a ruler throughout all the land of Egypt.
8 (ROH) A tak teraz nie vy ste ma sem poslali, ale Bôh, a učinil ma otcom faraonovi a pánom celému jeho domu a panovníkom v celej zemi Egyptskej.
8 (RIV) Non siete dunque voi che m’avete mandato qua, ma è Dio; egli m’ha stabilito come padre di Faraone, signore di tutta la sua casa, e governatore di tutto il paese d’Egitto.

9 (UKJV) Haste all of you, and go up to my father, and say unto him, Thus says your son Joseph, God has made me lord of all Egypt: come down unto me, tarry not:
9 (ROH) Ponáhľajte sa a iďte hore k môjmu otcovi a poviete mu: Takto hovorí tvoj syn Jozef: Bôh ma učinil pánom celého Egypta. Poď dolu ku mne a nemeškaj!
9 (RIV) Affrettatevi a risalire da mio padre, e ditegli: Così dice il tuo figliuolo Giuseppe: Iddio mi ha stabilito signore di tutto l’Egitto; scendi da me; non tardare;

10 (UKJV) And you shall dwell in the land of Goshen, and you shall be near unto me, you, and your children, and your children's children, and your flocks, and your herds, and all that you have:
10 (ROH) A budeš bývať v zemi Gózena a budeš blízko mňa, ty i tvoji synovia i synovia tvojich synov i tvoje drobné stádo i tvoj statok i všetko, čo máš.
10 (RIV) tu dimorerai nel paese di Goscen, e sarai vicino a me; tu e i tuoi figliuoli, i figliuoli de’ tuoi figliuoli, i tuoi greggi, i tuoi armenti, e tutto quello che possiedi.

11 (UKJV) "And there will I nourish you; for yet there are five years of famine; lest you, and your household, and all that you have, come to poverty. "
11 (ROH) Tam ťa budem zaopatrovať potravou, lebo bude ešte päť rokov hladu, aby si neprišiel na mizinu ty i tvoj dom i všetko, čo je tvoje.
11 (RIV) E quivi io ti sostenterò (perché ci saranno ancora cinque anni di carestia), onde tu non sia ridotto alla miseria: tu, la tua famiglia, e tutto quello che possiedi.

12 (UKJV) And, behold, your eyes see, and the eyes of my brother Benjamin, that it is my mouth that speaks unto you.
12 (ROH) A hľa, vaše oči vidia aj oči môjho brata Benjamina, že vám to hovoria moje ústa.
12 (RIV) Ed ecco, voi vedete coi vostri occhi, e il mio fratello Beniamino vede con gli occhi suoi, ch’è proprio la bocca mia quella che vi parla.

13 (UKJV) "And all of you shall tell my father of all my glory in Egypt, and of all that all of you have seen; and all of you shall haste and bring down my father here. "
13 (ROH) A povedzte môjmu otcovi o všetkej mojej sláve tu v Egypte a o všetkom, čo ste videli, a tedy ponáhľajte sa a dopravte môjho otca sem dolu.
13 (RIV) Raccontate dunque a mio padre tutta la mia gloria in Egitto, e tutto quello che avete veduto; e fate che mio padre scenda presto qua".

14 (UKJV) "And he fell upon his brother Benjamin's neck, and wept; and Benjamin wept upon his neck. "
14 (ROH) A padol Benjaminovi, svojmu bratovi, okolo krku a plakal, i Benjamin plakal na jeho krku.
14 (RIV) E gettatosi al collo di Beniamino, suo fratello, pianse; e Beniamino pianse sul collo di lui.

15 (UKJV) Moreover he kissed all his brethren, and wept upon them: and after that his brethren talked with him.
15 (ROH) A bozkal všetkých svojich bratov a plakal nad nimi. A potom už hovorili jeho bratia s ním.
15 (RIV) Baciò pure tutti i suoi fratelli, piangendo. E, dopo questo, i suoi fratelli si misero a parlare con lui.

16 (UKJV) And the fame thereof was heard in Pharaoh's house, saying, Joseph's brethren are come: and it pleased Pharaoh well, and his servants.
16 (ROH) Potom sa počula zvesť o tom v dome faraonovom, že vraj prišli bratia Jozefovi, a ľúbilo sa to faraonovi i jeho služobníkom.
16 (RIV) Il rumore della cosa si sparse nella casa di Faraone, e si disse: "Sono arrivati i fratelli di Giuseppe". Il che piacque a Faraone ed ai suoi servitori.

17 (UKJV) "And Pharaoh said unto Joseph, Say unto your brethren, This do all of you; load your beasts, and go, get you unto the land of Canaan; "
17 (ROH) A faraon riekol Jozefovi: Povedz svojim bratom: Urobte toto: Naložte na svoje hovädá, čo potrebujete, a iďte, vráťte sa do Kananejskej zeme
17 (RIV) E Faraone disse a Giuseppe: "Di’ ai tuoi fratelli: Fate questo: caricate le vostre bestie, e andate, tornate al paese di Canaan;

18 (UKJV) And take your father and your households, and come unto me: and I will give you the good of the land of Egypt, and all of you shall eat the fat of the land.
18 (ROH) a vezmite svojho otca a svoje domácnosti a prijdite ku mne, a dám vám dobré Egyptskej zeme, a jedzte tuk zeme.
18 (RIV) prendete vostro padre e le vostre famiglie, e venite da me; io vi darò del meglio del paese d’Egitto, e voi mangerete il grasso del paese.

