Kniha Genezis

1 (SVD) ورفع يعقوب عينيه ونظر واذا عيسو مقبل ومعه اربع مئة رجل. فقسم الاولاد على ليئة وعلى راحيل وعلى الجاريتين.
1 (VUL) Elevans autem Iacob oculos suos vidit venientem Esau et cum eo quadringentos viros; divisitque filios Liae et Rachel ambarumque famularum.
1 (KAT) Keď Jakub zdvihol oči, videl, že prichádza Ezau so štyristo mužmi. I rozdelil deti medzi Liu, Ráchel a obe slúžky.
1 (UKJV) And Jacob lifted up his eyes, and looked, and, behold, Esau came, and with him four hundred men. And he divided the children unto Leah, and unto Rachel, and unto the two handmaids.

2 (SVD) ووضع الجاريتين واولادهما اولا وليئة واولادها وراءهم وراحيل ويوسف اخيرا.
2 (VUL) Et posuit utramque ancillam et liberos earum in principio, Liam vero et filios eius in secundo loco, Rachel autem et Ioseph novissimos.
2 (KAT) Napred postavil slúžky s ich deťmi, Liu a jej deti na druhé miesto a Ráchel s Jozefom na koniec.
2 (UKJV) And he put the handmaids and their children foremost, and Leah and her children after, and Rachel and Joseph hindermost.

3 (SVD) واما هو فاجتاز قدامهم وسجد الى الارض سبع مرات حتى اقترب الى اخيه.
3 (VUL) Et ipse praegrediens adoravit pronus in terram septies, donec appropinquaret ad fratrem suum.
3 (KAT) Sám išiel napred a sedem ráz sa poklonil, kým nedošiel celkom blízko k svojmu bratovi.
3 (UKJV) And he passed over before them, and bowed himself to the ground seven times, until he came near to his brother.

4 (SVD) فركض عيسو للقائه وعانقه ووقع على عنقه وقبّله. وبكيا
4 (VUL) Currens itaque Esau obviam fratri suo amplexatus est eum; stringensque collum eius osculatus est eum, et fleverunt.
4 (KAT) Ezau sa mu však ponáhľal v ústrety, objal ho, padol mu okolo krku a pobozkal ho. A obaja plakali.
4 (UKJV) And Esau ran to meet him, and embraced him, and fell on his neck, and kissed him: and they wept.

5 (SVD) ثم رفع عينيه وابصر النساء والاولاد وقال ما هؤلاء منك. فقال الاولاد الذين انعم الله بهم على عبدك.
5 (VUL) Levatisque oculis, vidit mulieres et liberos earum et ait: “ Qui sunt isti tibi? ”. Respondit: “ Liberi sunt, quos donavit mihi Deus servo tuo ”.
5 (KAT) Potom zdvihol oči a zbadal ženy s deťmi. I povedal: „Ktože sú tieto pri tebe?“ On odpovedal: „To sú deti, čo Boh v svojej dobrote dožičil tvojmu sluhovi.“
5 (UKJV) "And he lifted up his eyes, and saw the women and the children; and said, Who are those with you? And he said, The children which God has graciously given your servant. "

6 (SVD) فاقتربت الجاريتان هما واولادهما وسجدتا.
6 (VUL) Et appropinquantes ancillae et filii earum incurvati sunt.
6 (KAT) Tu predstúpili slúžky a ich deti a poklonili sa.
6 (UKJV) Then the handmaidens came near, they and their children, and they bowed themselves.

7 (SVD) ثم اقتربت ليئة ايضا واولادها وسجدوا. وبعد ذلك اقترب يوسف وراحيل وسجدا.
7 (VUL) Accessit quoque Lia cum liberis suis et, cum similiter adorassent, extremi Ioseph et Rachel adoraverunt.
7 (KAT) Potom podišla aj Lia a jej deti a tiež sa poklonili, a napokon predstúpil Jozef a Ráchel a uklonili sa.
7 (UKJV) And Leah also with her children came near, and bowed themselves: and after came Joseph near and Rachel, and they bowed themselves.

