Biblia - Sväté písmo

(UKJV - Anglický - Updated King James)

Ž 15, 1-5

1 Lord, who shall abide in your tabernacle? who shall dwell in your holy hill? 2 He that walks uprightly, and works righteousness, and speaks the truth in his heart. 3 He that backbites not with his tongue, nor does evil to his neighbour, nor takes up a reproach against his neighbour. 4 "In whose eyes a vile person is contemned; but he honors them that fear the LORD. He that swears to his own hurt, and changes not. " 5 He that puts not out his money to interest, nor takes reward against the innocent. He that does these things shall never be moved.

Ž 15, 1-5

Verš 2
He that walks uprightly, and works righteousness, and speaks the truth in his heart.
Ž 24:4 - "He that has clean hands, and a pure heart; who has not lifted up his soul unto vanity, nor sworn deceitfully. "
Iz 33:15 - "He that walks righteously, and speaks uprightly; he that despises the gain of oppressions, that shakes his hands from holding of bribes, that stops his ears from hearing of blood, and shuts his eyes from seeing evil; "

Desatoro Ex 20,1-17.

Z 15,4 - "Bohabojní" - častý výraz v žalmoch a znamená ľudí veriacich, oddaných Bohu; neskôr aj pohanov, ktorí sympatizovali so Židmi, porov. Sk 2,11; 10,2.