19 (UKJV) "Now you are commanded, this do all of you; take you wagons out of the land of Egypt for your little ones, and for your wives, and bring your father, and come. "
19 (ROH) A tebe sa prikazuje: Toto urobte: vezmite si z Egyptskej zeme vozy pre svoje drobné deti a pre svoje ženy a vezmete svojho otca a prijdete!
19 (RIV) Tu hai l’ordine di dir loro: Fate questo: Prendete nel paese di Egitto de’ carri per i vostri piccini e per le vostre mogli; conducete vostro padre, e venite.

20 (UKJV) "Also regard not your stuff; for the good of all the land of Egypt are yours. "
20 (ROH) A nech vám je nie ľúto pri pohľade na váš nábytok, lebo dobré celej Egyptskej zeme je vaše.
20 (RIV) E non vi rincresca di lasciar le vostre masserizie; perché il meglio di tutto il paese d’Egitto sarà vostro".

21 (UKJV) And the children of Israel did so: and Joseph gave them wagons, according to the commandment of Pharaoh, and gave them provision for the way.
21 (ROH) A synovia Izraelovi urobili tak. A Jozef im dal vozy podľa rozkazu faraonovho a dal im aj potravy na cestu.
21 (RIV) I figliuoli d’Israele fecero così, e Giuseppe diede loro dei carri, secondo l’ordine di Faraone, e diede loro delle provvisioni per il viaggio.

22 (UKJV) "To all of them he gave each man changes of raiment; but to Benjamin he gave three hundred pieces of silver, and five changes of raiment. "
22 (ROH) A každému z nich dal po dvoje šiat na premenu, ale Benjaminovi dal tristo striebra a pätoro slávnostných šiat na premenu.
22 (RIV) A tutti dette un abito di ricambio per ciascuno; ma a Beniamino dette trecento sicli d’argento e cinque mute di vestiti;

23 (UKJV) "And to his father he sent after this manner; ten asses laden with the good things of Egypt, and ten she asses laden with corn and bread and food for his father by the way. "
23 (ROH) A svojmu otcovi poslal podľa toho: desať oslov, ktorí niesli z dobrých vecí Egypta, a desať oslíc, ktoré niesly obilie a chlieb a pokrm jeho otcovi na cestu.
23 (RIV) e a suo padre mandò questo: dieci asini carichi delle migliori cose d’Egitto, dieci asine cariche di grano, di pane e di viveri, per suo padre, durante il viaggio.

24 (UKJV) So he sent his brethren away, and they departed: and he said unto them, See that all of you fall not out by the way.
24 (ROH) A poslal svojich bratov a išli. A riekol im: Nevaďte sa na ceste!
24 (RIV) Così licenziò i suoi fratelli, e questi partirono; ed egli disse loro: "Non ci siano, per via, delle dispute fra voi".

25 (UKJV) And they went up out of Egypt, and came into the land of Canaan unto Jacob their father,
25 (ROH) A tak odišli z Egypta a prišli hore do Kananejskej zeme k Jakobovi, svojmu otcovi.
25 (RIV) Ed essi risalirono dall’Egitto, e vennero nel paese di Canaan da Giacobbe loro padre.

26 (UKJV) And told him, saying, Joseph is yet alive, and he is governor over all the land of Egypt. And Jacob's heart fainted, for he believed them not.
26 (ROH) A zvestovali mu a riekli: Jozef ešte žije a panuje v celej Egyptskej zemi! Ale jeho srdce zmeravelo, lebo im neveril.
26 (RIV) E gli riferirono ogni cosa, dicendo: "Giuseppe vive tuttora, ed è il governatore di tutto il paese d’Egitto". Ma il suo cuore rimase freddo, perch’egli non credeva loro.

27 (UKJV) And they told him all the words of Joseph, which he had said unto them: and when he saw the wagons which Joseph had sent to carry him, the spirit of Jacob their father revived:
27 (ROH) A rozprávali mu všetky slová Jozefove, ktoré im hovoril. No, keď potom videl vozy, ktoré poslal Jozef, aby ho odviezli, ožil duch Jakoba, ich otca.
27 (RIV) Essi gli ripeterono tutte le parole che Giuseppe avea dette loro; ed egli vide i carri che Giuseppe avea mandato per condurlo via; allora lo spirito di Giacobbe loro padre si ravvivò, e Israele disse:

28 (UKJV) "And Israel said, It is enough; Joseph my son is yet alive: I will go and see him before I die. "
28 (ROH) A Izrael povedal: To je dosť. Jozef, môj syn, ešte žije. Pojdem a uvidím ho, prv ako zomriem.
28 (RIV) "Basta; il mio figliuolo Giuseppe vive tuttora; io andrò, e lo vedrò prima di morire".