8 (SVD) فقال ماذا منك كل هذا الجيش الذي صادفته. فقال لاجد نعمة في عيني سيدي.
8 (VUL) “ Quaenam sunt, inquit, istae turmae, quas obvias habui? ”. Respondit: “ Ut invenirem gratiam coram domino meo ”.
8 (KAT) Nato sa ho opýtal: „Načo sú ti tie celé voje, ktoré som postretal?“ On odvetil: „Chcel som nájsť milosť v očiach svojho pána!“
8 (UKJV) And he said, What mean you by all this drove which I met? And he said, These are to find grace in the sight of my lord.

9 (SVD) فقال عيسو لي كثير. يا اخي ليكن لك الذي لك.
9 (VUL) At ille: “ Habeo, ait, plurima, frater mi; sint tua tibi ”.
9 (KAT) Ezau však povedal: „Ja mám toho veľa, brat môj. Nech ostane tebe, čo je tvoje!“
9 (UKJV) "And Esau said, I have enough, my brother; keep that you have unto yourself. "

10 (SVD) فقال يعقوب لا. ان وجدت نعمة في عينيك تاخذ هديتي من يدي. لاني رأيت وجهك كما يرى وجه الله فرضيت عليّ.
10 (VUL) Dixit Iacob: “ Noli ita, obsecro; sed, si inveni gratiam in oculis tuis, accipe munusculum de manibus meis; sic enim vidi faciem tuam quasi viderim vultum Dei, et mihi propitius fuisti.
10 (KAT) Ale Jakub vravel: „Nie tak! Ak som našiel milosť v tvojich očiach, prijmi tento dar z mojich rúk! Lebo takto som videl tvoju tvár, ako keby som videl tvár Božiu a ty si mi bol milostivý.
10 (UKJV) And Jacob said, Nay, I pray you, if now I have found grace in your sight, then receive my present at my hand: for therefore I have seen your face, as though I had seen the face of God, and you were pleased with me.

11 (SVD) خذ بركتي التي أتي بها اليك. لان الله قد انعم عليّ ولي كل شيء. والحّ عليه فاخذ
11 (VUL) Suscipe, quaeso, benedictionem, quae allata est tibi; quia Deus misertus est mihi, et habeo omnia ”. Et, cum compelleret illum, suscepit
11 (KAT) Vezmi môj pozdravný dar, ktorý ti prinášam, veď Boh ma hojne požehnal a mám toho tiež dosť!“ I naliehal naň, takže to prijal
11 (UKJV) "Take, I pray you, my blessing that is brought to you; because God has dealt graciously with me, and because I have enough. And he urged him, and he took it. "

12 (SVD) ثم قال لنرحل ونذهب واذهب انا قدامك.
12 (VUL) et ait: “ Gradiamur simul, eroque socius itineris tui ”.
12 (KAT) a povedal: „Poďme ďalej a ja pôjdem popri tebe.“
12 (UKJV) And he said, Let us take our journey, and let us go, and I will go before you.

13 (SVD) فقال له سيدي عالم ان الاولاد رخصة والغنم والبقر التي عندي مرضعة. فان استكدّوها يوما واحدا ماتت كل الغنم.
13 (VUL) Dixit Iacob: “ Nosti, domine mi, quod parvulos habeam teneros et oves et boves fetas mecum; quas si plus in ambulando fecero laborare vel una die, morientur cuncti greges.
13 (KAT) Lež on mu odvetil: „Pán môj vie, že deti sú ešte útle a že sú medzi ovcami a dobytkom také, čo pridájajú a potrebujú moju opateru. Keby som ich veľmi hnal čo i deň, celé stádo mi zahynie.
13 (UKJV) And he said unto him, My lord knows that the children are tender, and the flocks and herds with young are with me: and if men should beat them one day, all the flock will die.

14 (SVD) ليجتز سيدي قدام عبده وانا استاق على مهلي في اثر الاملاك التي قدامي وفي اثر الاولاد حتى اجيء الى سيدي الى سعير.
14 (VUL) Praecedat dominus meus ante servum suum; et ego sequar paulatim secundum gressum pecorum ante me et secundum gressum parvulorum, donec veniam ad dominum meum in Seir ”.
14 (KAT) Nech len ide môj pán pred svojím sluhom a ja už pôjdem pomaly, ako to sily čriedy, čo je predo mnou, a sily detí stačia, kým nedôjdem k svojmu pánovi do Seiru!“
14 (UKJV) Let my lord, I pray you, pass over before his servant: and I will lead on softly, according as the cattle that goes before me and the children be able to endure, until I come unto my lord unto Seir.

15 (SVD) فقال عيسو اترك عندك من القوم الذين معي. فقال لماذا. دعني اجد نعمة في عيني سيدي.
15 (VUL) Respondit Esau: “ Oro te, ut de populo, qui mecum est, saltem socii remaneant viae tuae”. “ Non est, inquit, necesse; hoc uno indigeo, ut inveniam gratiam in conspectu domini mei ”.
15 (KAT) Ezau mu povedal: „Nech teda idú s tebou niektorí z mojich ľudí!“ On však odvetil: „Ale načo? Len keby som našiel milosť v očiach svojho pána!“
15 (UKJV) And Esau said, Let me now leave with you some of the folk that are with me. And he said, What needs it? let me find grace in the sight of my lord.

16 (SVD) فرجع عيسو ذلك اليوم في طريقه الى سعير
16 (VUL) Reversus est itaque illo die Esau itinere suo in Seir.
16 (KAT) A tak sa Ezau vrátil ešte v ten deň svojou cestou do Seiru.
16 (UKJV) So Esau returned that day on his way unto Seir.

17 (SVD) واما يعقوب فارتحل الى سكّوت. وبنى لنفسه بيتا وصنع لمواشيه مظلات. لذلك دعا اسم المكان سكّوت.
17 (VUL) Et Iacob venit in Succoth, ubi, aedificata sibi domo et fixis tentoriis pro gregibus suis, appellavit nomen loci illius Succoth (id est Tabernacula).
17 (KAT) Jakub sa však uberal ďalej do Sokotu a postavil si (tam) dom a pre svoj dobytok urobil stajne. Preto nazval to miesto Sokot.
17 (UKJV) And Jacob journeyed to Succoth, and built him an house, and made booths for his cattle: therefore the name of the place is called Succoth.

18 (SVD) ثم اتى يعقوب سالما الى مدينة شكيم التي في ارض كنعان. حين جاء من فدّان ارام. ونزل امام المدينة.
18 (VUL) Transivitque Iacob incolumis ad urbem Sichem, quae est in terra Chanaan, cum veniret de Paddanaram; et habitavit iuxta oppidum.
18 (KAT) Potom, čo Jakub po návrate z Mezopotámie bez nehody došiel k mestu Sichem v krajine Kanaán, osadil sa východne od mesta. Kus poľa, na ktorom rozložil svoje stany, kúpil od synov Sichemovho otca Hemora za sto kesitov.
18 (UKJV) "And Jacob came to Shalem, a city of Shechem, which is in the land of Canaan, when he came from Padanaram; and pitched his tent before the city. "

19 (SVD) وابتاع قطعة الحقل التي نصب فيها خيمته من يد بني حمور ابي شكيم بمئة قسيطة.
19 (VUL) Emitque partem agri, in qua fixerat tabernaculum suum, a filiis Hemmor patris Sichem centum argenteis.
19 (KAT) A postavil tam aj oltár a nazval ho Mocný je Boh Izraela.
19 (UKJV) And he bought a parcel of a field, where he had spread his tent, at the hand of the children of Hamor, Shechem's father, for an hundred pieces of money.

20 (SVD) واقام هناك مذبحا ودعاه ايل اله اسرائيل
20 (VUL) Et erexit ibi altare et vocavit illud: “ Deus est Deus Israel ”.

20 (UKJV) And he erected there an altar, and called it EleloheIsrael.
